Naples Ristorante e Bar
I made reservations and though this is not the norm we waited over an hour to sit and no one seemed to care.... Including the manager. We are season pass holders and come quite often and I was surprised that he didn’t offer us at least a free app. We will go back because the food and waiters/ waitresses are wonderful but hostess staff needs to get up to par big time.
The food was amazing. Out waiter, Corey, was really nice and fun.
I came with my daughter after a day of fun at Disneyland. We made reservations on Open Table which prevented us from waiting no more then 30 minutes and got right in. Server was very attentive. Food came out quicker then anticipated, which is not a bad thing. I was just going to order a glass of wine but our server suggested a carafe so I could have a second glass with dinner. Little did I know that carafe would actually fill 3 glasses, so there was no complaints on my end. We ordered the bruschetta (if you love tomatoes then order it, if not, it's an easy pass as I wish we would have chosen another appetizer). Daughter had the spaghetti and loved it and I had the gnocchi and a side salad. All in all a good experience for Downtown Disney.
Fantastic food and delightful pizzas. The service staff really look after you well.
Pizza outstanding as usual! We always go for the margerita pizza; can’t go wrong with a classic. Important to make a reservation as a very busy place on the weekend at lunchtime. The remodel was a big improvement.
Restaurant was behind, so we got sat over 20 minutes after our reservation (despite being there 15 minutes early). Had to wait over 5 minutes to get silverware after our food was served, and had to ask for water multiple times. Overall, service and food was mediocre at best.
Was not expecting much because it’s downtown Disney. The pizza was great. The salad was absolutely wonderful. Only problem is we did have reservations and still had to wait 30 minutes out in the cold. And our waitress was a doll. They were understaffed and really busy and she couldn’t have been better nice to know something in downtown Disney is actually pretty dang good food. Prices are typical Disney way too much for what you get but overall I definitely go back
Naples is a must even if you aren't going to Disneyland !! We crave Naples pizza. Now they are new and improved and it looks even better!!!
💕💕💕💕💕 Very good Restaurant.
Every time we visit Disneyland we go eat at Naples.
Very disappointed with food and service. Burnt pizzas, uncooked side orders and salads small & not fresh. Shame as atmosphere great and should be a fun place to enjoy food after a day in Disney.
Pasamos fin de año y la pasamos muy bien. Gracias por la estadía y la atención
We didn’t have high expectations for an Italian restaurant in downtown Disney but we were pleasantly surprised! The food was delicious and service was great! We enjoyed a delicious meal and there was nothing left on our plates! Everything we ordered was outstanding!
The remodeled restaurant lacks ambiance. They should have left it the way it was. The food was not as good as I remembered. The drinks were the only good part of our meal.
We had a bigger group and sat on the newly updated patio. It was great with heaters! The new bar is beautiful. All of our food was delicious...but the Sea Bass was amazing! And the price was great. However the price for other things, like a split of champagne, was crazy expensive. Given you are in "Disney" zone so expect everything to be overpriced. I would definitely go back because the food was great and the location is ideal for a Disney break.
We made reservations for 645, arrived early at 630, staff advised they would text us when our table was ready. We went back at 7pm, asked about the status and they again stated they would text us and appeared annoyed. We grabbed a manager who then checked on a table, advised a table was ready at the same time we got the text. It took 10 minutes to get acknowledged and waters. Server then came back 10 minutes later to take our orders, while tables sat after us already had given their orders. Food was ok, but not worth the price. We are not ones to complain, but this was a bad experience all the way around.
Food was very marginal, and not nearly the quality it has been in the past. Expensive for what you get.
Sat in the upstairs part of the restaurant. Fun to be able to watch the chefs cooking in the open kitchen. Nice menu choices from pastas, salads, and pizzas. Very good service. Nice spot in downtown Disney.
Food and waitress was great
Pizza needed some more time to cook, waitress never brought what we asked and had to ask numerous times for our drinks.
I was there during my reservation time and the person marked me as a no-show and subsequently, my account was suspended from open table.
The food selection is minimal on the downstairs patio and do not have access to the full menu. I think you can only
Order salad and pizza downstairs. No one explained this to us prior to seating us and some people in our party cannot eat pizza .
On the patio you eat on paper plates, but still get charged full price for dining
The service was very slow
The food was good. Quick service and friendly, courteous staff.
The service was excellent and the food was delicious!
Fantastic service and great food- we had a party of seven on a Friday night but had little to no wait and a fantastic time. The food and service was fantastic and we had a great view from the upper patio.
We were seated promptly and service was great. Food was good and worked out well for a business dinner with 10 people
The food was wonderful and the service was outstanding.
We had dinner here during our day at California Adventure. It was good but not great. A bit overpriced for the quality and the restrooms definitely needed attention. I booked with a note that we were celebrating a birthday and no mention of that by that staff. It was pretty authentic but could have had a bit more flavor.
The waiter mis-heard our order but made up for it. It was very unusual to have all the hands. But as always, the food, although a little pricey, is always amazing. We got the pepperoni pizza. One of our favorites.
Vacation dinner outing. Overall pretty good. It was busy but a Downtown Disney Monday not a Sat busy. Food was good and service was ok. Server didn’t ask if we wanted grated cheese, wasn’t very quick to refill drinks, etc. He was very pleasant.
Food was GREAT!! Service was very attentive. We always had water refilled, dishes cleared when needed and reminders that we could use our Disney annual pass for a discount when paying the bill. Naples will DEFIANTLY be a place we eat every time we visit downtown Disney!
Mario our sever was fantastic! Hence the 4 stars.
We have a reservation for our child's birthday - upon arrival was told kitchen backed up and wait for inside seating.
Food was average.
We sat outside - not ideal. Felt pressured by manager to sit on the patio level if we wanted food for our kids anytime soon.
Thank goodness for Mario or the night would have been much more glum.
Please forward to management - improve kitchen flow and bookings so the Disney experience is enhanced by dining with you.
Dining experience was made even better by our exceptional server ( I believe his name was Paulo).
I don't care for the new renovation. No ambiance. There are more employees just standing around than servers. Too bad, this used to be a very good restaurant. Not returning.
Great as always!
We got a great seat and our waiter and the food were fine, but we felt REALLY rushed. I’ve never had someone ask us if we wanted to see a dessert menu about 2 minutes after we’d started eating our meal. Our plates were still full! We were in and out of there in about 30 minutes.
Delicious Italian food in Downtown Disney. Worth the price. Remodel was well done.
Felt like we were seated by a major thoroughfare. The staff was running by every second. This made for a not so relaxing dinner. Maybe they are understaffed? Wait staff was sufficiently attentive though. The team that brought out the food was more pleasant than our lead server. And unfortunately, the food was mediocre at best (for the price). Also, there is a strange timid photographer who offers to take your pic (for a fee?) but frankly he mumble so I could only figure out he was a photographer because he was carrying a camera.
Food was just ok. Not very impressed for the price. Service was friendly but slow. Overall, we won’t come back. Expected much better
Naples is a favorite of ours for Downtown Disney. Staff is very good with accommodating large groups and children. Inside restaurant is VERY loud, but if you get an outside table it is much better. Perfect place for both kids and adults. AND they have the best kids meal- grilled chicken veggies, and a side of fruit and their Mac and cheese is great — very big kid portions you can definitely split between 1-3 small children.
Went the night before our day at Disney to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. They showered her with love! The pizza was amazing. And overall it was a great night. This was our first time trying it out, we will definitely be back
The service and food was amazing! The staff were all very courteous and welcoming.
