   Staff is always amazing at Napa Kingsley. The shrimp and grits were excellent! Wish I had ordered that. Food is always very good, the portions shrunk for the price and wish there were a couple more options. Yeti was our server, great guy, great service and very friendly.

   We sat for more than 10 minutes before even getting water. We had to ask a different waiter for salt and pepper. Our waiter never refilled our water glasses until he finally walked by and we requested more water. The food was served promptly and was delicious.

   We went for Mothers Day with a reservation requesting a highchair as well in the notes. When we arrived there were no available highchairs for our toddler as they were all being used by other families. A busy restaurant without a chair for a toddler is not a relaxing Mother’s Day. Instead of relaxing and enjoying our time I just wanted to box everything up to go. It was a long two hours as we also weren’t sat at our reservation time.

   We were there for Mother's Day brunch. Overall food was good, not quite hot when it got to the table. We sat for a long time once we were done eating with the dirty plates and then waited for dessert for quite a long time. (it was part of the pre-ordered menu). Have more support for staff on busy occasions.

   We really enjoyed our Mother's Day brunch/lunch at Napa. The whipped feta was delightful only it came with just 2 toast points and they were hard. We did ask for softer ones that they brought out only a little late. I had the meatball appetizer just so we could try them and they were delicious and I'm not a meatball lover by any means. Two large meatballs that were tender and juicy and way better than average meatballs nor did they taste like meatloaf--really good. Mom got the shrimp & grits and really enjoyed them and it came with 5 or 6 large shrimps perfectly cooked, not too spicy but had great flavor. I ordered the chicken & waffles. There were 3 or 4 4" round waffles that were light and fluffy like Belgian, and 1 smallish piece of perfectly cooked (fried) chicken breast but it was totally boring-no zip, no zing, no zang. Confirmed for me that I don't get the whole C & W thing--hubby's short-rib benedict was scrumptious. We tried both the dessert offerings and the chocolate mousse cake we thought was way better. The Strawberry-Rhubarb Cheesecake had very itty bitty pieces of rhubarb (whatever) but the crust is so thick that's all you could taste. Our server, Jenn, was fantastic. Overall, we had a very good experience, it wasn't too noisy and everything was really enjoyable. Certainly didn't leave hungry.

   We definitely chose the wrong night to dine here. Our ticket got lost and it took an hour for appetizers and another 40 minutes for entrees to come out. Just getting our drink order in took 20 minutes. Maybe on a regular night it’s great, but we definitely felt forgotten in our corner of the dining room

    Wonderful experience with Jessica she was so knowledgeable about the menu and gave us great service. The warm goat cheese was awesome!! We will return again one of our favorite places to eat. Thanks again Jessica, The Caskey’s
