    6 of us gathered for my birthday celebration. The restaurant is very noisy and conversation with someone other than your neighbor was difficult. Parking situation is horrible. I do not care for valet parking and the number of spaces is woefully lacking. I had to wait for someone to leave to be able to park. All meals were well received except for my wife. Her pork chop was over done- very dry and tough.

I understand how challenging parking can be in Kingsley, which is why Valet is offered as a complimentary amenity to our guests. That may have relieved some of your stress upon entering the restaurant. As for your wife's porkchop, that is truly unfortunate. I know one of my managers came to your table towards the end of your meal. Perhaps the gesture was later than it could have been, and for that I am sorry.

    Booked tonight for Charlotte Restaurant Week and to just get a night out together. We’d been with friends before and loved it, and tonight was not a disappointment either! We arrived early but were able to be seated and our server Yeti was attentive and quite charming! He even managed to find the bottle of wine we wanted even though it was tucked at the top of a rack! I had the pork chop and hubby had the salmon and both were cooked to perfection. Our appetizers and desserts were delicious too, and just the right portion size. We have already booked another meal here in February and expect to make it a regular stop for us & friends!

    Food was very good and server very attentive. We were seated in a small alcove away from main dining area, so it was quite quiet. We’ve always had good food at Napa and highly recommend it for lunch or dinner.

    We celebrated my wife's birthday. Lori, our waitress was very attentive and had amazing timing on each course, and our wine glasses, of course! The food was excellent, as usual. PEI mussels were perfect. Salmon was wonderful and nicely complemented with root vegetables and butternut squash. Filet was like "butter", perfectly medium rare and complemented with thinly sliced and grilled potatoes. Then we both had one of the desserts to share. The flourless chocolate cake was really wonderfully chocolatey. The sweet potato cheesecake was perfectly balanced, not too sweet, but so smooth. Wonderful celebration for both of us. Just the right size plates for Queen's Feast to satisfy but not overeat.

    Best to avoid during Restaurant Week. Staff was completely over matched. Couldn't get seated appropriately. Waited in the bar area. Complete rip-off. Two cocktails: $35. I've paid less at top-tier restaurants in London & Paris. Food was served cold. Ordered a glass of wine to be delivered to the table with the main course. It arrived in time for dessert. $44 for a filet that was cooked to death (not ordered that way), perhaps 3 oz, and by the consistency, it's not clear that it was even tenderloin. Another total rip-off. Do yourself a favor & steer clear.

    We were so looking forward to our date night at Napa, but the food was not up to par tonight. We both ordered our filets as medium, but both came out medium well to well done. We alerted a manager who quickly took both plates to bring us new entrees. 20 minutes later a manager arrived with our new filets, but unfortunately the same result. We didn’t ask for a recook again, but did inform a manager when they came by before our departure. The manager returned later to inform us they had comped our deserts (which were very good), but the filets were the main item with no adjustments made for them. Management was very nice as was our server, but really disappointed in the steaks. We expected better based on previous experiences.

    Our waiter, Jake, was superb. Very efficient and on top of service. It was a very busy night yet he did not make us feel rushed from beginning to end of our dining experience. Dinner was excellent. The bar was a different experience. Two bartenders that were more concerned with talking to patrons and putting glassware away then cleaning off the bar from previous patrons and waiting on us. Even after the bar was cleaned it took over 5 minutes to get a wine list. Then another 5 minutes before they took our order. And there was only one patron at the bar. They were busy cleaning and organizing behind the bar. We will return for dinner but never sit at the bar.

    We had a wonderful, quiet date night here yesterday. Our server, Yeti, made our experience even better with his welcoming demeanor and funny jokes. He constantly refilled our waters, brought us more bread with extra butter after we exclaimed how amazing the whipped garlic butter was, and gave spot-on advice about which main course to go with out of the two we were deciding between. Very attentive and overall wonderful server! The food was 10/10 - our favorite dish was definitely the mozzarella stuffed meatballs (a MUST try!). We will definitely be back and hope to have Yeti assigned to our table again.

    Jam was a very good waiter! The welcome by Nicole (?) at the door is always so warm and uplifting. Normally, am very happy with the food; however, the mussels were pea-size so it was less enjoyable than I would expect, although the garlic butter/white wine sauce was to die for. Just wish waiter had alerted me to the size. I would’ve chosen something else.My date had the prix fixe menu and enjoyed it. Steak was perfectly cooked! I had the Apple Cobbler which was delicious when I had it in October. This time, it was nutmeg-heavy ( and I do like nutmeg very much) with no cinnamon detected. So, my preference was for the October version. To each his own! I asked fir extra cinnamon and ice cream and it was amply delivered. Not necessary! But he did honor my request.

    We have had very good experiences at Napa. Service is always great. Last night was a good but food took too long to come out after salads. Other than that and the noise level, it was a good night.

    We had been to Napa multiple times when it first opened and were not impressed with the food. Now that a couple of years have gone by, we decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, we walked away feeling that the food was still not great. Specifically, my wife ordered the ravioli which was chewy and quite difficult to cut while I ordered the salmon that was extremely dry due to it being overcooked. While food was not particularly good, our server was outstanding. Big shout out to Yeti who was incredible.

    We had very attentive service and the food was OK. My Hanger Steak special was a small plate portion with some vegetables. The flavor was good and steak a little overcooked. I have had hit am iss visits here but when they are good, it is real good.

    First timers, we had a wonderful experience. We were seated outdoors in an enclosed and heated space, but it felt a little far from the main action. The bartender was a bit overwhelmed and our drinks were delivered slowly. However, our waiter was Yeti, and he was fantastic. He was gracious, thorough, and extremely polite. He offered great recommendations for dinner and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals.

    Ran out of several food options at 7pm on a Saturday which should not happen for a relatively limited menu. Food portions were also a bit small (Swordfish looked liked a 3 oz portion). Service seemed overwhelmed a bit and had to be reminded several times on forgotten items. Had better meals previously so hopefully it was an isolated event.

    Great experience! Food was excellent, decor and vibe was cool and fun. Went for a birthday dinner, and they had a birthday card ready for us when we checked in. It is now our new favorite place!

    Dissappointing compared to other visits here. Costs have really gone up. $20.00 for an Old Fashion without enen a muddled orange is crazy. Food didn't arrive very hot so wasn't as good as it's been on other trips. Hubby and I both ordered the Burrata and ate very little as it was way to salty. Waiter was fun. Would I recommend? Depends. It's a nice location and depends what the person is interested in. Depends and maybe should be options, not just yes and no.

    Had New Years Eve dinner here. Food was delicious. We had filet Oscar and ribeye steak. And wonderful desserts!

    All staff were great. Service was awesome. The New Year’s Eve menu was outstanding! Can’t stop wanting that mushroom ravioli again! Michael suggested a fantastic bottle of wine and checked in on us to ensure everting even the food was to our liking. 5 stars all around will definitely be back! Thank you for such a great experience!

    New Year’s Eve: We ate early as we had a few stops that night. Service by Yeti was excellent: attentive, efficient and very warm. Food was very good and portions were generous. A 12 oz strip steak anyone? It was a great way to start our night.
