Nara Hibachi & Hot Rocks
Food and service were incredible as always! Chef Henry had everyone in the restaraunt looking at our table in amazement. Super fun for the kids too! Be sure to request Henry, Marvin, or Teddy as your chef!!

they should do something about serving most/all of their dishes together, rather than one at a time. I filled up on the rice because that was served first and it took awhile before the other items were served (which I brought home!)
The chef was excellent! He made our experience even better than normal.
I would have given 5 stars, but the service and attitude (from hostess & mgr) when we walked in was a complete disappointment. They were giving us such a hard time because 2 of the 6 people in our party were running late. We explained to them that the woman was pregnant, moving slow, etc....and were on their way.... but they refused to accommodate us. They seated another family next to us, who sat in the seats that were for our party, and made everybody feel so uncomfortable and awkward. It wasn’t until we ordered dinners for the 2 people that were running late, that they finally put the extra plates and chairs at the table.
It was unnecessary to treat customers like that, especially since we had made an advanced reservation, and said that they were on the way! I make reservations all the time, and always get treated with the utmost service and respect, regardless of how many people have arrived on time. This would never have happened at any other restaurant!
Very overpriced for what it is. The food was mediocre at best and the seafood was overcooked.

Wait staff was accommodating, but the food service was slow
Service was below average. The waitress seemed high. Food “show” was just okay. The least interesting I’ve ever seen. Went for 10 year olds bday. NOT a special experience at all. Received a small bowl of average ice cream to celebrate. Choice of chocolate vanilla or green tea. Dirty dishes sat on table during dessert. Couldn’t wait to leave.
Nothing different than your typical, Benny Hana hibachi restaurant but the food was good and portions huge. Energetic atmosphere.
The hibachi chef was engaging and funny without being cheesy! He let me daughter help cook too! It was our 5th time there & we will be back!
While my kids LOVE this place, I feel like a few things could be upgraded. If a reservation is made, please stop telling people the table will be ready in 5 minutes when it actually takes 30. Offering incentives in Denise's deals are also helpful as we have a large family and we'd frequent more. Overall, the taste is fabulous and the chefs are great!
A very good atmosphere for a crowd. The food is very good. You won't leave hungry.
We actually opened up the restaurant being the first ones there. It was a nice experience. We’ve been to a competitor many times, but we felt the portions were a little bigger and a bit healthier at Nara. The staff was very kind!

First visit. Considering they were slammed on Mother's Day we did not expect such a great experience. But we were seated quickly and service was amazing. Plus staff was super friendly and not stressed at all. Food was typical hibachi fare. Very enjoyable and we will go again.
The restaurant is beautiful and food delicious. We went there with our kids, just wish the chef was more entertaining when cooking the food. Every hibachi place shows the same “Volcano” trick. Need to come up with other shows.
This is the second time going and it is not consistent. Sesame seeds were put on the vegetables and my daughter is allergic. They didn’t do that the time before so I didn’t understand why he did that and had I known I would have told him not to. Our sushi roll we order didn’t show up until after the hibachi was almost completed. Service started out good and then went downhill after. They put too much teriyaki sauce on the dood as well.
The appetizers we tried were disappointing; the pork dumplings were far too expensive for the portion served, and the popcorn shrimp lacked any flavor at all. For our hibachi meal, the fried rice was very soggy which made it heavy and unpleasant (although my daughter liked the flavor very much). The chef cooked up all noodles and vegetables first, before starting the seafood. Steaks were left for last. This left 2 members of our party waiting for their protein while the rest of the party was nearly finished eating. Even those that ordered seafood didn't appreciate the delay between the hibachi vegetables and chicken, which was 5 or 6 minutes. Our chef was entertaining and personable. While we did have a nice evening, we'll probably go elsewhere for hibachi meals
The food was drenched in butter and oil. There needs to be more private seating, as many people do not like to sit with total strangers. It was quite expensive as well.

It was a great experience. We made our reservation earlier in the day and we were immediately seated on arrival. We had a fantastic time. Wayne was our chef and he was exceptional. He made sure my 8 year old son was included and involved in the show. Our food was fantastic and the drinks were prompt. We will definitely return.
The food never disappoints our waitress was not the best but the food made up for it
The food is exactly and the wait staff and chef are just wonderful... Now if we could get the Host to check our reservation in properly so I don't receive an email from Open Table that I missed my reservation everything would be a 5 star. I was there and we enjoyed our food and service.

The restaurant is beautiful & the staff was nice. Our food order was incorrect & the portion size was “ok”. I went for the Hot Rock special, honestly I enjoyed my food much more at Black Rock.

First time here.... overall it was a good experience. Service was a bit slow but I will cut them some slack as it was a busy Saturday night. Food was fresh and delicious. Really enjoyed the variety of sauces offered from mustard to sriracha to ginger... and yum yum... nice touch!
The food was very good. Sushi was fresh, hibachi table was excellent! And really get A LOT of food compared to other hibachi restaurants, pleasantly surprised! The gentleman who cooked our food was really friendly and our waitress Veronica was very nice and on top of everything. The only negative was when we first arrived we waited 5 mins for someone to even greet us and once the hostess came she didn't ask who was there first (which was us) and attempted to start sitting other people. We had to speak up twice that we we're 1st and had reservations... After that everything else went smooth and we'll definitely return.
It’s like any Japanese Steak house but better. We will be back again for sure!

Please tell me how this could have been so expensive? The salad was exactly like a banquet salad for a wedding. It was ridiculous. The servers were inexperienced and lacked personality as did the "chef". Then as if it couldn't get worse, they automatically added in a 20% tip... really? What a complete waste of money this evening was...
Great redo of the interior. Food was fantastic and so much! Our waiter and hibachi chef both were great. Cocktails are overpriced at $12 a piece.
Yes, very good food especially with the unreal Yum Yum sauce. This is a must goto restaurant.
Wow!! Benihana see ya aronna!!! Lol. This place blew that restaurant out of the water. I called ahead to ask if we could bring our own wine. It was a $30 corkage fee. The service was phenomenal and we enjoyed every minute. I have a gluten and dairy allergy. They made my food in the back and it was fantastic. I had shrimp and filet with white rice. Marvin made the food for everyone else. I love when the cooks have personality. Marvin had personality and more. He was awesome with the kids and played little tricks on them. I was super satisfied. We will be back. Thank you for the wonderful memory.
Nice ambiance! The food was very tasty, our chef was hilarious making the overall experience very enjoyable. Took advantage of the restaurant week pricing, plenty of good that very reasonable! I will be going back again. We enjoyed the filet mignon and shrimp meal, superb! I enjoyed a hibiscus, rosewater drink from the bar that was excellent as well..
We had a great meal at a good price, had to wait for a while to be seated even with reservations, but to be fair there was a private party in the bar area. The drinks were a bit pricey. The chef did a fine job. Enjoyable evening, and next time we will try the hot rock dinner.
