Overall enjoyed dinner, but some of the rolls I have enjoyed in the past are off the menu or have been changed.
Food was great but service was lacking. After we received our food we didn’t see our server again. We had to hunt him down just to get the bill. Would have ordered more, drinks and dessert but he never came back. By the way it was NOT busy. Very few tables so I am not sure what the reason was other than poor service.
Fantastic ambiance and great food.
Great Food!! We have been here several times & have NEVER been disappointed. Love their Sushi Happy Hour! We went for Valentines Day & once again it was exceptional. Love the patio outside when the weather permits as well. Will go back again & again!!
Their Avocado Bomb and Ahi Tuna Tower are am absolute must try dishes.
Always great sushi and the best fried rice in town!
Great tasting sushi. Will definitely be back for the pressed rolls. I had the TCU. It was the best thing on the table.
The only thing desirable was the location and ambience. The server was clueless to the menu and the manager who was gracious had to step in. The food was fair that’s about it.
The food was delicious, the drinks were strong, would definitely go back just to try the other rolls they have.
So yummy! Can’t believe I’ve been passing it by for 8 years! Definitely will be on my rotation of favorite restaurants!
Went for Christmas night and everyone were so accommodating! They had Christmas hats and I saw one person with a Christmas sweater, so cute. The food was amazing! I ordered the spicy edamame(which were addicting) and the ahi tuna tower(which was super delicious). Would definitely visit again.
Good service and food in Legacy Plano. Open on holidays!
My reservation was at 1:15. When I walked to the door, there was a paper note saying they were opening at 2. I had a birthday lunch for my wife set. We had to find another restaurant to celebrate.
Paul the sushi chef is awesome. Funny professional and very personable
NAAN Continually delivers fresh amazing unique sushi items.
Unfortunately, we saw the Yelp ratings were not great but a friend had recommended it, so we took a chance.....the service (Brad) was very kind but we waited for 15 minutes before anyone even came to our table. The food, while it was decent, took way too long and our glasses were not refilled. It was our anniversary, so it was a disappointing experience for us.....
My pork belly buns (shared) and red dragon roll were all delicious. However, my husband ordered tuna and salmon rolls and we were surprised to see how small they were. He was hungry and ate some of my dinner. Naan is expensive for what you get. But some of the specialty rolls are creative and delicious.
We love Naan, and the service was excellent. We were totally satisfied
The food was SOOOOO good!!! It really was amazing and I'm a huge sushi girl. Gabby...our server was great too...super sweet and super attentive. Loved it and will definitely go back!!
A must are the avocado bomb appetizer and ahi tuna tower!!
Service and food was amazing as usual! Low key and perfect for a date! I highly recommend Naan for any occasion!
Food was fresh with a nice variety of dishes and drink
Went with a coworker for lunch, and our service and food delivery was very quick. Server was friendly, and the food was delicious.
Service was extremely disappointing. We ordered our drinks and our waiter pretty much disappeared. After waiting for at least 20 minutes and still no drinks we finally tried to have another waiter track down our waiter to see what was going on. When he didn't appear we eventually had to call the manager over and he was absolutely no help either. My husband eventually had to go to the bar to get our drinks himself. Once we finally found our waiter he stated that they were extremely busy (although there were tons of empty tables) and that the bar was backed up. Come to find out he hadn't even turned in the drink ticket to the bar. We were finally able to order our food and that did come out pretty quickly and the taste was very good. That was the only redeeming factor for this restaurant. Seems that the very poor management of this restaurant is hurting the business and we probably won't be returning.
We had a party of 9 and everyone enjoyed their meal. We ordered an assortment of menu items and all were delicious. The wait staff was very efficient - we didn't have to ask for anything. The hostess indulged us on our request for a group photo.
Our waitress was sweet but wasn't very knowledgeable about the menu. She may have been new so I didn't fault her much. We had a incident in that our entire parties food came out and we were half way done eating before the final plate for one guest came out. Apparently the Salmon takes much longer to cook? Would have expected they hold the rest of the food until the Salmon was somewhat ready to come out.
We enjoyed our dinner, will definitely go back. The service was excellent.
Great sushi and ambiance. They also have patio dining. Try the SMU roll-it's great!
Dinner was good, service quick. But we felt like they were rushing us out and didn't want us to stay to enjoy the night.
I love Naan for weekend brunch!! The menu features a tenderloin steak an eggs entree that is amazing, but my very favorite are the Bento Boxes and Poke Bowls. The food is always fresh and the patio is great for people watching. I consider this a local hidden gem for brunch.
Good place for a date, where you may actually conversate and hear one another....not too busy.
Naan is still my favorite restaurant for Sushi in Dallas! I've been going here for several years and always receive great service and delicious food!
The food is always delicious and the service is incredible!
Special mention to Wesley, our amazing waiter! We were at his station 6 months ago and he remembered us, what table we sat at and the special meal (eel entree on rice) His service was amazingly good as was the food.
Naan becoming a favorite of our.
it was aite. good food. sushi was aite. great service. good stuff.
Imaginative roll selection. The yellowtail sushi portions were very generous. I'd definitely go back.
Went on Valentine's day. They were way understaffed. Sushi was average. No wow factor. Service was lacking. Again it was V-DAY. But still, I wouldn't go back. To many sushi restaurants that are better.
The service was supper slow. Took over 30min to get a beer delivered from the bar. Table next to us left.
Ashley was a great server and the sushi chef created a roll especially for our table after hearing our preferences. Great time !
We had a great time at NAAN due to the excellent service, high quality sushi, and comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
