Naples Coastal Kitchen
Delicious food and friendly service, but portions felt too small for the price - our dinners (filet & shrimp entree) looked like kiddie meals. Front enclosed patio was comfortable but I suggest they add speakers for music for more ambiance. Overall would recommend.
Food was good and prices were reasonable but that is where it stops. Cocktails were ridiculously expensive and wine was over priced
Food taste was very good as usual but grouper piccata presentation was poor at best.
Get well soon Chef Hector!
Lots of bug bites
We enjoyed our meals. Very fresh and well prepared.
Food was awesome. Wait staff is super friendly
The menu consists primarily of warm water fish.
Good food and friendly knowledgeable waiters
Very enjoyable. Your shrimp and grits are the best. We’ll be coming back!
Sat at the bar and received world class service from our bartender, Werner
Food is tasteless and overpriced. They were overbooked . Waited an additional 20 minutes for a table by a noisy overcrowded bar. Your reviews highly over rate this place.
We both enjoyed our dinners. We had the hamburger and col water lobster tails.
Out only complaint was that the cappuccino was all milk, and nit hot.
They take reservations which is why we went there. Food was ordinary service was good
Overall, the food was good. Service was just ok. It was our server's first day and I think he was a little frazzled. My husband really wanted to try the Tater Kegs with his meal. At first, server said they were out. Then he came back and said they had them and it was a $2 upcharge. So, he ordered them. When his dinner came, there were fries instead of the Tater Kegs :(. Server was busy running around so husband decided not to say anything. When the bill came we had him remove the $2 charge. Server felt terrible and offered a free dessert but we declined. Props for offering that. The manager came over, apologized and offered us dessert again. That was the only issue. I had the Grouper grilled and husband had the beef tacos. Both were delicious. Drinks were also very good.
Wonderful meal. Waitstaff helpful and knowledgeable. Lots of outside dining and overhead fans moved the air. A little noisy for conversation.
Great watermelon salad and wonderful service!!!
Good experience overall. New waiter so service was quite slow. Generous portions. Excellent clam chowder.
Although the restaurant was not particularly busy at this lunch time, service was extremely slow -- we waited over 30 minutes for our food. Drinks also took about 10 minutes to arrive. My husband's food was cold -- it was probably ready a lot earlier but was not brought out. We told the server, who offered to reheat it -- really? Reheat fish? Not a good idea. We had it boxed and brought it home. At no time did a manager approach us nor were we given any consideration for the subpar food. If this had been our first time at the restaurant, we would not return. We have been there many times and never had any issues until this time.
Great crab cakes!
Coastal Kitchen has been a go to before the pandemic, with limited dining the past year this was a treat. We had the Grouper and Tuna salad, comfortable location indoors, but plenty of outdoor dining with space. Service was great, felt comfortable with servers strict with mask. Excellent meal, reasonable prices and good service.
Very hard restaurant to find.
👍 we had fun
A little bit disappointed, the Salmon changed from last year. We have not been into Coastal Kitchen since before the virus hit, and the salmon was among my favorite seafood dishes in Naples, but it was not as good as I remember.
Had a very disappointed visit last night. The service was terrible and very very slow. Our waiter brought the wrong dish to one person in our party, and did not offer any recompense for his mistake , except an apology This was my fourth visit to this restaurant. I’m not sure I will return
This is the noisiest restaurant I have ever experienced. We were seated “outside” which was an enclosed porch and no sound control. The fish was good, but sides were terrible. Rice was gummy, vegetables done without care. Our waiter was the only bright spot.
GREAT FOOD AND SERVICE AND THE SPECIAL THEY OFFERED FOR THE REST OF THE MONTH IS GREAT @19.95
We arrived for the reservation and were seated. The waitress arrived and brought us a drink. In the meantime, 3 other tables were seated. Instead of staggering the orders she did all at the same time. We own restaurants and that is not the proper way because you can’t give service. The prices were a little high for the quality of food that was served. Nothing tasted like quality
Waited for one half hour beyond our reserved time to be seated. Appeared to be understaffed with many tables not yet cleared. Waited one more half hour for our wine, which arrived at the same time as our meals. The food was good; fresh grilled grouper, coconut shrimp. Patio dining is actually enclosed with no way to open the plexiglass for fresh air and the acoustics were bad as to render conversation difficult.
Great food and Julie was an excellent waitress! Would definitely recommend
Had a requested outside reservation. We were told we had to eat inside as there were earlier outside reservations. There were 4 tables open. So we left.
We both had walleye- good but not great. Server helpful with selections.
It’s a good, “strip mall” restaurant. Solid value
I would have preferred an outdoor space but since I was dining alone, I was not given that option.
Small indoor dining space but quaint
We first went to Naples Coastal Kitchen in Ft. Myers and loved it. Now that it's closed we travel to Napels to have their steak and lobster. Their drinks are great, too!
Seafood options were great. Wait staff very attentive. Would recommend.
Ate outside....generally excellent experience overall....FYI chairs uncomfortable...found out afterward should have said something...they have pillows.
Will return often.
They were very accommodating re our seating.
We love coastal kitchen.. this was our 6th visit this winter. We are never disappointed. Chef Hector is the best. We will be back soon.
We had a reservation but waited 30 minutes to be seated.
