   First time here. This restaurant was outstanding.. our server was very knowledgeable and friendly. The owners came over to our table and discussed how we loved our experience. Going to save up to come back soon! Thank you

   Thank you Lisa for visiting Nancettas. I hope our server informed you that we do have 1/2 Portions of our famous Gnocchi along with side orders of Alfredo, Bologonese,Pesto or Mariana Pasta. We have different Pasta shapes such as: Pappardelle, Rigatoni, Fusilli and Campanelli which are full or 1/2 portions as well. Look forward to your return. Nancettas

   Excellent service and really nice atmosphere. While i am not a fan of restaurants who add a lot of salt to their entrees, they could have made the meal more flavorful.

   We loved this restaurant. The food was delicious, all made fresh, nothing frozen. Our waiter, Paul, was the absolute best. We could not have asked for better food or a better waiter.

   Love the family vibe. Eggplant Parmigiana is to die for. Highly recommend. Owners are very friendly and accommodating.

   Delicious pasta…best homemade pasta in Pittsburgh! Service was terrific…felt like I was eating in a restaurant in southern Italy…Lemon tart was so very good!

   The meal, dessert, and cocktails were awesome. Service was outstanding and one of the best meals (Chicken Parmesan) I have ever had. The Lava cake we shared was outstanding

    I love to go to Nancetta’s where one is not rushed. My food was good. The salads were great. Risotto balls magnificent. For me, the pasta was great. I ordered a pork chop. It was really good but the smell was offensive to our table. It had to be some kind of seasoning. Our friends did not enjoy their food because of this odor and felt the ambiance was worth it but the food was not. Sorry. Our waiter Paul was excellent and very busy. I would still go back.

    Barbara, We are sorry that you did not enjoy your Pork chop, after checking with the chef, he added a little oregano on the meat. We are sorry that you did not enjoy, if you would have mentioned to our server (Paul S.) we would have replaced or ordered you another dish.
