The service and food were great. We will definitely return.
Our server was, Jay and he was outstanding...friendly, patient, efficient! Jay made great recommendations (I loved my quiche!) and he was accommodating when I asked if I could “ditch the fruit and double the salad.” Thanks, Jay! My only criticism would be the acoustics, but that’s most restaurants, I feel like. Other than that, our time at Napa on Providence was perfect.

Took a dear friend to lunch for her birthday (although she insisted on paying). It was not as busy during lunch, since this was a Tuesday afternoon. We both had the Salmon Cobb salad and it was DELICIOUS. The young man that waited on us was very attentive and courteous , which made our lunch and time together even more enjoyable. Wish I lived closer so that I could frequent this restaurant more often.

Napa on Providence is one of our favorite restaurants in Charlotte and always lives up to our high expectations.
$22 for a Woodford Manhattan was the most we’ve ever been charged...including islands and big cities. The manager response was lame. The food was good and the service was fine BUT if you’re a party of six like we were, ask for a large table. Six adults is a tight squeeze in the booth. We’ve always looked forward to dining here but with these disappointments, it’s unlikely we give it another chance.
We had fun, our waiter was not well trained. Took forever and rarely checked back. We totally would have ordered more drinks and food but we rarely had him show up at our table. We had to find the hostess just to get our check.

We were seated in a corner in the private room and service was tough. Many times we felt we might have been forgotten. In the end, the server came clean, shared that they were unstaffed and took it upon herself to give us the employee discount cutting out meal in half. Truly it was such a pleasant surprise and cemented my love for this restaurant!
I love the location. The tuna tartar was delicious. My flatbread entry mediocre at best. The service was awful. Our food finally arrive at the table about 30 minutes later and this was lunch time. Took forever to get a water refill. Only punctual thing that was done was getting our check taken care of quickly. Maybe it was just one of those days. But I’ll probably not ever go back and I probably would not recommend this place.
The service was great. My disappointment came with the calamari which was over fried and had very little taste. The scallops were prepared properly however the polenta that came with it was so so. I recommend their specials from 5 PM to 7 PM when Eating at the bar or the patio.
Brunch was delicious and Kristin was an excellent server. Delightful experience!
We came there for restaurants week and was seated by the kitchen. We got there at 9:40 and didn’t get drinks until 9:58... they took our order and we didn’t get our appetizers until 10:30! While we waited for for our apps we heard the server and kitchen staff discuss that they lost our ticket..the serve did the best they could to fix it, but it didn’t make up for that or our entrees.. my salmon was well done and flavorless and the pork chop was chewy and not warm. We filled up on bread while waiting for apps and dinner. We decided to get the rest of our dinner and desserts togo after being irritated with the situation. We appreciate the server and his efforts, but the kitchen needs to step it up and also not argue loud enough for customers to hear... Not impressed with the efforts from the kitchen or the bar staff and probably would not go back.

Visited Napa during Queens Fiest and ordered off that feature menu. The appetizers were very tasty (calamari and gnocchi). Our entrees arrived (scallops and pork chop). The entree had only two scallops and the pork chop was not ‘bone in’ as advertised. The taste was very good on both meals and service was good.
The food and atmosphere was absolutely amazing. We went during restaurant week and they had a wonderful menu. It was busy but not too loud. I'd go again!
Went for Charlotte Restaurant Week and had an amazing experience. Portions were slightly smaller which was fine as we were only paying $35 for each 3 course meal. Everything from the service to the food was outstanding. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting a nice date night restaurant.

It was our first time eating there and we loved it! Delicious food, uniquely prepared with unique presentation. Great service - our waitress gave us plenty of time to enjoy each part of our meal. (We came during Queen's Feast Week.) We sat in the area near the chef's station which was why I said noise level was moderate but we enjoyed sitting there. There are other areas of the restaurant that are quiet.
It was too loud, but the food was delicious, and it was a fun experience.
A telling tale for a restaurant is mastering food/service during restaurant week! NoP nailed it! Food was hot, delish and service was out standing!
The restaurant was tip top. From being seated promptly with our reservation, to ordering, to items delivered at the right time, and delicious food. The staff was amazing, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
The food was absolutely fantastic!! I am very picky about my scallops and these could have been removed from heat a little sooner, but the flavor and side pairing far made up for that. The dessert---OH MY GOODNESS, LOVE THE DESSERT!! The white chocolate cheesecake was absolutely fantastic. Not a single thing on it that did not go PERFECTLY. Overall, fantastic restaurant and service. I will be back!

The food was very tasty and the atmosphere was lovely. Was rather cold in the building so we moved to an outside table. The only complaint was the hangar steak was on the small portion side. Other than that the meal was great.
Came for our first restaurant week since recently moving to Charlotte. Napa Valley is one of our favorite places and after viewing your website we knew it was just for us. Very nice setting, food was yummy. Our server was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu. Unfortunately we had to flag him down to get our tab, but that pales in the overall experience. We will definitely be back.
Food could have been seasoned better but that could just be because of restaurant week going on. Calamari was excellent though, was the cheesecake.
Great time with friends, food, and fellowship. The service was great.

My first time was Dining in was 1/19. Food was great! Awesome wine selection that was suggested by our waiter, who gave exceptional customer service,excellent excellent excellent ... Forgot his name but he was a male Hispanic from Mexico! I will be returning
Really like this place but the back room, where we are ALWAYS seated, is so loud it is almost unbearable. Asked to move but couldn’t accommodate. Food is good. Pork chop is amazing but one person in our party got a portion less than half the size of the other person. Service was ok but it was restaurant week so it is understandable. Almost better to sit in the bar where it is actually quieter and service is better.
We had the Chef's special (hanger steak, crab cake with potatoes and green beans). The steak marinade was a wonderful flavor and cooked to order. Server was very attentive and did not interrupt our conversation with good friends we were catching up with. Another great dinner at Napa on Prov.
The birthday girl really enjoyed herself. Our waiter, Jake (?) was superb.
Perfect location in the dining room for my wife and I in a booth in the corner of main dining.
Our server Clint was outstanding as always. Excellent knowledge of the menu, always available and present when needed, but non-obtrusive.
Our scallops were delicious on a bed polenta, seasoned to perfection.
Our pinot paired perfectly. Just a great evening.
