   The food is excellent. Our only problem is that we had reservations and everyone who was there before us got tables but then we were asked to sit at the bar rather than at a table which almost ruined our date night. The food was so good that it ended up not mattering much because of how great it tasted. Would recommend going and we will be back (hopefully with a table).

   The food was good-I was in a party of four and we all had salads with salmon. I had the kale salad and the dressing was delicious but probably could have used a little less of it. My salmon was a bit overcooked, but that didn’t stop me from eating all of it. When we ordered our server mentioned something about that the kitchen standard is to cook the salmon all the way through, so next time I would probably request a little less dressing and my salmon to be more medium than well done. We had the Brie appetizer and everyone liked it. An unexpected highlight was the butter that comes with the bread they bring to your table. The people I was with picked it out right away that it had a smokiness to it, but it was very subtle and not obvious to me right away. Our server was very nice, but not super helpful in making recommendations. She low-key hurried us along, and I know this is really really nitpicky, but I was not a huge fan of her overt gum chewing. I didn’t quite fit with the rest of the restaurant. All in all I would go back for the easy vibe of the restaurant.

   It took me too long to give this restaurant a try. Loved Stone Creek when it was in this space but had never tried Napa. Had a lovely lunch here. Flatbread with Arugula was very good. The server was very attentive. And I love the atmosphere.

   We were seated on time based on our reservation but then no one came to our table for at least 25 minutes - no water, no welcome, nothing! My husband went to the front desk and requested to speak to a manager...still nothing! Finally a waitress appeared and apologized for overlooking us. She did her best to make up for the slight (although service was still slow), but no manager ever stopped by which surprised us given the caliber of the establishment. She did ultimately discount our entrees which we appreciated but the whole experience definitely tarnished our opinions of Napa Kitchen.

   I had shrimp and risotto. It was good but too smoky for my taste. I wish menu had indicated that it had a smoky flavor, I would have ordered something else. The portion was also fairly small for price point.

    I came here with some friends for a Friday evening dinner. Our waiter was attentive and constantly was coming by to check on us, I do feel kinda of bad, we were all talking and we did forget to look at the menus a few times, but the food and drinks he suggested were outstanding!!
