Brunch Ordered the Napa Benedict - came out cold. A sliver of avocado, the tiniest bit of prosciutto, each muffin had a half a slice of tomato each. Even the cappuccino wasn’t a full mug. I mean I know times are tough but I’m visiting a somewhat nice restaurant and willing to pay $18 for a nice brunch but this was just sad. They honestly couldn’t cut back more on ingredients if they tried - was really quite poor. Oh and don’t forget to ask for your muffin or bread ‘upon request’ if you’re visiting for the first time. Service was great, lovely ambience. I’d love to return to give them a second chance but not in a rush to.

We had a fabulous meal on the patio. Strongly recommend sharing small plates and flatbreads. Service was very attentive and atmosphere lively. Highly recommend.

We were seated, but no one came to even check on us for 30 minutes. We eventually started to just walk out but the manager talked us into staying and we are lightly at the bar (now was too late for a full meal). She was the saving grace.

This restaurant is always very nice, but I had not been there in a while until recently. So, when I needed to make this business lunch, I did it here. We enjoyed it very much. It’s just a good restaurant overall. Interesting that I had a pasta dish I’ve never had. It was fresh, wonderful flavor.

Mozza stuffed meatball appetizers became a generous lunch entrée coupled with a Caesar salad. But particularly special was our server - she was friendly, efficient, positive and helpful - terrific attitude amidst a busy lunch crowd. Food has improved significantly over the years - keep the great service staff and we will make it a regular stop!

Great food but took waiter about 40 min to bring first glass of wine. He apologized and said he was very busy serving other tables. Know a lot of places are struggling to find talent, but this is not how things should work at a neighborhood wine bar.

We had a great time celebrating our son’s graduation. The service, wine and food were all top notch. Extensive wine list and we highly recommend the meatball appetizer and salmon. Ask for an outside table if the weather cooperates. You won’t regret choosing this lovely restaurant.

The restaurant is vey noisy—hard to hear across booths and tables. Prefer not to dine at NAPA if I wanted to have a quiet relaxing meal.

After a horrible dinning experience at NAPA @ Kinglsley for my Husbands Birthday the Manager sent us a $ 50 Gift card to give NAPA another chance. We decided to try NAPA again but not in the Ft Mill SC location but instead we gave NAPA on Providence a shot and boy we were not disappointed. From the moment we entered we were greeted with a warm friendly smile from the hostess. The atmosphere was light & bright compared to the dark and solemn Ft Mill location which was a pleasure. Our Rob was Friendly, Professional, knowledgeable and patient with me as I had difficulty choosing my wine. Our appetizer Fig & Prosciutto Flatbread was delicious & when I requested Balsamic to accompany it there was no problem whatsoever. The chef surprised us with a appetizer fried Oyster on a cucumber which was delicious. My husband had Braised Pork Shank that was cooked to perfection. I had Grilled Salmon (which I requested blackened) and it was absolutely perfect. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend NAPA@Providence. One of the best dining experiences we’ve had since moving from Boston to Charlotte 5 years ago.

We arrived ahead of our reservation and sat at the bar while waiting for our table. The bar tender was less than attentive. She had a lack of attention to the bar scene. Our table server “Elan” was more attentive and focused on meeting our needs. Overall it was an “okay” experience but didn’t exceed expectations for what I would think a restaurant named “Napa on Providence” would represent.

No bread was offered by my waitress. I assumed they didn’t serve it which was weird until I saw another waiter bringing bread to his table. I went on Valentine’s Day which meant what I had a taste for I couldn’t get. The filet and pork chop we had was really good. The sides I would’ve gotten different. I mean it was ok. I enjoyed my husband did not. They should always start with bread. The waitress said we had to ask for it. That’s why I changed my tip.
