   The Thanksgiving feast was over priced! The “invitation” should be for the invitee and guest like it has been in the past. The check in process was very unorganized. I checked in at 1:35 for my 1:45 reservation but I didn’t get seated until 2:15. Nice variety of food choices and the service was 👍

   The food was very good with a nice selection. The table set-up were quite nice. We were seated by the hall exit door at a six person table and not once were we acknowledged by any wait staff until we had our coats on and were to ready to leave. Fortunately, this was a comped meal and the food presentation was very nice, but I wouldn't recommend the $50 charge for it!

   The Cornacopia room was set up in a ballroom setting, very nice and clean! Restrooms were also close by. Our reservations were for 1:15, but we arrived too early, about 11:30 and the hostess was able to seat us anyway. Glad we got in as they ran out of oysters and by the time we were to check in, get seated, the line was all the way back to the escalators!

   I thought the venue was beautiful. I think the room could have been more informative with signs as to where certain food was located.

   Food was great! Buffet style so everyone got what they wanted, everything was fresh and warm. Thank You Mystic Lake for a great meal!

   Food was soooo disappointing. Lacked variety. For $50 per person it was pathetic. The eggs-benedict were too hard to cut. The beef was all well done. I asked if they had any beef that was not well done, and they just told me - no, sorry. They "ran out of oysters" - I asked them to bring more out - for $50 a person, they should have brought some out, I was told, "they couldn't magically make them appear", so rude - I was shocked. This could have a been a nice buffet for $25 per person, but this was for $50 per person. I would not recommend this to any one. I called and left a message to speak to someone from the hotel- and no one contacted me back.

   This is for the Harvest brunch. This was the worst Buffet my husband and I have ever been at. We were there at 1:45 and they were serving until 3 p.m. but the food was cold, the setup was ridiculously confusing, and the chefs were rude. Definitely not worth what we paid for it!
