Excellent. Great place and really good food. Service was awesome
Food was great and service was excellent. We will be back soon
Beautiful ambience, food good but not great, nice attentive but not overbearing service. But the space is more than half empty at rush hour on a Saturday night?
Our waiter Carlos was very attentive and friendly. Food was good.
This is our favorite place to take our son when we visit him at UCLA. Staff is very friendly and service is always very good.
great food, wine, drinks and service in a very nice Westwood setting.
The food was spectacular- extremely fresh and very flavorful. The entire staff was very attentive but not intrusive - The table service provided by Roy and Rick was exceptional --- it was more like sharing a great meal with friends rather than having a "wait staff" just doing their jobs. Special kudos to Carlos, the Sous Chef, who came to the table to thank us for our compliments about the food.
It made the food taste even better than it already was. Bravo...well done.
Great food & atmosphere for a business dinner!
We saw three empty booths and requested one, only to be told they were all reserved. For our entire meal of two hours, these same three booths remained vacant. The service was very slow, but the food pretty good. I’ll be back, because I’ve had two prior positive experiences. We were hosting a new global director, so a little disappointing.
Napa Valley Grille was a welcome and pleasant surprise. It offers a varied menu, good wine choice choices and really delicious food. The service was great.
Our server was amazing. She was a skinny redhead, can't remember her name but she was incredibly friendly and attentive.
Usually pretty good. Not this time. Food over cooked. Pork chop sent back. Cheese plate lots of cheese not enough to put it on. Flat bread pizza dull. Ceasar salad dull.
Our server Derek was attentive and helpful, whether it be suggesting and allow us to taste different wines, or helping me chose a tasty Gluten Free dish. I chose the Lamp Chops and they were amazing.
Very friendly staff, responsive, accommodating.
Park on street or by valet; do not park in adjacent garage--very expensive.
Despite my reservation, the young host and hostess kept us waiting (the restaurant was empty as it was early) and then tried to seat later guests before us. The hostess took us to the back of the restaurant to an undesirable location. When I asked where she was taking us, she replied "To your table." At that point she said, "Sit anywhere you like." The menu and food were fine, but I hadn't patronized this restaurant for years because of poor service/attitude. I gave them another chance, but won't again.
Our business lunch was very enjoyable. The noise level was just right for conversation at our table. The food and service was very good. Overall, the experience was excellent. I would highly recommend Napa Valley Grille to anyone who is looking for a great place to have lunch in Westwood.
First time at this restaurant. Food was very good and the place is neat. Definitely worth trying.
Tara, our server, was friendly, without being obtrusive.
Our food was brought out as we asked and all was well.
Birthday lunch for a friend
Excellent good, but not reasonably priced options for lunch. They used to have a spectacular sandwich soup combination. But now everything is pricey. I would say only go when someone else is paying!
I was celebrating my birthday and in general, it took forever to get service, and when we finally did and the waiter(s) brought the food, they forgot to bring utensils a few times. Lost track of how many waiters came to our table. Overall, expected the service to be better at such a fancy place with such high prices. Friends were let down as well. Thank you and good luck
Excellent all the way around
Excellent before theater dinner.
Gorgeous venue with outstanding service. A great place for dates, birthdays and business. Some dishes are better than others, I love anything that comes from their brick oven. Great wines list and good cocktails.
It was quite expensive and the food was mediocre - would not look forward to returning soon. (Service was great at least!)
This restaurant is our “go to” brunch place before going to the theater on Sundays.
The service is top notch, friendly and efficient.
The menu selections meet the needs for each of our party’s food requirements, meat, fish and vegetarian. A particular dish I would like to recommend is the shrimp and grits combo.
Although we have many choices of places to go in this area, the Napa Grill is at the top of our list. Enjoy!
Delicious clean food
Had our appetizers and drinks shortly after we arrived
Was our sons birthday and our wait staff did a great job accommodating 9 of us
Pork chop was great
Scallops were inconsistent
Wine by the glass is too high
Wonderful salads, steak, and lamb chops.
I think it was very pricey, but the appetizers were big.
Delicious food, great friendly service!
First timer, had a good time. Food was yummy. Definitely will be coming back
The food selection was minimal, the main dishes lacked any variety of vegetables. The salad selection was minimal, all with weird ingredients. Worst of all was the Chicken dish, extremely salty.
Ryan, our waiter, was friendly, informative and appreciative of our need to get to the theater on time. Food was delicious. But the prices have gotten a bit too high for the two of us. Otherwise, we would be dining at Napa more often.
We eat often at Napa Valley Grill....It is great for anytime...Perfect, "Go To" restrauant!!
A friend and I stopped in for a pre-theater dinner. We had not been since prior to the renovation. Food was fabulous! Service was attentive and friendly. When I asked about private dining options (for future visits), the manager promptly brought me a complete information package. I live nearby and will definitely return again soon.
Good food ( except they were all out of the Tomahawk and it was only 7:15 pm )
A bit noisy in the main room
Service was terrible. We waited a long time for a waiter to approach us. I finally had to ask a bus boy to get a waiter. Then the order was wrong! But waiter gave us a free dessert.
The worst was the first table we were shown -cramped in a corner with large parties around us. We asked for a different table which we were given.
Always a really pleasant meal. Lovely service and tasty.
The branzino was very good but my NY strip was full of gristle. When we mentioned it to our waiter he told the manager who took the appropriate measures to satisfy his customers. Kudos to the manager. The deserts were exquisite. We will be back.
