We had a great time! The only problem was that we made a reservation and waited 30 min. We went up to the hostess stand to see how much longer, and someone that made a reservation after us complained and got seated before us. We were going to leave until they said they had a table for us. The service was excellent and the food was good! Overall good place but wouldn't be going back anytime soon.
It was a great nice besides the fact that the server dropped a hot sword with meat on my wife's arm. They were quick to offer her ointment but nothing else. If it was my establishment I probably would have told her second degree burns came with a free meal lol once she got a bandage and ointment they pretty much forgot about it
Meet Friends for a special occasion, our 15 month old daughter loved the salad/appetizer bar selection, but especially the endless meat and seafood combinations. The selections of meat were cut to our liking, and perfect. We all had to pause to enjoy our plates at the time before the rodizio's served us more. Overall great experience and environment for our first NaBrassa experience.
So tonight we joined NaBrasa once again, much to our delight!
The meats, seafood, and salad bar were awesome as usual!
I am specifically writing this review to draw attention to the impeccable level of customer service.
We had Lance, Ivanir, Graham, Diego, and Nuzzi throughout the evening, and they were awesome!
Their service, and their fellow staff members, keeps us returning time and time again!
NaBrasa IS consistent with an awesome dining experience!
It was my first experience at this restaurant and I was extremely pleased with the entire experience. The service was incredible! The food was out of this world. My girlfriend is Brazilian she absolutely loved it. I would highly recommend this restaurant and I will definitely be back again and again
The food was delicious and the bathrooms were clean.
As soon as you walk in there’s a huge bar which is pretty cool since you have to wait even though you made a reservation but went for Valentine’s Day and they gave complimentary Chocolate covered strawberries. Yummmm.
This was our first time at na’brasa and it was incredible. Both my girlfriend and I loved the food and service. The servers and waiting staff were very polite and food was some of the best we’ve ever had. Everything was cooked perfectly. We definitely reccomend going there with an empty stomach as well because you will not leave hungry!
My fiancé and I come here every year for our annual Valentine's Day celebration. We usually enjoy it but this time was different. We noticed the meats were coming out slower than normal. We didn't see a lot of the typical options we saw in the past. The meat wasn't as good. I kept asking for medium cook. Twice I got rare and a few times I got almost well done. I don't know if you guys are under new management or just switched meats but it just wasn't as good this time. Which was a little disappointing.
On Sunday, February 11, 2018, We had a FABULOUS Brunch for my brother's birthday. Peter was our server and he was AWESOME!! He was quite attentive but not overbearing. He was friendly and quick to come to help out with whatever we needed. Our plates and glasses were promptly removed when we were through with with and new clean table wear was brought to us. We love NaBrasa and will frequent your restaurant for Brunch!
We have never come to dinner, but we are certainly looking forward to trying it!

The staff is incredible. They go out of their way to make sure that your experience is excellent. My family always enjoys coming here. The servers who bring the scores of meat and other Foods to your table are extremely courteous. The wait staff assures that everything is in order all throughout your meal. If you get up to get something to bring back to your table from the buffet, you will have a clear spot when you get back and everything is neat at your spot. Our server, Sue, was fantastic!
I've commented on here several times, always to promote the place and make sure people know I frequent the place for good reason (but who wouldn't when you're paying that price).
Anyway, this occasion was one of only a very few times where the meats were consistently over done and brought to our table very infrequently (we were seated to the right, when you walk in, so not sure if that's the reason). We know several of the chef's, Sydney (sp?) being our favorite and they always know the meats we prefer and the temperature we like (medium rare). Sydney wasn't there this time, but doesn't mean we expected the meats to be any less than they usually are (which is fantastic), and the others didn't come around very much.
Anyway, we love Nabrasa and have been there between 40-50 times (i'd say closer to 50) but this time was very disappointing. Wanted to share that and hope next time is back to the same excellent service we're used to.
Our waiter George was fantastic. The only bright spot in an otherwise dismal experience. The restaurant was cold. The Passadores were few and far between, frequently bringing the “lower” cuts of meat and all seemed to have a chip on their shoulder. Would not recommend and will never go back.
Service was quick, almost too quick to enjoy an expensive dinner. Question to the manager was almost as if I (as the customer ) was immediately wrong. Not the appropriate approach someone spending$60/plate is looking for. For that reason I'll choose to spend my money in a more considerate atmosphere in the future. One and done.
