Seating will have an array of options from intimate to groups. What differentiates our Indian Concept is that we will present a majority of the menu items as Shared Plates which are appropriate to enjoy and are vastly popular as all-day offerings. The idea behind the concept is that groups of people can enjoy spending time together socializing and mingling whilst trying a wider variety of offerings instead of just ordering an entree per person. This will allow Nama to cater to a wide variety of preferences and palates!
$3.00 off selected cocktails, $2.00 off house wine, $2.00 off Selected Beers

Great food and atmosphere! Our group had a fantastic time!
Service a little awkward, but it was obvious that they’re working out the kinks. It was a little odd with Switch being right next door—totally different atmospheres.
The food and drinks were fantastic, so we will definitely be back.
best Indian food in town . Chef was informative on the Indian cuisine.Enjoyed our dining experience .. I even asked for a menu to post at work to share with friends and co workers .
Taste's like grandma made this food.
Great atmosphere and decor. Cocktails on the pricier side.
We have been there twice and the quality of the food is excellent.
The service is impeccable.
We would have liked more generous portions.
Everything we ordered was delicious and the service was excellent, we will definitely be back!
We had such a great time! Beautiful place and delicious food. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The owner was lovely and made sure we were enjoying ourselves/taken care of :)
Wonderful food, atmosphere and Vivi our waitress was so friendly
A must try-crispy spinach!
The food was wonderfully fresh, with small plates very fun to share family style. We enjoyed meeting staff who were all very attentive!
Very cool restaurant with lots of small plate selections to choose from. Traditional healthy dishes with well-balanced flavors. Ambiance was adorable, service was super friendly and attentive without being overbearing.
The food was excellent! Service was quick. This is our second time and we ordered all the same things because it was so good the first time.
Delicious flavors & creative cuisine. The service was excellent. The manager, owner & chef all came by our table to make sure we were enjoying our meal. Can’t wait to go back!
great! the atmosphere was so nice to be in and the food is incredible!
Exciting, delicious menu. Small enough yo be manageable for the uninformed. Very pretty decor, friendly and accommodating, capable service. Beer menu should be expanded
Fantastic new place!!! The food was soooo flavorful. Great service and decor. This is a great addition to the Broad street scene. Five stars indeed.
Beautiful space, INCREDIBLE food, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Only complaint is that the portions are pretty small for the price, but that does make for a fun progressive dinner. We will absolutely be back and have already recommended it to several people!
Bring way to get you taste buds started. Get place and fun. We I'll be back!!
Had the Lamb Kebab, Crispy Cauliflower, and Chicken Tikka Masala w/ a Paratha and Garlic Naan. The Lamb Kebab was the perfect consistency and flavor. A little on the spicy side, but it came w/ a cucumber/cilantro-esk sauce on the side that cooled it down if you needed it. I'm butchering the names/descriptions slightly (no menu posted as of yet). The Cauliflower Tapa was a little small which was sad because it was sooooo good. Typically, I feel a lot of palate saturation w/ rich dishes such as Indian curries and stews but their Masala has lots of layers to it. I shared the pot, but could've eaten the whole thing by myself w/out getting bored w/ it. The Paratha and Naan were the standard offering. No flair, but no flair necessary w/ Indian breads...just do it right.. Spent $50 and would happily go back and try more of their variety. Roughly 20-25 items on the tapas menu and 6-ish curry pots. Not a huge beer selection, but it's not a bar.
Nama was a solid experience. We ordered 5 small plates and one large curry bowl to share. The food was tasty, but missing some flavor as it felt the dishes were toned down from other traditional Indian restaurants. I believe with more time and refinement this will be a go-to location for my wife and I.
I’m looking forward to returning the food was excellent. Great service nothing like good food in Richmond.
If you’re looking for something new and delicious in Richmond, this is IT. I met a girlfriend here for dinner, and we split 3 small plates, a curry pot, naan, and 2 desserts. Needless to say, we left in blissful food comas. Everything we tried was flavorful and cooked perfectly. My favorite small plate was the Palak Chaat - so yummy with crispy spinach! The Chicken Tikka was amazing, and the naan is freshly made in house. I would also suggest checking out the cocktail menu! I’ll definitely be back to try more of their food and beverage offerings. Our service was exceptional! The waitress was knowledgeable, prompt, and happy, and the free valet parking was a great perk!
