National Treasure Restaurant & Bar
Our group of six enjoyed lunch at National Treasure. The service was excellent. We look forward to trying the expanded menu for brunch and dinner.
Great place. The wine list was good. The brussels sprout appetizer was so yummy. Crispy, a little salty and paired with a creamy aioli! The beet salad was perfect. Great pizza. Service was good. Cute decor.
Excellent restaurant. Our first time there. Food was perfect. The owner is in the place and visiting with diners. highly recommend.
Fabulous food and cocktails! I had the fennel salad, our son had the Bison Sliders with beer-battered onion rings and my husband had their amazing pizza. The staff was great and loved the atmosphere.
Absolutely loved the food, restaurant, staff (Melsey especially - she is fun, welcoming and incredibly enjoyable) and jazz music on Sunday. Found out they have bottomless drink specials on Saturday, so guess this is the weekend happening place! Will be visiting often.
The food was pretty good, value was good. Owner was very nice. It seems too causal for what I thought this site was for but it is very nice to not have another fast food or chain in cypress. This town needs more of this.
We decided to catch a late lunch after Sunday brunch had wound down. Had heard good things about NT.
Not many people were left and by the time our food arrived we were the ONLY customers in there. Honestly, the place was more of a bar than a restaurant. The waitress was friendly, but a bit too much for an empty place. But ok. We ordered the burgers with fries and onion rings. The rings were delicious. Crisp and tasty beer batter. The burgers had a HUGE disc of a cheddar tuille of crispy fried cheese. Snapping that off was tasty. However, that was the end of any positives in our experience. The burger was practically raw and had a really funky off taste. We both managed to somehow get half down, but couldn’t manage any more. We told the waitress, who was shocked! Turns out this meat was the famous 44 Farms beef. We’ve had this beef before at another restaurant. THAT explained it. We HATE the taste of 44 Farms. I know its the culinary darling of “healthy” eating, but frankly, that doesn’t help. The meat has a very strong “gamey” taste that we just cannot stand. The waitress took our half burgers and presented us with our check. No offers to compensate us for the bad experience. We will NOT be back.
Sorry for the low ratings. However, it was due to the lack of service. We set up a reservation for 6:00pm via OpenTable. When we arrived there were only two parties, which was fine, since it was still pretty early for a Friday evening. However, the reason for the low rating is because we waited for approximately 10 minutes for someone to greet us and to seat us. Unfortunatley, after 10 minutes we decided to leave and go somewhere else. Maybe in the future I will give them a go on another day and time.
National Treasure is a hidden gem. The food is outstanding and service is friendly and very helpful. NT offers a most interesting menu in a casual environment. I highly recommend trying NT.
We never received our food after waiting 45 minutes. Too dark in the place, lacking in ambiance and decor. We paid for our drinks and just left.
Very slow service even after we told them we needed to be out at a certain time. Owner came and apologized profusely when they could not complete the order in time.
I will go back but my advice for a special promotion like Valentine’s Day would be to have tablecloths on the tables and more wait staff. A little nicer ambiance. The food was excellent and the staff worked hard but needed a few more bodies to make it run smoother for a special promotion.
Great food and drinks! We enjoyed Stesti beer, a pizza and delicious fried shrimp as appetizer!! The music entertainment was perfect: good music but not so loud that we couldn’t enjoy conversation with our friends. We had a great night out and will come back again!
We LOVED this place. We went to celebrate my mother in laws 98th Birthday. The owners made her feel like royalty. The food was excellent. The owner explained the story behind many of the dishes. It is clear this restaurant is a labor of love for them.
The standout dishes were the roasted Brussels and the Short ribs. The Brussels were a foodies delight. Crispy and served with carmalized onions, pumpkin seeds and lemon aioli. The short ribs melted in your mouth but still had a bit of a crispy outside.
We also loved that this place is owned by veterans. They have craft beers and a nice wine selection. We will definitely go back.
our first time there and it was fine. Service was very good! Food was good...prices fair enough. We will go back again I'm sure.
Excellent service, great vegetarian selection - highly recommend the Brussel Sprouts, vege-melt and Red Sea Pizza
Had the vegetarian Red Sea Pizza, Brussel Sprouts and Beet Salad all were excellent! Wonderful service
Went for brunch - would not return. Omelette whose first listed ingredient had no bacon. Sat 30 minutes before getting silverware. Different “fries” offerings were not really fries but small friend potatoes cut in half with skin on that were fried. Menu looks interesting but execution of food and service was poor. Jazz guitarist was pretty good. There are many other better options.
Great place and awesome food!
Great Service - relaxed atmosphere. Recommend the Beet salad and Fried Brussel sprouts with pumpkin seeds. Excellent.
Some unique dinner choices, made well. Enjoyed it, will go there to try other things.
Food was good, service was very slow.

Great neighborhood joint. Casual atmosphere, friendly service, good food, great prices. We will be back. Pizza was excellent. Deviled eggs and truffled fries were also very good. This is not the place to go if you are wanting fine dining with white tablecloths and cloth napkins. It is glass tables, paper napkins and very friendly service.
This is a hidden gem! Awesome Family Rimmed business!! Great Sunday spot!
Great new restaurant. Ambiance is a bit lacking, but since it just opened that may come. Came for valentines dinner. Menu was preset, I had the lamb and my boyfriend the filet.
The lamb chops were the thinnest I’ve ever seen but they were cooked perfectly and very good. My boyfriends steak was great and the risotto perfect. Food wise the only thing I did not enjoy was the bacon dressing on the spinach salad, too oily and not enough acid for my taste.
We will go back, service was top notch and food definitely met expectations.
