The restaurant is out of several items both times we went there. The burger was well over cooked. Very disappointed and for being not very busy the staff seemed overwhelmed. The highlight of the menu was the fried green tomatoes
Made reservations for brunch. They were out of 70% of the items on the menu. Wait for what food we were able to order was long. Will not recommend to anyone and will not be returning.
Service was absolutely horrible. Would not recommend until they are staffed properly. Food was cold, but that was due to the service also, but the food was good. We had to go and get our own drinks, get syrup and coffee creamers fro dirty tables since our server never came back.
Our order didn't get sent to the kitchen by the server and as a result we waited over 90 minutes for food. One entree arrived cold even after all the waiting.
Stopped in on a girls weekend for dinner. The place is loud even thought the sliding garage doors were open. We had the fried pickles that were good but we would definitely recommend the queso as a starter. The group ordered the smoked brisket and Turkey which were good but the gold star went with the pork shank. That dish was recommended by our server and did not disappoint. Overall good visit but even sitting in the back of the room it was pretty loud.
Excellent food and service. Live entertainment was enjoyable. Fun and energetic atmosphere.
Good food , healthy portions. Great singers.
Hostess was rude. Major event just to seat us.
Waiter didn’t bring drinks.
Food took too long.
Some food was cold.
Quite a bit of food was unavailable.
Food had poor taste.
Are here couple years ago and had good experience.
We enjoyed swinging by for a noon cocktail and returning for a nice dinner with friends. Had to readjust how the espresso martini was made but ultimately very good. Happy to have entertainment despite the website saying they did not. No one answered the phone when we called in advance.
We loved it here. Wasnt as rowdy as the rest of the bars in Nashville. You could have a nice meal and actually jear the music. Staff was so great.
Good food, good atmosphere just slow service. Waiter was very acknowledging of it and apologized as did the manager. However it did take over an hour just for two brunch items that did not take long too make, but it was okay. The food was very good and I would definitely go back
So disappointed in this restaurant. I think it has potential, but it failed, miraculously, for us.
We started with appetizers. They were good. Deviled eggs and biscuits and jam. They were out of one of the jams (the one we wanted most)at 615 on a saturday and didn't tell us when we ordered. Hmmmm. Okay, we'll live. Deviled eggs were good and biscuits were fluffy.
Then we ordered entrees. The brisket plate and the chicken fried chicken. The brisket arrives with fries...that is NOT what the brisket plate comes with. It comes with a habanero corncake and slaw. We ask for the correct sides, and we are then told they are out of the corncakes. They bring a plastic condiment cup of slaw that is literally two bites. Oh. Okay. My friend did not order fries and would not have ordered had she been told she would receive fries.
The chicken fried chicken was supposed to be served with vidalia onion stuffing and gravy. There was no stuffing, it was served over mashed potatoes instead. I didn't want mashed potatoes.
You cant serve people things they didnt order and expect them not to be a bit perturbed. Also, how is a restaurant out of multiple items at 615 on a Saturday.
It was a 100 dollar tab for meals we didnt order.
Great place and loved the live music.
Great location. Nice menu. Adhered to social distancing practices. Would go to again.
Unfortunately, this place really missed the mark. Six of us went for brunch and none of us enjoyed the experience. From overcooked poached eggs with completely solid yokes, to over-salted hash and terrible coffee, we left hungry. Service was ok, as we did have to wait quite a while between requesting and item and actually getting it.
There are many, many other options in Nashville and I would suggest looking elsewhere.
Great food for a great price! Live music so a little loud if you want to talk at your table, but overall really good!
Went for a friends birthday and the service was awful from the start. 20 mins to get drinks another 15 to get waters forever to get food and 45 just to get out checks.... it was a nightmare.
Fun atmosphere, great music!
Go for the brunch! Our server was hilarious and the biscuit stuffing is LEGIT. Also, preserved made in house are a must try.
Unfortunately our experience was not good! We were sat promptly but once we ordered it took over an hour to get our food. There was 4 of us but only 2 of us received our food after waiting for an hour. Finally, the other 2 received their food and all of our food was cold. Our waitress was very nice and the musicians were great! We sat right by the stage and the music volume was perfect. The experience with the food was bad enough that I would not go back.
First time here! Great cowboy Benedict’s and BLT!
Cooks were understaffed. It took more than an hour to get our mediocre food. We were disappointed.
Service was absolutely terrible. Food was sub par. Asked for the manager and never came to the table. Took over two hours to get our food for a restaurant that was not even half full.
Almost all of our food was cold. I didn’t receive part of my order. The only thing hot were the grits and coffee . It took a while for the food to come out. My friends and I met for Sunday brunch.
Food came out cold. Sent back and still came back cold a second time.
Live music was good. They had NO beef, claiming Suez Canal blockage. Meal was disappointing. Waited 40 minutes for dessert.
They were out of many popular dishes and costs seem high for the quality of food
Good brunch spot!!!! Try the Brunch BLT! Mimosas are also VERY good.
We are visiting Nashville and NashHouse came up as a great brunch spot. When we came in, it took a full 5 minutes before we were greeted, and even then, it was the guy behind the coffee counter, not the host or a server. When someone finally came to the welcome station, I was grilled about my reservation, which I made using OpenTable early that morning when searching for a brunch spot. I was told that they had no record of my reservation, and was asked exactly what time I made it. I liked it up on my phone and he saw that my name wasn’t listed, but my phone number was on his list. He told me that he was short staffed and OpenTable had overbooked them. Honestly, I just wanted some brunch! He asked me to step aside and wait for 10 minutes, which I did without complaint. When we were seated, we were right next to another full table, while the rest of the seating was mostly empty. I was shocked that there wasn’t at least one empty table between us! Our server was Avery, who was hustling a couple tables on top of running the coffee carry out counter. He did a great job! We ordered the deviled eggs app, which was standard deviled eggs with different toppings. It was alright, nothing special. We also ordered the biscuits and gravy shareable app, which arrived cold and was as flavorless as paste. No sausage flavor in the gravy at all. The biscuits were better than average, so we just ate them with jelly. Our entrees were average, the BBQ Skillet hash, and the BLT with fried green tomatoes and pimento cheese. The BOGO drinks sounded like a great idea, but when I noticed that the mimosa was $18, it wasn’t even a good deal! We also ordered a Bloody Mary, which was served with no salted rim, no accoutrements and took the overextended bartender 30 minutes to make. We were done eating and had paid our bill by the time it arrived. Overall, I liked the space and our server, but I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant, the food or the drinks.
Poor food and below average service
We had a great time here! The food was great as well as the service! I would say, if you are wanting to have deep conversation, it is very loud:)
No valet for Sunday brunch so parking across street was minimum of $20 for 12 hours.
Could tell they were understaffed that morning
Our waiter had zero motivation and obviously had no basic service skills. Took three requests from other staff to get water, after we had ordered drinks. Then saw our food sitting on service table for at least 20 minutes without waiter checking on us once. Of course, food was cold when it arrived.
We asked for manager three times and eventually had to leave our table to get him to come over. He said he has not been told of our request. He was nice and comped our entire brunch and offered another round of drinks.
Then our waiter came back and tried to charge for the drinks. It did not go well.
The manager did clarify that he did intend to comp the entire brunch.
I hope they can solve the staffing and staff communication issue because it would be a good Nashville venue.
Service was horrible and not that busy. Waited over 20 minutes before anyone came to table to get drink order and then only back 3 times during hour and half meal. And of those three, had to ask her back twice.
Host stand didn’t let the server know we were seated and then when he did figure it out...he kept forgetting to stop buy, bring drinks, refills, etc. not sure if they are understaffed or he is just bad. Music and food were good, table was ready on time.
Expected more. Live music was great, service was mediocre, when ordering the filet, we asked prior about temperature. She suggested order medium rare for a medium temp, so we did. All for filets came out well done. Took 30 minutes to get a new steak.
The food was fine, but service was terrible. The restaurant wasn’t even busy but somehow our server took 20 minutes to bring us waters. Our food came and we didn’t have silverware for another 10... the manager came over and apologized on two separate occasions which was appreciated but didn’t exactly make it right. Maybe we just got stuck with the wrong server but probably won’t be coming back here which is sad because I live just around the corner and eat out daily. I was hoping to find a new lunch/brunch spot.
The food was great, as was the ambiance. Our waiter was fantastic, knowledgeable and social.
When we got there, we stood at the host's stand for about ten minutes before anyone addressed us, or the eventual line of potential diners that were congregating behind us. There were a number of empty tables but the staff was clearly scurrying etc. I suppose they were a bit understaffed for a Sunday brunch rush. That carried over into our waiter almost never checking on us. But I would go again, despite waiting to be seated.
Our food came out cold and not good. We saw table that ordered after us get their food sooner.
We had this reservation and when we went to the hostess stand she said that just got us on the waiting list. It’s not a real reservation. I said that I have a confirmation for a reservation but she said that it would be another 2 hours before we could be seated. I complained to the manager and they seated us. When we were seated there were plenty of tables available. Very disappointing hostess.
