Although the enchanting Biergarten looked inviting, most guests, including us, opted for the air-conditioned inside. It was wonderful to see a full House on a Wednesday night. The food was wonderful. I opted for the daily special which was swordfish. It was such a popular choice. That it ran out, and I was offered a substitute of grilled salmon. It’s too broke to be a delicious choice.

This Austrian restaurant has been around for decades, first is Jennifer‘s, and now as Nadine‘s. Over the years, we have had a number of very pleasant visit. This is why I was especially disappointed on this trip on this visit. My head cheese appetizer. what is just average grocery store product, nothing like similar products in central Europe. my order of Jager schnitzel, however, was bad. It was tough, hard to cut and very dry. very disappointing.

We love this place and it’s one of only a few restaurants we frequent as a family. The food is consistent, drinks are great, and the staff and owners are wonderful. Having said this, I recommend sticking with traditional German dishes rather than be tempted by specials that sound interesting. For example, in our recent visit we tried their seafood spring rolls. There was some good seafood inside the roll, but the shell was oily and fell apart on the plate. Despite best intentions, the roll was not cooked with the proper technique. The schnitzel and sausages are always really good. Salads are great too.
