Mushroom Flatbread came out burnt, sent it back. Replacement was less burnt, but still could eat only about half, since all the edges/crust were still hard and crispy. Inside tasted good, but overall, 1/2 was wasted. Rigatoni was good. Included bread/butter was excellent. Calamari app was excellent! (described as "crispy", but fortunately was not, was nicely done)

It is VERY difficult to talk with a human; I had several questions about menu items before making an online only reservation. No one ever answers the phone. Is the hostess doing double duty somewhere else? Saw other guests wait and wait to be approached and seated. Food and service (tho sparse of waiters) was good.

We had a male server who forgot to bring us our wine flights that were ready in a couple minutes. We had to go to the bar and ask for them after 15 minutes. The female bar assistant was very helpful and apologetic. Our male server seemed to just be occupied with other things like talking to his fellow workers or standing around. It was not busy at this time when we first came in. The food was wonderful (Flatbreads) and the wine was also very good. Wine seems a bit over priced. The ambiance was wonderful. Would go back again and give the service another chance.

Even though the restaurant was not crowded, it took us almost 2 hours to dine due to slow service. The food was not good. The risotto was like glue, short ribs were salty and everything else was just average. Our server was friendly, but it seemed as if she was the only one working. Not a good experience. We won’t be back.

Loved the flavors in the Pork Chop but the sauce tasted like it could use more blending - tasted a bit grainy like when I don't cook down the flour in a sauce. Still I would recommend it

I had the pear and Brie flatbread, which was really good! It didn’t seem like flatbread, but that’s okay. Our server was lovely, but service was generally speaking, slow. Parking is not very good. We pulled into the hotel Drive, but it was jam packed with cars, people unpacking, car doors open, and no one could get in. The valet was doing the best he could, but the space is just simply too small.

I’ve stopped in after a conference before and loved it. Went back for a friends going away brunch & it’s changed completely. The kitchen substituted ingredients without mentioning it and we weren’t impressed. Some of the food was good, but overall presentation & flavor… 5/10. The drinks were good, but after finishing food and going to the bar for more drinks, we found out the restaurant no longer has happy hour.

We had three servers during the course of dinner. One of four drinks ordered took 25 minutes to show up. Apparently a lot had to do with Hilton taking over management that day but it was frustrating and disappointing. The food was pretty good, once it arrived. Paying the check was also a slow process. Overall, Napa needs to work a little bit harder at the “blocking and tackling”.

We went for dinner a few months ago and had a wonderful experience- came back for Mother’s Day brunch and had an unpleasant experience. The service was very rough, food took a very long time and the food was not very good at all. (My poached eggs for my Benedict were hard boiled) - we would be willing to go back and try again for dinner but will not be returning for brunch again.

The waitress and atmosphere both were great! The mimosas and Bloody Mary were good too! The appetizers were delicious. The crab eggs Benedict was terrible. The English muffin was not toasted or buttered and was so dry. The egg was not poached it was a hard boiled egg which made the entire thing even dryer. The sauce had good taste but not enough. 3 out of the 4 people with us ordered this and were extremely disappointed with meal. 1 person had short rib hash and it was very good. We spent $167 and felt disappointed 3 of us didn’t enjoy meal. I thought maybe they would give us a gift card to come again.

What a wonderful way to spend Mother's Day. The food and the atmosphere were fantastic. We really enjoy the location in downtown Toledo. Very convenient to get to with plenty of parking. Our waiter took great care of us and touched base often since it was a busy day. I would totally recommend if you are looking for a nice glass of wine or dinner.

Met friends for dinner at Napa Kitchen and it was truly a delight! Great cocktails, the charcuterie board was fantastic and everyone loved their food. Our server Matt did a great job! He was attentive but also gave us plenty of space to enjoy our conversation (we lingered a pretty long time). I would highly recommend it as a place to go in downtown Toledo for a great casual meal. And if you like wine, the selection is EXCELLENT!

Waited 20 minutes to get water. Then ordered a glass of wine. It never came by the time meal came so I cancelled. Ordered a chicken dish, waiter came back 10 minutes after putting in order to say they was out of dish. We ordered something else. Waiter said we could have a free dessert for all our troubles. The check came and dessert was on bill. He finally did take it off. He forgot my leftover box we had to ask for it 3 times. The dessert was excellent. I’m willing to come back one more time and give this restaurant a chance and hope it was just a bad day.
