Menu was not what was represented on the website and was like a basic lunch offering for a Saturday night with expensive drinks. So the cocktail was $25 but the menu options were a BLT or chicken tenders. We left.
I didn’t actually end up eating at NAIA, so I can’t accurately judge the food — My friends and I left after about 30 minutes of extremely confusing service. First, Google Maps had the incorrect location listed so we first went to the wrong place. Then we were required to valet our car even though there were almost no other cars in the parking lot and it was a very early reservation. When we walked in the host seemed confused to see people coming in, and he and another staff member scrambled to try to find us a menu. It took about 10 minutes just to get seated. They gave us one printed paper copy of the menu for the whole table and seated us right by the door even though most of the other tables were open. We moved to a different table and my friends tableware was visibility dirty so the waitress had to replace it. We waited another 15 minutes for the waitress to find a us a cocktail menu. She said the menu wasn’t available online so we had to use the one paper copy. As nobody came back to our table for awhile, we ended up leaving and getting dinner some place else. The valet didn’t seem surprised to see us leaving so soon. The ambiance and decor were very cute but it was almost silent - would have benefited from some music playing.
The service was atrocious. Took forever to get drinks as well. The server was rude and adamant about not repeating our order bc he said “he got it” after cutting me off. And then preceded to get our order wrong. We spent wayyyy too much money to have had such TERRIBLE service. When we were leaving the manager THEN asked us how everything was, and although he was nice and apologetic, he should have been managing the restaurant during our service. We will not be back.
Food is absolutely TERRIBLE. We were a group of 7, bill came to $900, left hungry
Beautiful space. South beach-like vibe.
Not the place to go if you’re looking for a great meal. I ordered their “seafood pasta special” as did my nephew. Both of us were given 2 mounds of overly cooked overly sticky overly creamy pasta with indecipherable pieces of seafood. My entree came out at the same time as my wife’s appetizer. And the waiter told us that the kitchen was overrun. Huh ? It’s a Saturday in the summer during covid when everything should be in tip top shape if you want your business to succeed. Won’t be back except maybe for a drink.
Great service ! Great food and great ambiance
The food is so so but the ambiance is great- fun art and beautiful people/music. Miami vibe. Chic. Plenty of outdoor seating and the indoor seating opens to the outside
Food was cold. Short on staff.
Very close too Southampton, the graffiti décor on the fence is eclectic and fun, tho could be offensive to some. Service was a little slow but our wait staff were friendly. The food was OK. Would recommend that diners select a truly outdoor table as we were seated under the awning - and several guys at a table 15 feet away were smoking cigars (yuck). The cigar smell (and likely air from their lungs) wafted over to us and was trapped under the awning for nearly the entire duration of our dinner, which affected our experience negatively.
Some of the worst service I have ever experienced.
Great dining experience, friendly staff and yummy food... music was a little too loud.
Three of us had a very nice outdoor brunch at Naia. I would definitely recommend it as a place to try. The setting outside is very unique and pretty. We all enjoyed our food (not exactly generous portions) & our server was pleasant but not overly attentive.
Waited forever for food and drinks. We ended up just asking for the check bc the food was taking way too long. Server felt bad so he kept sending over drinks but honestly at that point we were way too hungry to drink. Food was horrible too. We ordered cauliflower gratin and instead just steamed cauliflower came out. We ordered lobster Mac and cheese and all we got was regular Mac and cheese. This place was an absolute disaster
Waiters were pleasant , but service was very very slow drink refills came hour after order
Food was cold , burger was missing ingredients which were listed on the menu
Dessert was comped due to us waiting for drinks so long , but it seems like it was bough from a local
Bakery and brought in
I recommend that the chef always have lobster on the menu... and to be aware that downeast we like to have melted butter not cocktail sauce with the hot grilled or steamed lobster... although cocktail sauce was an interesting idea... just not typical... we also brought our own lobster bibs, even though not everyone wanted one.... just saying...
need more advertising and some music to draw people in... from the highway...
Outstanding food (delicious) and terrific, friendly service.
Lightly attended weekday lunch (during the pandemic) with proper social distancing, employees wearing masks and hand sanitizer dispensers available- as well as friendly to well trained Labradors- what more could one ask for?
New art installation + chic music created this funky “in” vibe which we liked- (we are betting it’s a scene in the evening/nights on weekends.)
(Oh- and did we mention delicious?!)
I had an incredible dinner here! Ambiance was romantic but also fun and lively. The DJ walked around periodically playing the electric violin which was unique and memorable. For dinner I had the lavraki (Mediterranean sea bass) which was excellent and my boyfriend had the filet mignon which was also very good. I also highly recommend the lobster mac n' cheese which had big chunks of fresh lobster and was a hefty side dish. For dessert our server recommended the rosé tart which was light and refreshing and the bougatsa which was served warm and simply heavenly. The bougatsa is supposed to be "for two" but it was a very generous portion and could probably feed more. Overall this was one of the best dinners I've had in the Hamptons and we will be back again soon!
We had an absolutely phenomenal experience at NAIA! The food was out of this world, starting with the bread, on to salad and app, dinner and even dessert. Standouts included the Greek Salad with super fresh and crisp, bright ingredients, the Pineapple Chicken which was beautiful, unique and tasty (served piping hot in a real, juicy carved pineapple), and then a lemon tart dessert which was out of this world. Cocktails on point too, especially enjoyed the Greek liquor they splash into traditional concoctions. On top of that the space is GORGEOUS and they're building it out with a DJ station and an expansive area, whether for formal indoor dining or more outdoor/lounge kind of vibe. Gorgeous white theme a la Miami or Greece, with trendy/modern art splashed in. Plus, the service was SO friendly and personalized. When a small issue or two came up during our meal, both our server and also management were lightning-quick to address them and make up for them, and then some. Overall, we can't wait to go back and think this is a hidden gem which likely in future will get super crowded and popular. Go and enjoy a fantastic meal now while you can get a table! :)
The food was good and the decor as well but it was missing people. We had a 7pm reservation and there was only one other table. Hopefully they will get busier because overall it was a nice restaurant.
Great new spot for dinner. Food was amazing! My wife is vegan and we had lots of options to choose from. She ordered the tourlou tower. It was beautiful to look at and even better to eat. I got the pineapple chicken - it comes in a pineapple! Overall, really great!
Food and service is mediocre. Would recommend skipping out on this spot.
