Love going to Naples. But today's experience was poor in service. Our server was slow. It took him sometime to come back and check on us. We asked for marinara and ranch, didnt get it and still got charge for it. It was a pretty steady day not as busy so I am not sure why service was slow this time. Overall, pizza still taste really good and love the comeback of Panzerotti .

When we visit Disneyland, Naples is always a stop we make (sometimes several times during our vacation). The food is consistent and the service is great. The remodel of the restaurant is very nice, however, we detect that the noise level was a bit higher this time. We're not sure if it was due to our seating location with was the first floor by the kitchen area. We have always dined on the 2nd floor. This will not deter us from visiting again!

Made reservations however we were late because it was so congested. When we got there about 20 minutes later we still had to wait an additional 30 minutes because they didn’t have our table ready. The girl that was in the front didn’t have any type of customer service. Looked like she was having a frustrating and looked annoyed. We finally got a table and our waiter was awesome. Over all good food.

The decor here is lacking. The service is questionable, our waiter was slammed with too many tables and we waited forever for change when paying the bill. A family at a neighboring table left after 15 minutes of no service and being completely ignored by wait staff. I ll go back for the food but sit outside at least the ambience of sitting in Downtown Disney makes up for the flat decor inside. Our food was delicious and came out pretty quickly once the order was put in.

(Downtown Disney). Me ,my wife, and our two kids had dinner on a Saturday evening. We made reservations for 7:15 and had to wait about 10 minutes for our table. It was very crowded so not to bad. Our server was great. The only issue we had was that mine and my son’s pizza came out about 15 before my wife’s and daughters food came out. The food was great as usual. Can’t wait to go back.

This is my favorite restaurant at Downtown Disney. I requested and received an outside table which allowed us to absorb the back ground Disney music and people watch. Food was delicious and I always enjoy their ocean breeze cocktail. Our server was attentive and humorous which added to the fun and the noise level did not interfere with our conversation. Wonderful atmosphere but probably not place for a nice quiet date, perhaps a table upstairs.

Not organized at all and a complete rip off. Never answered phones, sat at wrong table and food was a little too fast and was told they were behind. Not worth the money. Just charging because it’s Disneyland. Gnocchi tasted store bought, calamari soaked in grease

Overall very good. We are huge fans of their sister restaurant in Epcot. Via Napoli. It was good enough we ate here 3 times during our trip. This last time, the pizza was a bit under cooked but not terrible. Let’s just say there wasn’t any left to take out. Every server we had was awesome. Prices weren’t outrageous. Will for sure eat here again on our next visit to Disneyland!

Perfect respite from a busy day at Disneyland. The food is really good and the service is, too. We had family salad for 6, the two large pizzas. Also two side orders of meatballs and marinara sauce. Very delicious. I recommend an outside table. The weather is usually very pleasant in the evening and it’s quieter outside.

Wonderful evening. My family and I were there celebrating our daughter's Birthday! Gary was our server he was very attentive and remembered we were celebrating a birthday brought a nice dessert with candle at the end of our meal. My husband ordered lasagna and it could use more marinara sauce. Salmon was delicious and the sangria was excellent. We choose the patio and it was perfect. Thank you

We had a great experience. Our server was wonderful - let us taste before choosing a wine, made great recommendations. We always had water or whatever we needed. Everyone there was great. Salmon was really good. We heard another table told it ran out so keep in mind! Pizza was wonderful. A great experience all around. Tip - Definitely important to book ahead! I could not get a time we wanted in the Disney app but could on open table.

This has been a family favorite for years. This last time was so disappointing. Everything especially the service was off. The food is not like we remember it. Almost as if Disney took over the kitchen. Everything tasted mass produced.

I have to be completely honest, when I booked i specifically requested outdoors and I was seated inside. It was hot and dirty and i really don’t like anything about there downstairs seating. Outdoors is a different vibe for sure. The waitress and wait staff we’re helping and attentive despite it being busy but for me it’s the food. The soggy eggplant parm was like eating baby food mush. I know this is harsh and I love eggplant but I need it breaded I need some kind of texture to add to this dish. It was also a little bland. I ordered the caprese salad and I should have known better because the tomato’s are always basic and it doesn’t h e a balsamic drizzle. I also tried the new mozzarella fritters and they were flavorless and my 7 year old choked on his. This is not any one at the restaurants fault it was just scary. I will say there wood fire pizza has always been a win for us and every time I try to order something different I have not been happy. If you like pizza this restaurant is a win and great cocktails. Other than that I’m not impressed and it unfortunate i really want to love something here besides the pizza.
