Naples Coastal Kitchen
Most people would not expect to find Walleye as the featured fish on a Naples menu but Naples Coastal Kitchen does and it was delicious. My wife enjoyed Walleye fingers as an appetizer with a nice salad while I had a fried walleye filet as my entrée. Both were sweet and cooked to perfection. If not for the blistering heat outside these meals would make you think you were sitting outside one of the Great Lakes. Service was very good with a friendly staff and prompt attention to our needs. Ambiance is basic but we were there to enjoy good food not fancy décor. Give them a try.
Good service and the food was excellent. Will go ag again.
Food was enjoyed by all. Service always a pleasure and with a smile. The acoustics are not great for inside seating so I felt the noise level was higher than it should be. Other than that...no complaints whatsoever.
Food was the poorest seafood I’ve ever had and especially for the price. Do not eat here.
The food is excellent, service has always been friendly, efficient and prompt.I always sit outside in their enclosed patio. You may want to sit in the restaurant area if you want a better look, but I'm in my casual mode now and the patio is just fine.
Food has never disappointed me here, and the staff is always "chipper".
Great food, staff very helpful. (I do wonder why they have a large TV, though. Doesn't seem to be a TV kind of restaurant). Otherwise, very nice ambience.
Excellent meal. We were not rushed. Service was very good. Each of us enjoyed the food.
Consistently good. Iour group is so stuck on the tacos we haven’t tried much else. My husband does explore the menu is us pleased with everything he tried.
A bit pricy for its location-order was served wrong but did get corrected-not sure if I would return
Sat outside in the air conditioned tent.....quite comfortable. Would sit there again.
Server was pleasant, blackened grouper was snappy in a good way.
Beet salad was excellent along with the clam chowder and gumbo. Server was a little overbearing, but did accommodate our needs.
Food is good but not great. Just another ok seafood place.
We have wanted to, then received a gift card so we, and another couple went. The first ting that struck us was how shabby the place looks. There's ZERO in the way of an inviting ambiance. Note, I'm a true believer in "you can't eat ambiance" ... that said, this place really could use some. We have no complaints at all about the food. It was very good. Service, while friendly, was less than attentive. However, as I said above, the food was very good, though I do not believe it will be included on our list of restaurants that we frequent.
We had a reservation and were there for 20 minutes and never given water or attention from our waiter. We left and hope to return for a more positive experience.
We had a lovely evening. It was extremely comfortable outdoors in the cooled room. Each enjoyed his food selection and our service was outstanding. We’ll be back soon.
The service was very good and the food was fine. Nice little neighborhood restaurant. We will go back.
Must have been an "off" night for chef, kitchen staff and server. We've always have had a great experience;. This, however was bad enough to make us think twice about ever returning. Chef Hector was clearly not overseeing the kitchen and the manager ended up delivering our meals---because we finally asked where our food was---nearly an hour after ordering. It was a Friday night, but not at all crowded. Just an unfortunate experience.
Inside is often noisy and we were seated outside. It was quiet and service was good. Grouper basket was good and enough to take home. Fries were only OK and potato salad is the better choice.
Quality of food was very good and service was excellent. Just a little pricey for location.
The menu was varied and our food was very good. Our waitress, Danielle, was delightful, knowledgeable and efficient . She gave us great suggestions and was very attentive to our needs. We ate on the patio and it was very comfortable. We will definitely go back and feel our friends about it.
Our absolute favorite in North Naples! Chef hector does not disappoint.
Our waiter was nice. Walleyed excellent. Good service.
Tried this restaurant while in Naples on vacation - were not disappointed. We had 7 people and all ordered different things, everyone was very happy and food was fresh and delicious. Service was great, friendly and food came out timely.
It is one of our favorite places. The food is always great.
Just an okay place. nothing special or good about. A c plus restaurant
This was my first time there and will probably be my last. Not much ambience! I felt like my table outside was more in the parking lot then in the restaurant. I thought for its location and And lack of ambiencethat the food was over price. We went with some friends who were there beforeAnd they seem to enjoy it.
We went to the new Gulf Coast Towne Center location which has only been open for 4 months. The service and food were great. The prices were reasonable. The portions were also plentiful. The manager came by to make sure our experience was good. We will definitely go back again!
Waited 2 hours and did not get my meal
We had 6 diners with 5 different entrees and everyone was happy with their choices. Service was very good even though they were very busy. Reservations highly recommended!
First time at NCK and not the last. The seafood pasta was wonderful, with fresh flavors and Lots of seafood and crisply cooked veggies. Our server was friendly and efficient. It’s a very casual setting and rather noisy but no more than other restaurants in Naples during season. A very enjoyable dinner!
Our favorite place in Naples/Bonita/Estero. Many really good choices. Great choices. Most different and great.
Whenever we are in the north Naples or Bonita Springs area, we have to make a stop at Naples coastal kitchen. It’s one of our absolute favorite places to dine. The patio is perfect and easy to have conversation. Plenty of space heaters as well as awnings if the night is cool.
Table Service could be better, pretty slow. Wait after being seated til we were approached with menus and asked for drink orders. Lobster was served without drawn butter and we had to flag down a waitress to request it - and it arrived as we were just about finished! Bartender Joshua was awesome when we had drinks at the bar prior to our dinner.
Food is always consistently good.
We always enjoy our meals at Coastal Kitchen but the noise level is a little off putting. Next time I think we will sit on the side rather than under the pergola. I don’t think there is anything they can do to make it quieter in that open room. Our dinners were delicious...the shrimp and grits entree is outstanding and the crabcakes are perfect (even a Delawarean close to Maryland approves!!
Very casual and comfortable. Everything was fresh and tasty.
We sat on the side patio since the dining room felt quite cold. Seemed a bit loud because we were next to a table of 8 or so (having a good time!). Food was excellent and waiter was very helpful.
Chef Hector does an amazing job with fresh seafood.
Naples Coastal Kitchen is located in a small strip mall but don't be fooled by it's location.
The menu is filled with creative concoctions. There are ample appetizers to share and it's a hard decision on what to choose. The Bull Bites are something you will not find on every menu and are delicious meaty morsels.
The tacos are what we came for after an article in the local paper and they were worth the trip. The blackened grouper was delicious and the tacos were served with a side of homemade potato salad and cole slaw. They were generous with the grouper and the two were more than enough.
There are more dinner options with fish, steaks and other options but the tacos were fabulous.
I would make another trip and try some other entrees. Great place.
