Good food and service . We will be back

Service was awful completely understaffed and rooms packed to the max. No social distancing was taken place.

Just ok experience. Mediocre food. The chicken on the chicken and waffles dish was not seasoned well. The steak and eggs were pretty tasty.

It was good for brunch!

Great dinner at Napa ... never disappoints... our server Evelyn did an amazing job to cater to our needs and made our dinner unique and wonderful. We will be back to try that duck duo that sounded very interesting... short ribs were to die for! Excellent experience throughout! 5*

Hands down, one of my favorite restaurants in Myers Park! Met a friend for lunch and the service was friendly, knowledgeable, and the Salmon Cobb salad is the best! The GM, Kim stopped by our table to make sure everything was perfect, just one more reason why we love going there. Cannot wait to go back!

Food was excellent but Service was poor. Best word to describe it, even taking into account that it was NYE, was amateur. Staff's Covid protocols and general awareness (not just Waitress, but including her) was very low.

The oyster app was unbelievable. Carter was the best!

Went here for a date night. The food was incredible, I got a flatbread and my boyfriend got the scallops. Service was quick and efficient. Our server was observant but not overbearing. Highly recommend.

My Mom and I came for a ladies lunch after the holiday and had a very nice time. We both enjoyed our salads and loved the brunch bread we received as well. It tasted like cake! Always a good place for a date or a gals get together!

Christmas Eve Dinner

Excellent service and food

We love Napa. This night was the it seemed like the kitchen was not on par with the the customers. We ordered calamari which was not the usual dish. We also ordered soup, salad and meatballs.. they did not come out together or in order.. soup was cool. Also the 4th person did not get to eat when we did as the pizza did not come out with other dishes. It was the day before Xmas Eve so maybe it’s a one off. We love Napa- our normal place to dine.

Fabulous lunch date and we picked up the wine we purchased at the Caymus dinner last week.

Food and the service remain quite good, but I’m not going back until they get some heaters for the patio

Great menu. We ate in the room that they also dedicate for private events. Great space. Would definitely go again.

First we had calamari which was breaded and fried perfectly..2 of us had the lamb special...It was excellent and 1 of us had the salmon.. She was very happy with it...One friend was celebrating her birthday and our wait person gave her a delicious dark chocolate flowerless cake...it was devine.

Took my best friend out for her birthday and it was perfect.

I went for a friends birthday and the experience was fantastic. They were so kind and thoughtful, everyone greeted her for her birthday. The staff was attentive to our needs for food and drinks. The food was amazing. It was just an overall impeccable experience. Will be back again soon! ❤️

I have been to Napa on Providence multiple times and this is the first disappointing experience I have had. My wife and I were seated in the corner of the back room with only two other couples dining. Given the recommendation for social distancing we were very comfortable. Not long after, other tables were seated, including a party of 10 and the room was completely full. The room became stuffy, warm and no air circulation. Server was not very attentive. Seemed rushed and disinterested. Ceasar salad was good, bread was stale and "medium rare" filet was overcooked and inedible. It was served with risotto that was so too salty to enjoy.

This is absolutely my favorite restaurant in Charlotte. Jackie, one of the bartenders, has always gone above and beyond to give me an amazing experience every time. He takes care of his customers and gives excellent customer service. The food is delicious and worth every penny.

Service was really slow and we had to ask different people for things. Food was not good at all. The worst crab cake I’ve ever had. The turkey meal was warm at best, nothing was hot. The first short rib dish was extremely fatty. Definitely not the Thanksgiving meal that we expected. A big letdown.

Went to Napa on Providence for their Thanksgiving Prix Fixe menu. Overall, it was quite good. The service might have been a bit on the slow side, but I am sure that was due to lower staffing due to the holiday. It was not an inconvenience as it allowed for a bit slower and more enjoyable dinner. The Prix Fixe menu offered choices for all. My wife had the Napa Salad, Portobello Mushroom, and Sweet Potato Cheesecake. I had the Crab Cake, and Braised Short Rib. I opted not to have dessert and, instead, had Macaroni and Cheese as a side. They were very accommodating in allowing me to do this.
The food was excellent, perfect temperature and the presentation was terrific.
Overall, I was very please with dinner and feel that the price was more than worth what we received. I would highly recommend Napa again, including on a holiday!
The one complaint that I would mention is related to COVID-19. We were seated essentially right next to a larger party. There were ample other tables where we could have been seated to allow for more social distancing. We thought about asking to be moved, but decided that there were likely other reservations and they were doing the best they could. However, during our 2 hour meal that proved not to be the case. We could have easily been spaced out better. I understand that COVID-19 is difficult for us all to deal with and this is really a minor criticism, but something that could be done a bit better to make everyone more comfortable.
Anyway, give Napa a try. You won't be disappointed!

We met friends for Thanksgiving lunch and it was great. We sat in the bar to watch football and ordered short rib and turkey that were both delicious and a side of Mac and cheese (an excellent decision). We decided to take some food home as well to enjoy for dinner and were very happy with that decision. The service was awesome as usual. Thank you for being open.

Wonderful experience and our meal from starters to dessert was excellent! Thank you Napa for making our family Thanksgiving memorable especially during this challenging time. We will be back!

Great meeting place and outdoor patio

Meet with 3 of my dear friends for a socially distance brunch. It was great conversation, food and drinks. The service was great and the was friendly and courteous.

The service and food was great. Server had wonderful personality and knew the menu well.

Once again our experience dining at napa was A+++. My friend and I had wonderful late lunch. Lyndsey our bartender recommended a great sparkling rose which complimented the delicious beef carpaccio. We will Def be back :)
