I am not exactly sure what is happening at this location. We dine at the Westerville NAPA and although the services there is never stellar, the food keeps us going back for more. For Father's Day, we decided to try the Easton Location since it's located more closely to all of us. My Mom is an interior designer so upon walking into the revamped (from when it was Sono) space, she absolutely loved the decor. That was definitely a plus. After that, I'm not exactly sure how everything else went SO wrong. Our server was darling but he acted more like a bus boy than a server. He got our Arnold Palmer and ice tea orders right and then took our order. After that we saw him once in the 40 minutes between the time we ordered our beverages, and the time I flagged down the (extremely rude) Manager -while she happened to be walking by our table - to see if she could check on our orders. My Mom loved her eggs benedict and my Dad equally loved his French Toast. The crust on my Fiance's Croque Monsieur was so hard that we needed to ask for a steak knife to cut through it and my breakfast burrito without sausage was mediocre at best. We will be thinking twice, and then a third time, before considering dining at this location again.

First time there. Beautiful setting, great ambiance. Our server, Bar L, was amazing. Food was good-ordered two appetizers, and had the wedge salad with chicken. My only suggestion is that more attention is paid to the cook on the chicken breast -overcooked and dry. Highly recommend this as a great lunch spot.

We’ve been to Napa in Dublin and Westerville. We thought we’d try the new restaurant at Easton, and we’re really happy we did. The place has a great ambience, and it was nice enough to have all the windows open. We did not sit outside, but still felt like we were having that type of dining experience. Compared to similar restaurants at Easton, we felt this is a great value, and will certainly be back again

Went for brunch and had the chicken and waffle sandwich. Was pretty disappointed got one small cup of syrup, chicken was cooked well but flavorless. Rear of the experience was great however.

We do not drink alcohol, mock tails were good. Pizza, pasta and salmon was very flavorful. Great service. Attentive staff while training others. First visit will definitely return.

The ambience, decor, and space is lovely. The food was cooked well but lacked a little seasoning. Service was mid. The cocktails were delicious and well balanced. Went for brunch and will go back for dinner menu.
