Ok - food was not that good & service just OK
Very good ambiance & service level. Great wine list as well.
Went for brunch. Nice servers tried hard, although I think they were stretched thin, because drinks took forever. Bloodies were decent, wine good. Croque Madam was cooked perfectly. Short rib hash was ok. Crab avocado toast with poached eggs had a lot to be desired. Burnt toast had very little avocado, not so fresh crab and undercooked poached eggs (whites were still clear and runny in places). Will try again and order other items next time.
This was our first time for brunch here! Luckily it was as delicious as their dinners and tapas!
We went on a busy Saturday night. Service was slow and the food arrived lukewarm to cool. Flavors were tasty. We've been at other times during the week and had more prompt service with hot food.
Food and service were excellent!
Out of a number of menu items, but the food that came was good.
It was a great dinner and a beautiful atmosphere. I would definitely go again.
One of our party was served a raw meatball. While they replaced her dish they did so saying sorry her dish was “less than perfect”. And they charged us ($13) for the replacement dish. Amazing how they let $13 stand in the way of placating us and making us likely to return, versus us putting this otherwise good restaurant on our “never to return” list.
Great! Have always had great service and great food every time I️ come! They change their menu seasonal so it’s always fun to see the changes!
Excellent experience at Napa!!! Great place for brunch with special friends. Must also do dinner mid week real soon. Totally pleased.
Food was excellent.
It was okay. Nothing stood out. My slow braised beef short ribs were very dry. The pork belly was ok but not great. That is unusual for pork belly in my experience. Kevin the waiter was great and all the staff were very nice. Expensive for my experience.
Over the top exceptional experience!! I booked our reservations (party of 4) in OpenTable for Easter dinner. I noted in the comments section that two of us are Vegan No Oil and hoped that the chef could accommodate us and surprise us with a vegan no oil dessert. The management team and wait staff were the best I've ever encountered. The experience was PERFECTLY CUSTOMIZED!!! There was no available seating on the patio, but they recovered wonderfully by seating us in a private party dining section next to the large floor to ceiling windows to the patio. We had all the sunshine but none of the flying insects. Our waiter was a TOP-NOTCH professional and vegetarian so he totally understood our dietary desires, and was WELL PREPARED to explain all the variety of items on the menu that could be modified to suit our needs. He was extremely attentive throughout the meal. Our food was INCREDIBLE both in quality and appearance!! Each customized dish was aesthetically pleasing as well as rich and flavorful. We all raved as we ate and shared portions with each other declaring that our dish was the best. After dinner, the manager stopped by the table and asked how everything went and told us that the chef was preparing a very special dessert. The dessert was HEAVENLY and light. The perfect complement to an AMAZING dinner. It was a coconut cream and berry mousse with just a tad of raspberry reduction sauce. It was the absolute PERFECT ending to a phenomenal experience!!!
Brought the entire family - a total of 7 adults - to Napa for brunch on Easter Sunday. As always, a fantastic experience. Great drinks and the food was amazing. Our go-to spot for lunch/brunch and also for happy hour drinks and appetizers. Can't go wrong.
Our group wasn’t a fan of the limited brunch menu. The quality of food and service seemed less than average but we chalked this up to it being Easter Sunday. Typically everything is on point!!
We go to Napa fairly frequently. The food is always good. We enjoyed Easter Brunch there yesterday. I'm writing this review because of our server, Tara. Tara was so patient with my elderly mother who had LOTS of questions. Tara offered suggestions for substitutions for the salmon entry that Mom wanted to order but didn't like the sides. Tara's suggestions were perfect and everyone in our party was impressed with the service we received.
We had the best Easter brunch! The menu was plentiful and Leah, our server, was pleasant and accommodating. We sat adjacent to the patio in a beautiful room. We will definitely be back soon!
Service was slow to start--sat at table for 15 minutes unnoticed. Bathroom smell awful--sewage issue.
Service at the bar and the table were excellent, the food was well presented and tasted great.
Everything was wonderful! It was our first time, we will definitely be back!
My husband and I wanted a nice patio setting for a light bite mid afternoon. The ambiance was great, service very good and food tasty! The mozzarella stuffed meatballs are awesome!
Great service and quality meal. First brunch experience. Would recommend the short rib hash or chicken and waffles. Both were excellent.
We had a wonderful dinner with great service and gourmet food.
The quiche was amazing! Perfect portion. Had a working business lunch at Napa. Food was tasty and fresh!
Great. Loved it!
Love this place every time we come!! Atmosphere and food are always great! Service is top notch.
Brunch is such a busy time for any restaurant. However, our service was still GREAT and the food DELICIOUS at a very reasonable price.
We had read about Napa On Providence but had not been there before this past weekend. The food, ambience, service, and value were all exemplary. Our waitress Cara guided us through the ordering process, suggested items, supported our choices, and did so in a professional and warm manner. Our appetizers of tuna tartar and pork belly were fantastic. Fort our main courses, I had fish and my wife had pasta, both of us were very pleased with our choice. Desserts were great as well. We will recommend this restaurant freely and fully expect that it will be on our "go to" list going forward.
Food was very good and the service was great. One of our favorite restaurants in Charlotte.
This is the first place we ate at in Charlotte its wonderful place.
Four of us dined at Napa. My father in law requires a wheelchair and they were very accommodating. Greatly appreciated. This was our 4th time dining at Napa and the food has always been excellent. The Chilean Salmon was described by my father in law as the "best Salmon he's ever eaten" -- high praise from an 80+ Salmon lover. I had the Duck Duo and it was amazing - crispy skin, moist and great flavor. Outstanding. The two ladies both had the Cioppino which they agreed was good but perhaps not memorable. Service was excellent, wine selection is OK but not more and the desserts were creative and good. Our only minor complaint is that Napa can be a bit loud at times. All in all, Napa is becoming one of our "go-to" restaurants in the city.
one of the best restaurants in Charlotte
truly a neighborhood Gem
good food and good service, a little loud in the main dinning room
but the noise makes it fun
Great experience...Napa never disappoints!
We were seated upon arrival and the server was prompt. After taking our orders she even brought us a small avocado/crab appetizer. Unexpected and delicious ! We all were ordering salads with "changes" and she gladly did them. I always enjoy going to this great neighborhood restaurant ! There is something for everybody !
The table was ready. The food was good. It was very noisy. Service was great.
This is one of the most underrated places in Charlotte. Have been several times for weekend brunch and dinner, and it never disappoints. Unique meals and great wait staff. Plus the complimentary bread at both brunch and dinner is the bomb!
Great dining experience. The hostess was welcoming and accommodating 👍🏽
Great time for our party of 10 at Napa on Saturday morning. Food is great for the price and the mimosas were perfect. Louder restaurant so wouldn’t recommend for a group or couple looking to relax. Would go again!
Super loud environment for brunch. There is no noise dampening of any kind in the restaurant, so if you want a quiet meal, this is NOT the place for you. Also - parking is a nightmare.
The food is good, but the service is a bit slow. Be prepared to take your time!
Overall, I say “eh, there are other places I’d rather go”
