NashHouse Southern Spoon and Saloon
Breakfast Brunch & Dinner Every Day
Live Music Every Night
200 inch plus television to watch local games
Generally friendly. Need to coordinate food and beverage better. Ordered both at same time yet had our meal served before draft beer delivered. Had to ask twice and told bar backed up. Sorry. No excuse.
Our food was cold. Appetizer delivered after the meal was delivered. Music was so loud you could not hold a conversation.
Family dinner. Love the atmosphere and service was awesome!
Casual atmosphere for a quick bite to eat. Service was great, food was okay, and the band/music was not good (someone from New England trying to force a country accent).
We had family breakfast and it was good. The French Toast was great. My husband enjoyed the BBQ hash. The grits were just ok. We were able to get in quickly and they had a great huge screen for us to watch football.
This place was just okay - the biscuits were definitely not the bast in Nashville. The hostess stand was not helpful at all - our waiter was fine but the way they do the tickets on the handheld was very slow.
The music was nice. Live local artists. Food was good pub type food. Not great but good.
Our first time there and we were pleasantly surprised. Good menu except one of our choices(Chicken Fried Steak) was not available.
Decided to try a new place - walked in and the setting seemed nice. The waitress was very eccentric and kept asking us if everything was “perfectly awesome” over and over. We ordered a burger each and the food took over an hour to come out (for reference, they were only about 3/4 full). Our first drink took around 20 minutes to come out and we never got asked if we wanted another.
Short-handed tonight. Waited 15 mins for drinks, but once manager got us a server things got better. Food was good. Good selection of local craft beers.
Table was ready right when we showed up. Started to get packed with all the events going on downtown. Really good vibe for a sports bar. Food took a little long, but the server and manager stopped by and apologized. Food was good though and we got to watch a bunch of football games before heading to the hockey game.
Not enough service staff. Waited forever for even just a water.
Wonderful dinner with my family
Celebrating a couple birthdays
We had a group of 8 for brunch. I ordered the SoBro Bennie with a side of bacon and the Bloody Mary bar. It came with hash brown casserole that was freakin amazing. Everything was tasty and prepared well. I particularly enjoyed the fried okra ( ordered as an appetizer instead of a side) because it was fresh! It wasn’t some pre-battered, out of a frozen bag okra. Overall I was happy and enjoyed my experience. Our server was a bit slow at times and didn’t check on us very often. I was completely out of water and my Bloody Mary before I finally flagged him down and asked for refills. It definitely didn’t ruin my visit though. I will be back and would recommend this place to gather to watch football or hockey with a group of friends.
Me and my wife went for dinner on a sat night and loved everything about it. The service was good, live music was great and food was amazing. Will be back.
Food was wonderful! Waiter was excellent!
Great music and was not too loud, highly recommend.
Walked into NashHouse and the first thing I noticed is the live music playing and the place had a great vibe. All of that in front of what is apparently is a 17ft high definition screen which has to be perfect for any game. The beer list is full of great local brews including my favorite peanut butter stout from tailgate, trust me it’s amazing. I had the hot chicken and it was super moist with just the right amount of heat. I specifically like it because it was on top of the cornbread and slaw which balanced it out perfectly. It’s been a while I found a place I felt I could not only eat but just hang out and chill. If you are new to Nashville or a local don’t miss out on this place it is a gem. Oh and complimentary valet for the first 2 hours to boot.
Poor service poor food
We had a wonderful experience. Our server, Mike, was awesome! We enjoyed talking with him and he was very attentive. We even bought a couple of their cool T-shirt’s! We’ll be back again soon.
The food was as expected, we all enjoyed our meal. Music was a little loud but probably normal for Nashville. We enjoyed our dining experience!
I really enjoyed this place. Great live music, good southern food. Had a waiter who had only been there a few days and he was great. I had a vegetable plate with three sides: collard greens, fried okra and cheese grits. Great beer selection. Was able to watch the end of a college football game prior to live music starting.
Food was just “ok”. Waiter wasn’t aware of what the kitchen was out of until after we ordered. Had to change our meals a few times. There are so many great places to eat in the city. If you are only here for a few days I’d leave NashHouse off your list.
Bartender didn’t know how to make a whiskey smash. Luckily resourceful but brand new server googled it for him. Service was iffy but like I said he was new and sincerely trying to do his best. Food was extremely over salted, and I love salt! Shrimp and grits were eaten by 3 of us and that’s what was so salty. Pork plate was meh. Nothing to write home about overall and wouldn’t Be likely to return.
We made a reservation because we were in town for a convention and on a tight schedule between sessions. The food was good however we were rushed because it too so long to get service and for the food to come. It wasn’t that busy so we’re not sure why. It was like they weren’t staffed properly or just wasn’t on their game. I’d try it again but it just disappointed us because of the Un-attentive service.
Relaxing atmosphere accompanied with great service. I enjoyed a moist Blackened boneless chicken breast served on top of a refreshing house salad. After dinner we sat back and relaxed while being entertained by musical artists. If you find yourself in Nashville make the NashHouse a must on your list of places to eat. You won't be disappointed.
Had the brisket plate with fries and coleslaw. Brisket was amazing, melted in my mouth and cooked to perfection. Coleslaw was great, as well as the fries. Service was excellent and the local musicians were great as well!
Had a great experience friendly staff good food. It's an awesome spot to either watch a game on their giant screen or grab food and drinks before heading to Bridgestone.
This place is wonderful. I had the Shrimp and Grits with beef tips and it was delicious! Service was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was a cool place to go after the Predator's game.
Delicious again! Their mac and cheese is spot on. Can’t beat the shrimp and grits! 😊 Our server was very sweet and too great care of us. We came over after the hockey game. Great job!
We had reservation for 8 people. Table was not ready when we arrived and then set up for 7 people. It took a long time to place our order. The food was mediocre at best. One of our guests sent back their catfish. Music was great but very loud. Would not recommend.
This was by far the worst experience I have encountered since I moved to Nashville. I called the restaurant several times before I arrived and no once answered the phone. My family was in town and I was embarrassed by the service, food and music.
I would never recommend this place to anyone.
The food was just ok. Mostly it was cold and biscuits tasted like flour and were dry.
What a fabulous find!! We were 2 couples that were looking for some yummy comfort food and live music. The singer was amazing and the food and service, outstanding! I don’t eat fries and the waitress was very helpful and offered to change it for another side dish. Great atmosphere and you were still able to enjoy a conversation even with the music playing. Definitely would come back here again!!
Everything was okay, not spectacular food. But the location and entertainment was great.
Fun and good food
We had a great dinner at Nashhouse on Sept 7. Andy is always so nice and the wait staff is great! We enjoyed the music of ReverieRose too! We love coming there and will definitely be back!
Great experience! Great food! Great service! Awesome environment!
Great music & outstanding service. Great cocktails. Had catfish which was a little over breaded but tasty. Fried green tomatoes were a yum. My sister who was in a wheelchair had plenty of table room and very handicap accessible
House salad needed a larger bowl to mix dressing and greens. Less gap between bands. Place cleared out after set
