   Great meat cooked in front of you, great service, cute place. Expensive but worth.

   As usual, the food great, the service AMAZING (Alec is the best!). We always try and get Alec. Super friendly, polite, efficient, super attentive and never burns the food. The atmosphere is fun. The only critique, it’s super expensive for the Korean BBQ category, but the quality of meats and ingredients are good. Regardless, Thanks again Alec. We’ll be back.

   The service from the waiters were excellent. Alec is super nice, friendly, professional and really takes care of you/customer(s) and another female waitress was very nice as well. The actual food quality is quite nice and delicious. The banchan was nice and a good variety. The only complaints we have is it’s quite expensive (there are other bbqs that are quite nice and a much better value) and the “managers” there need to be trained on attitudes, friendliness, and hospitality in general. We weren’t mistreated per se, but we heard and saw them treat others not so nicely, not so welcomingly and quite frankly a bit rude (we dined here a few times and their attitudes are consistent). Lastly, the Valet Service shouldn’t demand credit cards only. Some people are not comfortable providing CC all the time for security reasons. Overall, because of the table service (ALEC & Team) and quality of food we will return again (because it’s quite expensive we probably dine here occasionally). It’s a nice Korean BBQ dining experience. Thank you.

   It was odd that they wouldn’t seat us until our 4th person arrived even though most of the tables were empty. We had to wait in the cold vestibule. The experience was fun but most of the pork (we did the pork sharing platter) was pretty fatty. The wait staff does not explain anything. They should ask if it is our first time and offer some explanations about what they are preparing and what the sides are. The last one they made was delicious but it was only a little. The wine selection is limited for reasonably priced bottles. The corn cheese and the soup were excellent.

   We had Yomi as our main server, but everybody was so sweet. Everyone was amazing so welcoming explained everything and I’m excited to come back here again.

   Really good food! Kind of pricey but I like that the staff cooks & serves the food rather than me having to cook the food. I also liked the ambiance of the restaurant. We will definitely visit again when we're back in Boston!

   The food and service were outstanding and the waiter was super receptive to my friend's request for multiple refills of the fish cake LOL :) Best KBBQ experience I've ever had and all the servers were SO nice! The owner is also the sweetest and so kind~

   The food and service both amazing!! The beef combo (S) food quality is great & portion is enough for 2 people, but it is quite expensive.

    We had an amazing experience dining at Naksan BBQ. We ordered the small beef combo and it was perfect for 2 people. It came with bottomless banchan and the waiter actually cooks everything for you. Although I do enjoy cooking the meats myself at BBQ, having the waiter do it meant that every piece was perfectly cooked. In addition to the beef combo we ordered rice and the cheese corn. Although, it would’ve been enough food for the two of us without the corn, I’m glad we tried it because it was delicious. Our waiter was kind and attentive and the rest of the staff was very friendly as well. Because it was a bit on the expensive side, I would most likely only return for special occasions, but I definitely recommend!
