Valentines anniversary dinner! Had a special premade menu. Everything was fantastic, we got free champagne for our anniversary, and the ambiance was amazing. Perfect date night spot, or even for drinks with friends. Fancy and nice without feeling like you’re out of place.
We went to narrative as part of our Valentine’s Day weekend. Everything was perfect! The deviled eggs were really tasty, as was the burrata appetizer. My husbands as their and grits, and if he could have licked the bowl and not have looked like a lunatic, he would have. My salmon was perfect, too. The drinks and service was memorable. We’ll be back!
We were within 15 minutes of our reservation. He was rude upon seating us. He looked at his watch and sughed and said, "We did have you down for 5:45. There's this table (in the foyer of the hotel, they called it the library...super loud and drafty) or a table in the back." We took one look at the table in the foyer and said we'd take the one in back whatever that meant. Well it was in its own room away from everything and felt like a closet. It was awful. No water refills. It was overall not a good experience especially for what we spent.
Narrative is a fun spot in cherry creek, with excellent cocktails and fun apps. Hit up the happy hour after a day of shopping.

We were seated on the patio and essentially had a tough time getting service the entire time. Otherwise, was great! Not sure if I’d go back unless I can be assured I sit inside.

Great experience for my boyfriend's 30th! They brought us champagne to toast, all the food was delicious, and our server was friendly and fun!

The place was quiet, and probably a lot of that was due to the 25% occupancy level mandated by the state. This was on Jan 29, the very first day of the "reopening" since indoor dining was cancelled. The food was excellent, the wine was also. Looked around at what others ordered, and all of it looked worthwhile ordering.
The waitstaff was SUPERB.
All-in-all, a wonderful experience.

Our server was excellent! We were seated in a back room, and although we prefer the main dining room we know that COVID is making everyone adapt! Despite being separated from the main dining room, our server was as attentive as possible having to manage two different spaces. The food was excellent as always!

We want to be able to serve the most amount of guests that are kind enough to give us their business during these strange and difficult times. This is not your usual hotel restaurant! They get how to produce an exceptional but not stuffy dining experience. Food, service, and covid precautions were each delivered with care and personal attention to make the meal the best it could be! Go!
Wonderful food, atmosphere, and service. The fried green tomatoes were divine. They even brought out bubbles on the house for our anniversary. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience until the manager asked us to leave as they had a reservation...very awkward considering we had just ordered a bottle of wine. They kept hovering around our table...very uncomfortable.

We are sorry to hear that the new policy of allowed time at the tables was not well received. When we seat tables we also hand out a COIVD-19 policy sheet stating time allowed at the tables. A majority of the restaurants in the city are also doing this in order to allow more guests to enjoy the dining out experience and for the restaurant to be able to serve more guests due to the restriction of 25% capacity inside restaurants. COVID-19 hit restaurants hard and we're doing our best.

Loved it - again! One of our favorites. Server was exceptional as always. Blueberry crunch pancakes are delicious each time we brunch at Narrative. Dined at this restaurant for brunch and dinner regularly since we tried it last year at Thanksgiving. Meals are always delicious, servers always friendly and provide outstanding dining experience, atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming.
Brunch seems to be hit or miss. Today was a miss. The bread on the BLTA was burned. (See-black) The side of bacon was deep fried so over done it was practically crumbling to dust. Note to management, if you think serving bacon that is deep fried is “good”, ask your self how many times you do it that way at home. Never. Breakfast taco advertise chorizo, it was MIA. The salsa tasted like a jarred cheap tomato sauce. The “crispy potatoes” also suffered the same death in deep fryer as the bacon. Place in need of a chef, badly.
Great for brunch. Go here often and haven't had a bad breakfast.
Went for happy hour mid afternoon with girlfriends in from out of town. It was a delightful experience with fabulous service and reasonable prices. Don’t miss the lobster corn dogs
First time and really loved the full length window view outside. Quaint and comfortable, very modern and clean. Service from host to server was excellent, polished and had great recommendations. Nice for a lunch catch-up, business gathering with a nice wine selection available.
We were put in a back meeting room with 5 tables, alone, and the server came by maybe 3 times total.

My wife and I are in Denver for a short trip away and celebrated her Birthday at Narrative. It was one of the better meals I have had in a long time considering value, flavor/taste, presentation, and service. I would highly recommend Narrative. Also, in looking at yelp Narrative ranks 2nd only to Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar, but I can confidently say that Narrative’s Jacq Burger was better than any Sad Daddy’s Burger. This place deserves more critical acclaim and top spot on yelp for the area!!!!!
