Arrived for our reservation 15 minutes early. We were told that they were overbooked and would not be able to seat us. This has NEVER happened to me at any restaurant. The staff was totally rude.
Awesome location! We were there for a busy football Saturday and everything was perfect. Our server was incredible! She was so busy and never missed a beat. She is an asset to your team and we appreciate her hard work!
We started our weekend here. It was a great first drink and taste of southern food.
We had a lot of fun. There is small arcade with games and bowling we had fun doing. Food was good. Disappointed we didn’t get to eat off regular menu since it was Thanksgiving. Had appetizers then headed somewhere else for dinner.
Thanksgiving dinner will visiting Nashville for the first time! We had a great experience at the restaurant and we were able to provid our leftovers to the homeless outside the restaurant.
Rooftop inside music is way too loud and while the server was really good it too a long time to get service.
Great Ohio state bar for gameday!
Super slow service, very loud, no warning in advance that they do not split checks and you need a card to start a tab for dinner. Would not recommend for a large group
Made a reservation for 6 people to have dinner and watch a football game. The game was playing on ESPN at 6:00 and besides the fact that music was so loud you couldn’t even have a conversation, it took almost an hour to get anyone to play the game. The bill for drinks and bar food (mainly appetizers) was over $700. This is a club seen, not anywhere you would want to eat dinner.
Too loud. Too loud
We made a reservation and got seated on time, but left the restaurant after we waited 10 minutes at our table and a server did not come by.
I made a reservation for a standard table, not a high top. When we arrived we were seated at a high top right by the bull riding pit. The area got crowded and made our dining experience unenjoyable. Especially considering that there were many other standard tables available that were away from the bull riding pit.
We went to watch an Ohio State Football game and the energy was fantastic. The DJ kept the crowd pumped up and he played good music. The service was great! The waitress was very busy but still kept up with our large party. Food was good and served hot! Will definitely go back!
Food was just ok. It was advertised as live music, but no live music being played.
This place was so loud. The music was on the highest level. You couldn’t hear someone screaming into your face
10/10 recommend, super fun atmosphere and amazing food!
The food was just not good at all. I do not believe we would ever return. We are here for a 60th birthday and had a party of 9.
This was the only place that would take a reservation larger than 8. Seemed to be more for college kids drinking ginormous drinks.
I should have researched a tad more, service was slow, had to ask for silverware, napkins. Did not appear to be short staffed.
We made a reservation and showed up 10 minutes early for it. They told us they gave our tables to walk ins and that we could either try to squeeze into a table that only fit half of us or wait an hour until they opened another floor. When we talked to the hostess, it was the manager's fault. When we talked to the manager, it was the hostess' fault. The whole experience was very bad.
Was a beautiful view and great food but beer on my purse and obnoxious people made us not want to eat here again
Stupid to make a reservation. I made a reservation for over a month. Showed up an hour early to find out that there’s no tables available when there was a million empty tables. There was about 5 other parties that showed up with reservations and got turned away. Found out that a party who made a reservation on Saturday was seated. And had priority over people who made reservations months ago. Manager couldn’t even be bothered to help. The only person who was willing to help was a security member. And that point was too late. Just go to kid rocks. It’s open seating. Millions of TVs, Surround sound. So much better! Under ground is 0/5 stars. From management, to over crowding, to under staffed on Sunday football day. DO NOT GO THERE! Waste of time.
Completely overbooked on reservations and hostess told me to go somewhere else and that she wasn’t the manager so she did not know or care why they accepted reservations they could not take. Had a group of 8 left scrambling minutes before to find a new place.
We reserved a table for 4; when we checked in they said there were no tables available…but were bringing tables up and would text me when our table was ready. She even confirmed my #. We never received a call/message nor did we ever get a table.
Don't make a reservation before a Titans Game. They did not honor my reservation. Music was so loud you could not have a conversation. Worst staff I've ever experienced in Nashville!
Terrible experience had a 6:30 reservation called and told them it would be closer to 7:00. Got there at 6:45 after traveling all day and it was chaos. Their hostess quit and they said sorry no tables. I understand labor is tight but you called me twice confirming our reservation and we left messages and spoke to you today letting you know our flight was delayed and we would be late. Maybe a call or text telling us not to come would have been a good idea. We left and won’t ever be back.
I made a reservation for 6:15 pm to eat on the roof. Door guy had no clue, there was no space he said. Supposed to get a text when available, never got one. Left the place and won't be back. What's the point of making reservation if you never uphold them and staff gives you no effort to help. None.
Waited more than 15 minutes after my reservation time to even get attention to be seated. Was seated on the roof. Was told there was no wait service that we would need to go to the bar to order. When the food came, we couldn’t see it because there was no lighting by our table.
We had reservations for 5:45. We walked in and there was no indication of where to go to check in. I was able to track down a busboy that directed us to the 5th floor. We waited at the hostess stand for 20 minutes. No one ever came. There were several other folks with reservations standing there with us. We ended up leaving and going up the street for dinner. Sat down at Margaritaville for dinner within 30 minutes. This place was extremely loud…which I get it, it’s Nashville, but we were there for dinner, not to drink and party. If you are in the mood for blaring DJ music, this might be your place. Not for dinner though…and not for live music, which is what I prefer.
Really nice staff and great rooftop seating for dinner. Simple menu and good food. Beautiful backdrop for great photos. Staff was accommodating & helpful.
You need to get on the elevator and go to the 5th floor to see the hostess!! I did not see signs for that anywhere and the bartenders did not know but security did and was very helpful!
We went at 5pm on a Saturday and it was bumping! Games on all the TVs and a very energetic environment! I would not recommend going here if you are looking to chat with the people at your table as they have a DJ blaring music up here.
The waitress was amazing. She was dealing with rude/drunk people and was still patient and kind with our table!
The food portions were big and tasty!! It is standard bar food but everyone in my party of 6 was satisfied with what they got!
Great downtown location to be able to make a reservation and grab a quick bite.
We got to our reservation early. The place was clearly packed with lots of people. They didn't have our table set up and when we were seated, the staff had to search for chairs for us. We were also told at the beginning that a bartender would come around and be our server, but it might be slow since she was also bar tending. That was fine and didn't bother us. Then another person came up to us and said they didn't have a server for us at all. We had to go order our food at the bar. We knew the food would take a while and that was fine. When we got our food it was cold, and honestly not that great. One of us had to wait about 45 minutes to an hour after we had all eaten to get their food. The bartenders and staff did their best, but they should not be offering reservations if they cannot accommodate. I would have went elsewhere had I known we wouldn't have even had a server.
Great restaurant with lots to do after dinner. We ended up dancing all night on the rooftop with a great DJ
Sat down with a reservation and waited 13 minutes for a server. Drinks came out on a decent time. Went outside to look at the view and told our server but then cleaned off our table from the waters and put another reservation sign on our table. When we ordered appetizers and entrees, they came out together and food was cold. We were so hungry we ate some of the food but the mozzarella sticks were terrible. Server barely came to check on the table but when she dropped off the check she was back instantly to check if we were ready to pay. Manager stopped by and told us he would adjust the bill but when we got the bill it wasn’t adjusted until after we said something. Overall bad experience
Offers wine on menu but may not have it. Need to do a solid training with their staff on customer service. Overall plate presentation seems quick and thrown together. Not a place I would go back to. Only positive was the partial view of down town.
Great view of the fun times happening below.
Arrived on time, they had security at enter Anne to check ID, but no host to seat you. We sat at an open high top, as that was what our reservation was for. After 15 minutes of no attention we left. It would appear that they, as so many others are now, we’re short staffed.
The food was not good. First time there. I would not recommend the restaurant
Definitely a college bar ambiance. Loud and not the place for a nice dinner
We didn’t actually end up staying for our reservation because the noise was too much. It doesn’t make sense to me to have an option for reservations when it’s just sitting in a bar like everywhere else on Broadway.
Horrible service. Waitress was rude and was more concerned with vaping at the bar with her friends verses waiting on us. Music was obnoxiously loud, especially since the restaurant was only 1/3 full. Oddly, reservations were required. Avoid at all costs. I never leave bad reviews, but felt compelled so that others don't have to experience this place. Food was okay at a good price.
