Excited for the brunch menu! Upset that bottomless or build your own mimosas wasn’t offered. We spent $90 on 6 mimosas (party of 2). No one should serve eggs & potatoes without hot sauce (Tabasco is NOT hot sauce). Otherwise, the breakfast pizza was delicious, as well as the Almond Apple Bake. We’re excited to try a few more items on the menu & hope Patina Group figured it out or elevates their brunch! #MissingUVABAR!

We had to get in line and wait even though we had a reservation. Then we’re told we were late. (Well we were in line waiting) Hostess said she will text us when a table opens up. 15 min later a text came and said table is ready so we went up to the desk and she said to get in line. So we got in line again. The whole process is ridiculous. Food was good though and the wait staff was pleasant. Will avoid going on a weekend in the future.

Our daughter had the happiest HS Graduation lunch!!! Thank you to Naples, her fave restaurant, for accommodating our large party on a busy Saturday afternoon. Ema, our server, was fantastic! Pizzas were yummy, the only thing that we would have wanted, was a few more choices for appetizers and maybe bread baskets while we waited for food. Overall, an amazing afternoon!

Hostess made us wanted to just turn around and leave. Totally unfriendly and made the check in process awkward… no smile, no greeting, looks annoyed and didn’t even make eye contact… gave us such an awkward and weird feeling. If we didn’t have already made plans with friends to dine there, we would have left and gone somewhere else.

I booked my birthday lunch here a week prior. I asked for a table with a nice background so i Can take cute pics. I get there and they randomly sit me in the middle, there was nothing special about the seating. I put it in the reservation it was for a bday but no complimentary desert or song. I ordered chicken Parmesan with spaghetti, both cold. For the price i expected way more and i highly regret considering this restaurant for my bday lunch. Never again.

We go to Naples Restaurant at least 3-4 times a year and this last visit was the worst it's ever been. It started with unfriendly, inattentive hosts (in front where we checked in for our reservations and upstairs where we were directed to go for our seating assignment). Granted they were busy but they are always busy at Downtown Disney. There is value to acknowledging your guests' presence, and a smile, and a friendly greeting. Our server was very welcoming and friendly. Of the many employees working that night, she was the only one smiling. Thank goodness we had her to help us feel a little bit better. Our food was not up to the standards of this restaurant. We hope it was a one time incident and not a decline in the standards of this location. All our food were served cold. Nothing came close to what we have always expected of the food at one of our favorite restaurant. Overall, a very disappointing evening. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend Naples Ristorante to our friends at this time.

Bad from start to finish. Couldn't find our reservation from open table and said we didn't request an indoor table. Had to wait about 20 minutes for indoor. Food came out all at different times, making us wait with cold food for everyone to be served. Won't return especially for quality of food and prices. They don't care as it's disney and they get away with sub par food and service

Food was excellent and we enjoyed the view of Downtown Disney from our table on the second floor. Would recommend for adults and possibly older children visiting the Disney Resort. Would not recommend for small children.

We had high expectations. Our food was decent and service okay. Our daughters pasta with butter came out significantly after our pizzas which was disappointing. It was busy and seemed many tables had issues with their meal timing. Overall it was just okay.

Had a great time at Naples! Made a reservation few weeks in advance and was worried that they might forget about me because I booked so far in advance, but when our party arrived, they seated us right away…noise level on second floor was “energetic”, but so is my family!! For me, it’s about the experience; if I’m going to take my family and friends out to a shnazzy joint (Naples is a casual chic, not shnazzy but good for get togethers with friends and family) I don’t mind pricey meals or leaving a hefty tip IF the experience is there. Food is decent but the pizzas are actually really good! Service was great !

Even though we had a reservation we were sat directly next to the drink cart and waiter station. There were plenty of empty tables as it was 4:30 - not a prime dinner hour. We were also walked to our table for three and it had one chair. Our waiter was great and the food was still delicious. But I will say a little overpriced. $12 for kids noodles with butter is extreme even for Disney pricing.

I put in the notes that it was my parents 50th anniversary and my mom was vegan. They read the vegan part and said they couldn’t accommodate too much which was fine. It was only when I privately asked the hostesses to please do a nice desert for their 50th anniversary that they didn’t want do and I needed to go ask my server. They were the ones who saw the note. After multiple attempts they ignored the anniversary. Wednesday 1pm not busy and they couldn’t be bothered. Pitiful. Decent restaurant but, unprofessional hostesses. Needs training. I can’t imagine the manager would have let this slide. Yikes!
