Las Vegas born and raised since 2010, Nacho Daddy is a locally owned modern Mexican restaurant setting the industry standard for fighting children's hunger in the community while also serving honest food to our friends. Don't let our name fool you, we don't serve nachos...we serve the MOST INSANE GOURMET NACHOS smothered in queso and salsa made fresh daily, and we guarantee you'll never find a dry chip! Nachos nach'yo thing? No worries - we have something for everyone, including all day breakfast, tasty Mexican-American collisions, and a full vegan menu. Be sure to try our housemade specialty drinks, including our Best of Las Vegas "Daddy's Margarita", or if you're feeling brave we dare you to #getstung with our world famous Scorpion Shot as seen on Tanked and the Food Network.

We came to Vegas for the first time and tried Nacho Daddy. My hubby is a huge nacho lover so I thought it would be perfect for us. The pricing was lower than other Vegas places. The margaritas were strong and yummy. The nacho did not disappoint and we loved the queso!! My very small critique is it was very dark for 10am. Overall very good!

For the strip, not too bad, great for the small outdoor seating area, make sure to check out the daily specials. Overall 4/5!

We had the absolute best waitress of our trio so far- Lauren (I’m pretty sure that was her name - super cute girl great pixie cut) was a pure delight helpful and informative about the menu and helped us get to our next event in time. Food was fabulous and the spicy cucumber margarita- WOW Best vegan food I’ve had in ages! My husband - the animal eater loves his food too!!!

We greatly enjoyed the mountainous nachos. Our server was attentive. Gluten free food is clearly marked and there are an abundant of good options.

Excellent! A wide selection of margaritas and nachos. And more importantly for me, a wide selection of gluten free creations on the menu. This was, hands down, the least expensive and most tasty meal we have had on our trip! Celiac friendly options!

The server was not too good, seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered too much and was overwhelmed. Better time and table management would be beneficial. However, the wonderful food made up for the lack of attention from the server.

Confirmed dinner reservation, enjoyed the easy walk over from Paris & were seated in a great spot.

Very casual ambiance, dim lighting, huge video screen over the kitchen, tvs with sports in various locations, a little too loud for conversation hip music, and a young fun vibe. Our wood booth along an outer edge of the dining room had a table that felt too high. Comfortable enough while we dined, not so comfy that we'd linger longer than necessary.

It seems this is one of those restaurants that gets rave reviews due to novelty & mass quantities of food rather than quality.

We were disappointed and glad for $5 "Happy Hour" M-F 3-6pm which allowed us to sample a lot and order reg priced dinners. We tried the queso dip, mini nachos, Bangkok & mojo pork street tacos, steak chimichanga, chicken enchiladas and strawberry & "Mex Candy" margaritas. Skipped dessert.

First we disliked the very processed yet bland chemical-tasting white queso and very thin flavorless white corn chips (prefer more authentic yellow or restaurant style). Given these are also the main components of the nachos, we disliked that dish as well. The salsa was good, but nada special. We asked for more salsa for our dinner and were charged $1 - what?! The steak chimi and chicken enchiladas were good (steak too grizzled), but again nothing special to come back for. What we really enjoyed, however, were the street tacos! During HH you get 2 for $5 and we were able to get 1 taco of each the Bankok, which had a fresh and amazing sweet/tangy flavor, and the mojo pork which was delish! The strawberry margarita was too sweet in a chemical way. We like spicy, but the Mexican Candy Margarita was less sweet and way spicier/hotter than expected. We don't like to drink in pain lol.

For hours after dining, we suffered uncharacteristic reflux & heart burn.

Our server was outstanding-friendly, helpful & attentive
