Potato soup was too salty, but mussels and pasta with meatballs were fine. No bread service this trip and server brought the check before removing our plates, definitely felt rushed. Overall, Napa is a "go to" in Mt. Pleasant to sit in the bar and enjoy wine.
The service was excellent, wine was delicious, food was scrumptious and atmosphere was lovely. I can’t wait to go back!
Dropped by for lunch. 12:30 on a Friday. Not super crowded. Great service. The burgers were great. The pizza was pretty large. Overall good experience.
Chef Ken is the best and waitress, Kaylee just made my experience even more AMAZING!!!!
Server appeared stoned. Delivered wrong order, failed to make requested modifications on a different order. Steak was the highlight, cooked properly & delicious. Nice offering of wines by the glass.
Great food and service
The kitchen was incredibly slow for Brunch, considering the restaurant was not fully booked. It took almost an hour for our brunch entrees to arrive. However, when the food finally arrived it was delicious and our waitress did a great a job!
We ordered vegetarian dishes for my daughter and when it arrived it had meat in it. The waitress was notified and she said she was sorry and asked to replace. My daughter declined but was upset because she put the meat in her mouth. I believe the proper thing would have been to take this off the bill. This did not happen.
Menu is wonderful! We wanted to try all the small plates! Our entrees were fantastic.
Napa was beyond amazing! The service was excellent and the food/wine was even better. We will absolutely be back!
Valentines Day dinner
The food was amazing, we had mussels with safron cream sauce, a charcuterie board and tuna tartar for the appetizers. The entrees were the duck dish and my fiancee had the scallops. It was absolutely delicious, great job culinary team! And the service was the best! Sean my server, Chef Ken and the manager Chris... You guys made our time there something special... Thank you so much!
The service was very good. We ate at the bar. The food was at best mediocre. The atmosphere is always nice. We went for an early bite to eat before a movie.
Jimmy was a very attentive waiter mussels always good as are the meatballs
Great for after movie
I was very pleasantly surprised the food was excellent , had mussels, calamari, roasted chicken and parpadelle with short ribs ,will definitely return .
Excellent service, great food, since we had reservations, and it was a Monday nite all was good
Very enjoyable experience. Taste, cocktails, service. Perfect for a low key night.
Love this place..Restaurent Week was great...highly recommend!
Great service and each time we come they remember us. Food is always great and I loved the new wine choices.
Amy - our server - was GREAT
Chicken Marsala was wonderful
What a pleasant surprise! This restaurant has been open for about 2 years and features wines and cuisine from a favorite part of the US -- Napa Valley. Server Brandy not only has a dynamite name but provides dynamite service. She was assisted by a trainee (Phillip?) who was also very attentive and on day 2 of his 4-day training session (which was impressive to me). I was pleased to find one of my favorite Chardonnays from Trefethen in Napa from the Oakwood Knoll region. So, 2 out of our party of 3 ordered the Trefethen and, of course, were not disappointed. It was restaurant week and 2 ordered the $35 for 3 -- for appetizers calamari with peppers and potato leek soup. The calamari was lightly fried, tasty and not too chewy. I did not taste the potato leek soup but was told it was yummy. Entrees were the hangar steak and shrimp which were cooked expertly (rare and medium rare), expertly cut and tasty. The shrimp were marinated in a lemon preparation that was exceptional. Desserts were the flourless chocolate cake and ice cream and apple pie a la mode. Cake was velvetty - the best I've ever had and the apple pie a la mode was equally tasty. For my entree, I ordered the grilled salmon caesar salad which was the best I have ever had. While I was eating, GM Christopher stopped by to ask how the meals were (not casually like some do but out of genuine concern). While the salmon was so juicy that I thought that it had been poached first, Christoper told me that it was simply grilled (he also told me that he had QC'd the salmon salad at lunch and it as wonderful). Brandy and Phillip also checked on us periodically (and not obtrusively) and both expressed genuine concern that our meals were prepared as we had hoped. Brandy even made me promise that I would tell her if my salad had too much dressing (it was lightly tossed). We will tell friends about this gem with great management, solid service and food prepared by a real chef (Johnson & Wales plus)!!
The food was great and a wonderful selection for restaurant week. I would note the salmon and pork chop are among favorites. The chicken option did leave a bit to be desired *It was soaked in tomato sauce*. Our waitress was prompt, funny and over all pretty great. The cocktails are refreshing and paired well with our entree's
Delectable food, excellent wine selection, great vibe and our server, Kaylie was excellent!
Waitress wasnt knowledgable with menu and did not help with dietary restrictions
Kayleigh was our server and was absolutely fantastic. It was our friend’s birthday and she immediately lead with a celebratory champagne toast. We took advantage of the restaurant week menu and every course was timed perfectly. We enjoyed a bottle of Russian River Valley Pinot and her wine service was spot on; outer arm service to every single seat at the table and not a drop spilled! We were absolutely delighted with her hospitality and performance. Thank you so much for the incredible food and service! Will definitely be returning.
The food was delicious and we received outstanding service. However, it was most unfortunate that Napa notified OpenTable that we were a no show for our reservation. We had to provide information that we indeed arrived for our reservation, name of server, etc. OpenTable was able to resolve the matter with Napa but after a wonderful romantic date night the last thing you want to go is respond to a no show reservation.
Service and food were good. Was not able to experience wine due to current dietary restriction, but plan to return when I can partake. Great location in Town Center. Very convenient location to visit before or after a movie.
This was my first visit to Napa - and it was better than I could have expected. The wine selections were better than most, and the menu was very good, too. The Charleston Restaurant Week options were exceptional and a good value.
Definitely 5 stars!
Great Food and wine selections. Very service and management is over the top!!!
I love Napa! Manager and wait staff are wonderful. Great food and great wine!
Our server, Brian, and the manager, Chris, were aware that we were celebrating a personal and business milestone. From the beginning, I mean introductions, to the final details of our tab, we were feted appropriately, courteously and personally.
Brian, made an excellent wine recommendation, and knew what he was doing in all aspects of the service. Our appetizers were spot on; delivered without any delays, delicious, well-prepared, and of just the right proportions to share among our small party of three. Entrees followed suit and so did the desserts. Throughout the meal, table service was neat, attentive and especially timely; whether for pouring wine or clearing for the next course. Our outstanding menu items were: Hobbs Crossbarn Pinot Noir, mussels, stuffed meat balls, fried calamari, pork chop, hanger steak, chocolate desert, NY cheesecake.
There was some pressure on Brian and Chris that evening because it was Charleston Restaurant Week. They were absolutely putting their best practices forward, trying to enroll other first-timers, like us, into their regular base. It worked on our party. We would consider NAPA as a preferred choice for lunch, brunch, happy hour, dinner or late night. NAPA may be the first restaurant to stick in this difficult location at Town Center across from the theater. We hope so. Congratulations Chris and Brian.
We go at least once a month! Food is always great, service is quick, and happy hour has great deals. Great selection of wines. My tip- order multiple appetizers instead of an entree- they're amazing!
New Years Eve dinner was good. We’ll be back
Napa has a creative and excellent menu, beautifully served. Owners/managers Chris and Kristen treat each diner as if they were family. All the wait staff are pleasant and professional. Highly recommend!
Always good food and service. Server was excellent.
Enjoyed the braised short ribs that were outstanding! It was an easy and close restaurant traveling from IOP.
We came for their Christmas Eve four course dinner and were very disappointed because apparently because there were only two of us, we were seated in a back conference room, no decorations, barrels used for storage of extra salt and peppers shakers, plain tables, no decorations on the tables, plain brown napkins, no table setting ,etc.
This room was tucked behind the bar, away from the beautifully decorated main restaurant..we felt very much like we had been relegated to the servants quarters. The waitress brought our food back there, was very nice, the food was excellent......but we felt that we, along with two other tables of two, had been kept away from the party!
The manager came by later, and when I told him about my thoughts, he reduced our bill by half, but said they were known for their food, not their ambience. I said how hard would it have been to put a small vase of holly on the tables , or a small Christmas tree in the corner. His answer, we never use this room, except for nights when we need all the booths and tables for larger parties than two.
So on what might be a big night, if there are only two of you, choose another restaurant!
Always enjoy Napa! Wine list is perfect and servers always seem to be well educated on the dishes as well as the wine list. Also very friendly and catering to your needs.
Great as always! Thanks everyone!
