Very, very fast service, packed restaurant that was quite noisy. Excellent food, good value.
Good for business breakfast meeting - spacious and tables far enough apart for a private conversation. The coffee is very strong!
For New York this is very run of the mill Itialian food. granted I only tried two pastas
Great restaurant but VERY LOUD. Hard to have a conversation if you are with a large group.
I took my dad here for a late meal recently. We shared an appetizer of Risotto balls. I had a pizza and he enjoyed an eggplant dish. He said it was fantastic.
The waiter was very attentive. He brought him the beer he chose, he answered his questions about the menu without hesitation and brought fresh red pepper flakes when he requested it. He even brought him a shopping bag with the ristorante’s logo on it so that he could carry home the two gifts my husband and I brought him from our recent travel to Cuzco and our honeymoon along the Amalfi Coast.
Our waiter was attentive, professional and informative. He seemed to enjoy speaking with my dad.
My dad told me about his time studying at the U of Bologna when he was there as a young law student and the meals he enjoyed while there.
I’ll be back the next time I’m in NY.

Lunch was lovely
A great place to dine if you want a quick, reasonable meal before hopping on a train at Grand Central Terminal. My husband and I ordered a salad and pizza to share. The pizza was enormous, a flat crusted, rectangular pizza, far bigger than we imagined. It made for a good lunch the next day. We were promptly served by a cheerful, efficient server. Very pleased overall.

Always reliable. Always busy, which is a good signal. It can be a little noisy but what the heck, it's Manhattan. Love the crispy crust on the pizza. Wait staff is always friendly and efficient without being pushy.
Best pizza, wine and service
Wonderful spot for a breakfast meeting. Quiet, and large so there are a lot of reservation options. The eggs were delicious and service was quick! highly reccommend
It was the perfect place for 2 couples from out of town. The food was spectacular. Tasha was our server and she was excellent.
The portion of calamari for salad was pretty weak and the calamari was cold. I won’t order that again and was disappointed in my lunch.

This has become a staple for lunch near grand central terminal! Delicious fresh pastas, nice wines by the glass. Great service. Fun spot
The food at Naples 45 is so delicious! Everytime I go I must get the eggplant parm appetizer and tiramisu and cappuccino for dessert. Everything on the menu is so good and the pizza is the best! Definitely recommend!
The food is consistently very good from breakfast through dinner. The service is cordial, speedy and efficient. The tables are spaced well and allow for easy conversation.

Our server was terrible - he messed up our order and served wine in very dirty glasses. The food was mediocre at best and the place was EXTREMELY loud. We had to ask several times to have our water glasses refilled. Will not return.
Excellent service and location. Food was decent but nothing special. You will not be too shocked to leave here full but not amazed.
I have eaten here several times on business lunches. The service is fast and the salads, pizzas and pasta are all very good. I love the individual make you own pizza. This is not quite haute cuisine but the price and fast service reflect that. Lunch can be very busy and noisy - dinner more quiet the one time i have had dinner. Overall I recommend for a nice meal near Grand Central.

Went here for a quick lunch with a business associate. Was surprised how fast the service was. We were in, ordered, served and out in an hour. Perfect. And the food was good too.

The food at Naples 45 is mediocre at best and way overpriced. You're paying for the location next to Grand Central.
I forgot how loud this place is! But still, it’s a good place for a quick lunch - central location, above average food, fast efficient service and reasonable price. And in warmer months, outdoor seating.

Have been meeting friends for lunch at Naples every month for many years. Always reliable and lively place with good salads and very good pizza. A fun place for sitting outside in the good weather. Also a good spot for breakfast meeting as centrally located attached to Grand Central Terminal.
We enjoyed our dinner very much. We ordered a large pizza, Greek Salad and a charcuterie platter as an appetizer. We also ordered the Montepulciano wine on the menu, which was very good. Our waiter was quite attentive and his recommendations were spot on. We would definitely go back to this restaurant.
Really enjoyed the food and the service was excellent. We had a group of 7 and everyone had a great time.
This is a solid place with very few objections. However, like last time I was here, the restaurant does not serve all guests at a table their meals at the same time. This is absurd and creates a lot of awkwardness. I was served my main course almost ten minutes prior to my guest receiving his. There must be better coordination of food service.
Super noisy - not the best place if you want to get together and have a conversation! Food is good though!
