   Had a great time! Our waiter, Yeti was top notch. Overall, I rate it 8 out of 10.

   Yeti was an excellent waiter, giving us just the right amount of time to peruse the menu and continue our conversation. The food choices are varied and prepared to perfection.

   Napa is always a consistent restaurant that has quality food and atmosphere. The staff does a great job, everyone moving about and helping each other. Personally, i feel like we have had Grant as a server many times and he is always a joy. I actually commented leaving with my wife last night that having Grant so many times really tells you a lot about a restaurants quality since they are not turning over staff. We will be back...

   Staff is always amazing at Napa Kingsley. The shrimp and grits were excellent! Wish I had ordered that. Food is always very good, the portions shrunk for the price and wish there were a couple more options. Yeti was our server, great guy, great service and very friendly.

   We sat for more than 10 minutes before even getting water. We had to ask a different waiter for salt and pepper. Our waiter never refilled our water glasses until he finally walked by and we requested more water. The food was served promptly and was delicious.

   We went for Mothers Day with a reservation requesting a highchair as well in the notes. When we arrived there were no available highchairs for our toddler as they were all being used by other families. A busy restaurant without a chair for a toddler is not a relaxing Mother’s Day. Instead of relaxing and enjoying our time I just wanted to box everything up to go. It was a long two hours as we also weren’t sat at our reservation time.

   Emily- My name is Lynn Allen and I am the General Manager of Napa Kingsley. I am so sorry to hear that there weren't enough High chairs for you when you arrived. We have a few of our own and I did rent high chairs as well for the day, unfortunately, the number of families with small children far outweighed what I was able to get my hands on for that day. So for that I truly apologize. I can also see by your star rating that we may have missed the mark on service, I would love to hear more about that portion of your experience. Perhaps I can convince you to come back and try us again for Father's Day which is right around the corner. I will leave my email in the corresponding box below in hopes that I hear back from you.     We were there for Mother's Day brunch. Overall food was good, not quite hot when it got to the table. We sat for a long time once we were done eating with the dirty plates and then waited for dessert for quite a long time. (it was part of the pre-ordered menu). Have more support for staff on busy occasions.
