   The waitress and atmosphere both were great! The mimosas and Bloody Mary were good too! The appetizers were delicious. The crab eggs Benedict was terrible. The English muffin was not toasted or buttered and was so dry. The egg was not poached it was a hard boiled egg which made the entire thing even dryer. The sauce had good taste but not enough. 3 out of the 4 people with us ordered this and were extremely disappointed with meal. 1 person had short rib hash and it was very good. We spent $167 and felt disappointed 3 of us didn’t enjoy meal. I thought maybe they would give us a gift card to come again.

   We went for dinner a few months ago and had a wonderful experience- came back for Mother’s Day brunch and had an unpleasant experience. The service was very rough, food took a very long time and the food was not very good at all. (My poached eggs for my Benedict were hard boiled) - we would be willing to go back and try again for dinner but will not be returning for brunch again.

   What a wonderful way to spend Mother's Day. The food and the atmosphere were fantastic. We really enjoy the location in downtown Toledo. Very convenient to get to with plenty of parking. Our waiter took great care of us and touched base often since it was a busy day. I would totally recommend if you are looking for a nice glass of wine or dinner.

    Met friends for dinner at Napa Kitchen and it was truly a delight! Great cocktails, the charcuterie board was fantastic and everyone loved their food. Our server Matt did a great job! He was attentive but also gave us plenty of space to enjoy our conversation (we lingered a pretty long time). I would highly recommend it as a place to go in downtown Toledo for a great casual meal. And if you like wine, the selection is EXCELLENT!

    Waited 20 minutes to get water. Then ordered a glass of wine. It never came by the time meal came so I cancelled. Ordered a chicken dish, waiter came back 10 minutes after putting in order to say they was out of dish. We ordered something else. Waiter said we could have a free dessert for all our troubles. The check came and dessert was on bill. He finally did take it off. He forgot my leftover box we had to ask for it 3 times. The dessert was excellent. I’m willing to come back one more time and give this restaurant a chance and hope it was just a bad day.

    This was our second time to NAPA. Everyone enjoyed there meals and raved about the salmon. I believe they have a very good French onion soup. I ordered the beef short rib and even though it was very good it was served to me Luke warm. I had to send it back for them to reheat it. The one other thing is the valet parking is a little tough if the hotel is busy so you might be better off finding a place to park and walk to resturant.

    There were only maybe three other tables occupied. Restaurant was pretty empty for a Sunday night. Our waitress was fantastic. Answered all our questions. Hard to believe they were out of chicken though especially since they weren’t busy. Back up dish was the shrimp risotto. It was fine but an incredibly small portion. My husbands short ribs looked amazing, but again, a very small portion. We both chose to get the wedge salad with our meal. It was not a wedge, not even close. Two Romain leaves drenched in so much blue cheese dressing it was almost inedible plus the amount of garlic in the dressing was too much! Had to ask from experience for our bread pudding to be warned. The last time we were there we were served cold, dry bread pudding. They did heat it but it’s not very good. It’s such a beautiful restaurant and I enjoy going there but a few things need some attention.

    The host was rude and unwelcoming. I was told it would be a 30 min wait, with no reservations. I was able to go online and make a reservation, and only had to wait 15 minutes. I thought that was odd. Also after telling me it was a 30 min wait, she didn't ask for my name or anything so that I could e added to the wait list. I would never visit Toledo again

    We waited for twenty minutes before going back to the host stand to ask for a server. I ordered a Blue Moon beer and instead of bringing a glass, they brought it in the bottle with a ridiculously large orange wedge on the top of the bottle. Weird.
