Had a wonderful time. Was better than expected. The cocktails were excellent. The service could not have been better. Thank the staff so much.
Food is delicious. Restaurant takes great precautions with safety during this time. Reservations highly recommend since it's limited outdoor dining.
Was great to be back and eating at Downtown Disney. The limited menu was VERY limited and a lot of changes had been made. We came specifically for a certain salad we love and some apps that were removed due to their limited menu. We love NAPLES but probably will not return for a few months once they expand their menu again.
The Caesar salad is an incredibly small portion and for $23, is essentially robbery. We also had the chicken parmigiana which was very bland, the side pasta was inedible. My son tried to eat the kids cheese pizza, but gave up. All in all, the food is outrageously priced and, at least what we tried, bland, small portions and unsatisfying. This restaurant is tied with Tortilla Joe’s for the worst eating option in Downtown Disney.
Visited in the middle of the week, we had a reservation, but arrived a bit early and we were seated right away. Our server (Casey(?)) was amazing! We felt very safe dining here. The food was delicious and so were the drinks. The one thing I will say about dining at Disney is the drinks may be expensive, but you get what you pay for 😉. Thank you for a great dining experience!
Great because it's the only restaurant in DTD currently accepting reservations. Their menu is extremely limited and appears that the prices have increased since the reopening. Totally understandable but folks shouldn't expect the same experience as pre-covid.
The large pepperoni and olive pizza plus Ceasars salad was delicious and we had two extra slices left over for a party of 3. Sangria was the bomb. Drink was just a bit pricey.
Glad to be able to get out, our waiter, George Muller, I think.........was really nice and took good care of us. That outdoor patio is one of the best in DT Disney, just simple yummy pizza and salad for us....was awesome! The servers noticed I was wearing a shirt just like them.......so we had a good laugh over it! I wore it better.............lol
Being that this dining experience took place during the restrictions in place due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we were very satisfied with the service received. The food here is always tasty, but it was a bit pricy. It was just very nice to be out and about in Downtown Disney...
I enjoyed my dining experience at Naples on Friday.
Came down for my birthday. Staff was great at keeping everything clean and making us feel comfortable. Food was amazing as always. So happy Naples is open again and will be back soon
First of all, I appreciate everyone returning to this industry during these evolving times. Staff was very respectable and welcoming. The food came out promptly and was absolutely delicious. While dining I observed the staff to be taking great measures to make sure everyone felt safe during their dining experience and that the restaurant was sanitized thoroughly in between guest. Overall, it was nice to be back in the ambiance of downtown Disney that was secluded enough so we could enjoy our meal and escape the crowd.
Service was really slow, and every other table was empty. A hostess was helping our server, and she was fantastic. Really expensive for lunch IMO. Prices much higher than I remember.
Ok look, there is a global pandemic going on and things aren’t what they used to be. Dining in as changed. So will your experience. Go in with an open mind and some patience and you will have a great time. Slightly limited menu, but that’s understandable. But service was great and our server recommended a great montepulciano d’abruzzo to drink with our pizza.
Seating is outdoors only due to the state order l, but social distancing and cleanliness and sanitization were in full force. The next table was at least 8 feet way.
Go and enjoy some wine, be patient, and take care of your server!
Love the food here outstanding as always
Good food and service, good spacing of tables for social distancing
Great all around!
While some seating was blocked off, it did not seem like the tables full of diners were 6 feet apart or more. Also I rushed to put my mask on when the server came to take our order but it did not seem like that was a requirement. Masks should be on until the food comes to the table, but that's my opinion to help protect the restaurant staff.
The experience at Naples was great. Despite the current guidelines the entire experience was pleasant. Server was great as was the food... and of course the drinks.
Food wasn’t as good as I remembered but we still enjoyed it. I feel like they were understaffed even with the social distancing of tables. However, I feel like the server was very attentive and practiced all the new procedures with waiting tables during a pandemic.
Went for pizza and pasta. Service was good. Food was good. Prices are way too high though. $38 for a large pizza is just too much. Pasta was overpriced too.
Worth the reservations.
First time to DTD since it shut down from the Covid craziness. Naples did a great job of cleaning and social distancing the tables. My family felt super safe and we had a great lunch! Food was delicious and our waitress Carla was the best!!!! First time dining here but it’s not our last!!!
The service was impeccable! The restaurant is very clean.
The food was good, nice restaurant, but some fans blowing to get some air circulating would been nice. It was over 100 degrees
Experience is worth the price. Our server Brandon was friendly and engaging while complying with COVID requirements. Ambiance is great but menu is limited. Pizza is delicious but came out too greazy, but then again had it with pep and sausage. I'll be back!
I just thought this place was going to be gimmicky. I've been to Downtown Disney tons of times and never thought about eating here. Besides, we own pizzerias (NY style) and my husband can cook an Italian dish like no other. Furthermore, I've been to Naples, Italy and know how special and very unique their pizza is there. But, it was one of the very few restaurants open when DD reopened after the covid-19 pandemic. And let me just say, "What was I thinking missing out on this place?". The pizza tasted like I was eating at a place overlooking Mt. Vesuvius. Unless you've had pizza in Naples, Italy, you don't know that the crust is VERY different from what we know of here in the U.S. It's a very simple white crust. Not only did Naples Ristorante hit it on the spot, but the tomato sauce was perfect. I seriously wanted to ask if they got the tomatoes grown at the bottom of Mt. Vesuvius, because it was darn close! And the cheese, was high quality. Will definitely be back.
Food: good
Wait staff: great
Host / Hostess customer service: very very poor.
It was the first day being open since the pandemic started and we had a great time. It was reservatjon only but we still had to wait 15 minutes after our reservation time. Other than that the food was great and the service was great.
Great food, but a bit pricey. Waiter was wonderful and energetic.
Great reopening of downtown Disney dinner. Wasy to get reservations on Open Table and then the food and the atmosphere was great. Felt comfortable eating there.
Very friendly staff. Expensive since it is in Downtown Disney. Excellent job of keeping us safe (masks, social distancing, etc).
Perfect food with the perfect views
Service good. Not much on menu. Bit pricey.
We enjoyed three different pizzas and all three were done well and very tasty. The crust was crisp and not soggy in the middle. Service was excellent and the wait for food was shorter than expected.
Honestly I love this place for its pizza and typically it’s stellar service when I’ve visited with my mom and my sister. This evening I came in by myself and when I approached the (amazingly kind and sweet) hosts, I requested outside and they accommodated me, kindly. As soon as my server came over he asked what I wanted to drink and eat. Not too much of a greeting and not to much of a mention of what he recommended. The servers there have always given us a great run through of the menu. My server was very nice, dont get me wrong. But he never came back to ask how my food was because I definitely would have sent it back. I could tell he was busy with a few other groups and i know big groups are more important for a tip than someone eating alone. My food was expensive and so was my drink and they were both awful followed by not-so-good service. This sucks because I usually love it here and talk about it in my downtown disney blog!
If you like real neapolitan style pizza, this is the best you can get in America! Absolutely amazing!
Overpriced sub par food. Family of 4 with 2 drinks $200 check and we weren’t exactly full
50 dollars for a large cheese pizza is absolutely absurd. Could have went to Morton’s and the spent the same and gotten a beautiful steak. Avoid if you can.
We had lunch at this wonderful restaurant. The food was so delicious and the staff was the best we had. We were especially impressed with our waiter Ioan. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and even explained the regions of Italy were our wine and beer was made. Ioan added to the overall ambiance of our dining experience; you will be lucky if you get him as your waiter. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the mood for delicious authentic Italian food.
