   This was our second time to NAPA. Everyone enjoyed there meals and raved about the salmon. I believe they have a very good French onion soup. I ordered the beef short rib and even though it was very good it was served to me Luke warm. I had to send it back for them to reheat it. The one other thing is the valet parking is a little tough if the hotel is busy so you might be better off finding a place to park and walk to resturant.

   There were only maybe three other tables occupied. Restaurant was pretty empty for a Sunday night. Our waitress was fantastic. Answered all our questions. Hard to believe they were out of chicken though especially since they weren’t busy. Back up dish was the shrimp risotto. It was fine but an incredibly small portion. My husbands short ribs looked amazing, but again, a very small portion. We both chose to get the wedge salad with our meal. It was not a wedge, not even close. Two Romain leaves drenched in so much blue cheese dressing it was almost inedible plus the amount of garlic in the dressing was too much! Had to ask from experience for our bread pudding to be warned. The last time we were there we were served cold, dry bread pudding. They did heat it but it’s not very good. It’s such a beautiful restaurant and I enjoy going there but a few things need some attention.

    The host was rude and unwelcoming. I was told it would be a 30 min wait, with no reservations. I was able to go online and make a reservation, and only had to wait 15 minutes. I thought that was odd. Also after telling me it was a 30 min wait, she didn't ask for my name or anything so that I could e added to the wait list. I would never visit Toledo again

    Food was delicious and fairly priced. Nice atmosphere with attentive staff. I would definitely recommend this spot if your stopping downtown.

    It was nice dining here for Valentine's Day. I would recommend Napa for a special occasion or just a night out.

    We waited for twenty minutes before going back to the host stand to ask for a server. I ordered a Blue Moon beer and instead of bringing a glass, they brought it in the bottle with a ridiculously large orange wedge on the top of the bottle. Weird.

    Their 8oz strip steak and Parmesan fries. Might have been a piece of dried up sirloin but nothing like any KC or NY strip I have ever seen. And it was over cooked. Parmesan fries…..right…regular fries with some Parmesan sprinkled on them. This was my daughters meal after a long gymnastics meet. She likes salt but the steak was way over salted as well like trying to cover up flavor. Filet steak salad …. Steak asked for medium came out bleeding. Would not recommend

    This was our first time eating here. The food was excellent but our waitress wasn’t. I won’t go into everything that went wrong but I will say the manager made it right for us through out the meal. We will be back to try it again.

    Our experience was enjoyable but not worth the price unless the food improves. We loved the look of the place and the service was impeccable. But the quality of the food did not rise to our expectations. My steak frite was full of gristle, while my companion's salmon and the Napa Greens salad that we shared were good but undistinguished. The maple bourbon bread pudding was the best part of my meal.

    Our family of five couldn't get a dinner reservation in Detroit between the holidays to save our life -- everything was booked. So we decided to see what Toledo had to offer instead and couldn't have been happier after settling on Napa. Convenient parking, interesting food and drink menu, great vibe, excellent service - everything we hoped for that evening and more! We'll be back.

    Upon entering the restaurant I was greeted and seated immediately. I then sat for about 15 minutes or more before I received any service. Now normally in these cases I would just get up and leave but I was with a group of friends. The waitress had to be flagged down. Not to mention it was not that busy at the time. By this time I was over it, a manager realized what was going on and came over to our table and asked have we been helped. After I explained the situation he did apologize and offered to buy our first round of beverages. Overall the ambience was amazing, food delicious and the drinks were good.

    Great atmosphere with upscale food at reasonable prices. Child menu available. We enjoyed the fondue appetizer, a flat bread, a sandwich, and a children's pasta. Service was good and I look forward to a return visit to try some of the craft cocktails and wine options.

    I showed up a little late to my reservation and was still seated immediately, the complimentary bread was a fantastic surprise. Our waiter was attentive, quick, and very pleasant. Decor was beautiful and the lighting looks great even on camera. Food and drinks were amazing.

    What a lovely space. Decor was beautiful. Several seating options. The bar was great and lively but the rest of the restaurant was dead. Sadly this restaurant could be amazing but it’s lacking in many areas. The food was just okay. Our warm Brie appetizer came out cold. No one checked back with our table until our entrees were delivered and the place was not busy. Maybe things will improve. We will come back another night and hope for a better experience.
