Wonderful food, short ribs are amazing.
The wine was fanatic.
Get an early reservation, parking is challenging.
Our server Brooke was excellent! Food was delish - we’ll definitely be back!
We loved having the opportunity to dine outside. Thanks for turning on the heaters. Service and food was impeccable. We will be back!
Brooke was our server and she took incredible care of us. My wife has some complicated dietary restrictions and Brooke was so patient. The mussels were incredible as was the pork chop.
Anniversary. Was treated very well and was provided with a charcuterie try free. Great service!!!
Great service as always and delicious scallops and filet.
Napa never disappoints, the duck was outstanding and a healthy portion. Loved the scallops too.
Fantastic service and food. All around 5 ⭐️!
3 women getting together to catch up. Lovely setting, efficient service. Sweet waitress helpful hostess p
Napa at Kingsley is a favorite of mine. Whether meeting with business associates or dining with friends, the service is impeccable and the food is delicious. Ask for Cindy. She'll take good care of you.
Very nice restaurant I would highly recommend friends family etc. Our waitress LUCAS was beyond great, customer service was 5 stars alone !
I was surprised at how cool the dining room was. With a 1:00 pm lunch reservation, you'd think there was plenty of time to moderate the temperature. I had to keep my jacket on the entire time and decided against dessert due to the constant chill. Although we enjoyed our food, I was disappointed at the "translucent" tomatoes on my burger - not fresh.
Found Napa just looking for a charcuterie board but found a gold mine instead! Great food (Sunday Brunch) and service (Sharon and Brooke). We'll be back!
Great views, pleasant services 👏 nice birthday cake
Food and service were excellent. The noise level was too much to have any conversation.
Best foodie spot in the Charlotte area and great wines!
Wait staff was stretched a bit thin taking too long to return to the table. General lack of mask protocol, but it's in Fort Mill.
Will definitely be back!
Our waiter Raymond was awesome!
Great food and ambience! The waitress excellent and attentive!
Compared to other locations in different states, the NAPA at Kingsley in Fort Mill, SC is one we will never return to. Everything is overpriced the food was horrible with no flavor/seasoning and overcooked. My wife wanted a 2nd glass of wine, but they never brought it until after meal was finished. Waitress said sorry and "the wine was on the house." In the end, she charged us for the 2nd glass of wine anyway. We left never to return.
Nice view if seated near the windows. Food is always good.
Meal was fantastic as always. Service was outstanding. Highly recommend.
It wasn’t was we expected for Valentine. The food wasn’t good. We ended up eating again at home. The service was alright. We barely saw our server and the food was late. Overall it was horrible and wouldn’t go back ever again. Feel free to try it out yourself
We enjoyed the pre-fixe Valentine's Day menu at Napa at Kingsley, which had a good range of entrees. The food itself was solid (albeit not spectacular).
The amuse bouche (common to all different entrees) was understandably pre-made, but looked and tasted like it had been sitting for a while (wilted microgreens, cheese was a bit hard, likely from refrigeration after assembly, etc.).
The steaks were cooked appropriately and the pacing of the meal was good overall.
Our primary issue with the meal was that it didn't look like the restaurant's seating was giving enough space for social distancing. It almost looked like no tables/seats were removed at all (I suspect some had been), but my date actually felt vulnerable with how close the other tables and guests were. We've been to a number of other restaurants during the pandemic, and all have seemed to taken a more concerted approach to social distancing.
That said, our server was very kind and all of the staffers we observed were wearing masks.
The restaurant itself is a beautiful space. Our only wish was that the weather was nicer so that we could've enjoyed experiencing the patio, too. (It was rainy and cold.)
Would we come back? Probably. I'd love to experience the full menu and the outdoor space, but the food itself would not be a primary reason for the return.
Dinner was amazing and Danny, our server was even better! Highly recommend!
Everything was great except our waiter told us they were out of strip steaks. Seemed odd at 7pm. On our way out we noticed a few patrons dining on strip steak. Felt like maybe the waiter misspoke.
Valentines Day.
One of the best filets I have ever had. Great service.
I really enjoyed my Valentines Day at Napa. Beautiful place.. food was excellent and waiter was great. Loved the whole setup. Will
definitely return again and again. Great job
Great service. Nice restaurant. Too expensive for what u get. My wife’s meal was bland.
Excellent experience
Valentine’s Day. The ambiance was nice, the drinks were good, the server was great and attentive, but the food was overpriced and underwhelming. I was hoping for more and will not return
Shelby was our waitress and everything was better than expected. 10/10 would recommend.
Enjoyed the special Valentines Day menu. Brooke was our server, she was fabulous.
The experience was amazing. Food is top notch. Very pleased. Love the place.
Valentine’s Day and we couldn’t eat from the Valentine’s Day menu. Our reservation was at 2pm. Had eat from a brunch menu, on Valentine’s Day!
Food was ok. Everything was luck warm, not hot.
We’ve been here several times, after today, it’s our last.
