   Great date night. We decided to let the chef create our rolls for us based on what we liked. The result was custom made sushi just for us. Very cool!

   Usually the food and service are perfect, but, the reason for the one deduction in rating is because the cooking oil used to cook the soft shell crab for the spider roll was overused and on the verge of rancid, causing the spider roll to be ruined and inedible. Other than that, the sushi was fresh and wonderful.

   Food, service and hospitality are always excellent at Nama. Our Sesame Beef entree seemed to have a little less sauce than usual (did not request additional) but was still very good. California roll was excellent and our server was terrific!

   The restaurant wasn’t busy but it took a very long time to get the first morsel. We ordered sashimi and added featured blue fin. The fish was fine but the cuts were a bit clumsy and not trimmed well. Overall good for our neck of the woods.
