In short, it's good, would go again.
But if being a bit picky, holding it to a higher standard, them two tiny complaints:
1. A server forgot about my first request to pack the leftovers.
2. When one of the lead server was packing our leftovers, she showed a sudden expression of annoyance when she brought over the togo box.
Great restaurant with traditional authentic Chinese ambience. Great location by the water at North False creek with free parking.

A slow start, another table seated after we were had a full table of food before we received the soup. Then following shortly after the two main dishes. Had to send one back twice as we were just in the middle of our soup.
The food was great, different then we are used to but very tasty. Great portions and would have been disappointed if we didn’t have a place to take it for later. Lucky we had an Air-bnb that had a kitchen.

We had to cut our dinner short because the kitchen could not deliver the rest of the dishes we ordered. There was no discount or any attempt to to keep us happy other than telling us to cancel the rest of our order. I would have expect some sort of discount as we waited for more than 45 minutes without any food coming out.
The cuisine surprised us as it was so good, especially the spicy fish dish in a hot pot. We really loved the eggplant dish as well as the fried rice.
This restaurant is a gem on the waterfront that few people seem to know about.

Some very good and authentic Beijing food you can find in the heart of Vancouver downtown, close to granville island, a nice retreat from a busy tourist day.

The food was very tasty but the service was terrible. We waited very long times before each course and when we asked what the hold up we were told one of the chefs had not turned up! This place is also very expensive and the ambience is not great.
Have been there several times and the food never disappoints.
