恋人の誕生日に利用しました。幸いにも希望した窓際を用意してくださり、夜景を楽しみながら誕生日をお祝いすることができました。五重奏ディナーコースは、どの料理もとても美味しく、特に茶碗蒸しが印象深かったです。スタッフの方も親切で、デザートを運んでくださった時に、『写真を撮りましょうか』と声をかけてくださいました。また、片付ける時にも『お似合いですね』と言ってくださってとても嬉しかったです。また是非利用したいと思いました。ありがとうございました。

初めて利用させて頂きました。他の方の口コミにあった通り、初めてだと少し行くのが分かりにくかったです。(ホテルのシャングリアのフロントを抜けてエレベーターを使い28階まで行き、そこからは階段になります。) シャングリア内が高級店によくある店内のフレグランス(香水のような)がキツくて少し頭が痛くなる感じを覚えました…そして、それはなだ万の店内でも感じてしまい仕方ない事ではありますが慣れるまではしんどかったです。窓際の席は景色が良く良かったです。お料理は苦手な物を事細かにケアして下さり、嫌な気持ちになる事なく楽しめました。サーブに関しては食べ終わるのを見計らって下げて下さり、次のお食事の準備をしてくれるので無駄に待つことはなくスムーズでした。(個人的好みとしては下げた後に少し間が欲しい方なので、少し早いかな？と思いました。) なので、いつもは和食のコースで2時間くらいゆっくり頂くのですが今回は1時間半くらいでした。とは言え、食後ものんびりさせて頂いたのでとても良い時間になりました。誕生日祝いでの利用でしたが、デザートにさりげなくお祝いプレートを付けて下さったりお箸袋にお祝の印字があり華やかだったりと、良い記念になりました。ありがとうございました。

Well, for all the high reviews we were underwhelmed. The food was okay but portions were small and service was slow. We had been in Japan for 3 1/2 weeks prior so it could just mean all the other restaurants were a higher level.

The wait staff was not knowledgable about the menu and had to ask someone else for inquiries more than once. The worst part of the experience was that my husband had his appetizer was able to finish it, and I waited 15 more minutes for mine. Incredibly, the same thing happened again with his main dish! It was therefore like we did not dine together at all, and the staff seemed to be completely oblivious to this fact. Moreover, my main dish, the pork tenderloin, was not very good at all. Considering the price paid, which was very expensive, this was a highly unsatisfactory experience. I have never written such a negative review ever, but feel compelled to do so here . I would not bother with this place.

昼御膳を頂きました。高級な和食料理屋さんに行く機会はあまりなく、今回記念日でしたので奮発して利用いたしました。旬の食材を創作和食として新たな料理に仕上げられているメニューは、どれも驚きで溢れていますが、和出汁やご飯を頂くとほっこりする味もあり、とても楽しめました。頂く側に新しい世界を見せてくれる料理だと感じました。接客もロケーションも最高でした。ぜひまた利用させていただきたいです。

정말 추천하지않아요, 유일하게 도쿄에서 사용한 비용중 제일 너무 돈이 아깝고… 회사원들 세미나 바글바글 피로연잔치일어난것마냥 굉장히 시끄러웠습니다. 에피타이저부터 많이 비리고 전체적으로 음식 퀄리티가 많이 떨어져요 그에 맞는 설명도 잘 못하고 특별할것도 없고 아쉽디 아쉽습니다 ㅠ 호텔자체도 좀 별로인거같고… 차라리 다른 파인레스토랑을 추천해요 Actually, it wasn’t a great time for us. Even the course is pricy, service and explanation about the plate wasn’t enough and the colleagues wasn’t available English. Again atmosphere was too noisy to enjoy the meals. Quite disappointing service and plates. I don’t think this restaurant is suitable for fine-dining. Taste doesn’t feel fine dining restaurant. It seems like just normal business hotel.

記念日のお祝いに子連れでランチ利用しました。スタッフの方の対応もよく、子供達もご機嫌で全体として満足させていただきました。気になった点を記載します。・Web予約し、質問を入力していましたが数日経っても連絡がなく、こちらから電話したところ、電話口の人が「何か不手際でも？」と言わんばかりの対応でとても残念でした。別のタイミングで２度目に電話した時の別の人の対応はとても良かったです。・子供がいるので食事の提供を早めにと伝えていましたが、伝わっていなかったのか子供御膳が配膳されたのは入店後30分経ってからでした。・料理はお祝い懐石「輝」で、美味しいですが普通です。コース内容、温度、盛付けや提供方法など今一つ。ランチのコースでは中位だと思いますが、満足感は得られませんでした。

板前さんが気さくな方でした。お寿司10貫のコースを頂きましたが、苦手なものの調理方法なども聞いてくださりお気遣いいただきました。料理はもちろんどれも美味しく贅沢な時間を過ごさせてもらいました。感謝してます。

とにかく一品提供されるまでに時間がかかりました。子連れで行くべきではなかったです。香港でよく子連れで利用させていただいておりましたが、現地で感じた再び訪れたくなるようなアットホームなサービスは一切感じませんでした。お肉は美味しかったです。

ゆったりとした座席レイアウト、ダイナミックな窓からの景色、縦方向に伸びた室内で、非日常のひと時を過ごせました。お食事は純和食というよりも、モダンな和食という感じでポーションも適度でおいしかったです。サクラエビとソラマメのご飯、香りが良かったです。細かく接客していただき、大変助かりました。

事前に席のリクエストをしておきましたが、それに全く沿わないセンスのないシートアサイメントをされ、最初から嫌な予感がしました。フロアは厨房の板前さんたちの私語や笑い声、個室利用者の会話さえも丸聞こえで驚きました。いただいた天婦羅は専門店ではないとはいえ、揚げ方が素人並み。特に蓮根とかぼちゃはかなり焦げており、香ばしさをとおりこした苦味が口に広がります。新人さんが担当されたのでしょうか？厚みのあるものを専門店のように上手に揚げられないのなら、いさぎよく薄切りにするか素材を変えていただくほうが、唐揚げのように焦げた天ぷらを出すよりはましと思います。

鉄板焼きカウンターで頂きました。期待通り和牛が美味しく、前菜や魚料理はフランス料理風だが和風の出汁の味付けで楽しめました。グラスワインは価格がお高めですが、その分外れのないラインアップで、料理ごとに別のものを楽しむことができました。なだ万の鉄板焼きは初めてでしたが、サービスも含めさすがなだ万でお勧めできます。
