I live in Fort Lauderdale and I was so excited when Mykonos opened. The service was attentive and friendly, the atmosphere was great but we were really disappointed by the food. The waiter told us that each item is meant to be shared but the portion are so small that it is not realistic. The mykonos salad was good for one person, It was mainly lettuce, and sprinkled with a 3 tiny pieces of feta. Not worth $16. We had the peach salad. basically one peach cut in eight pieces. It could be shared. The flavors were not complementary in my opinion. Manti dumplings were a complete disappointed. Chef, Look at pictures of Manti dumplings online. This has nothing to do with what we expected. We thought it was a plate of Tzatziki. Then we noticed the tiniest little lumps. We were informed that these were the dumplings. Tiny dumplings smothered in garlic yogurt I couldn't tell you if there was any beef in it. I certainly couldn't taste it. $29 for yogurt and micro dumplings. Grilled Spanish Octopus was tender and mild tasting but good. The portion was good to share. Then we had the spiced lamb and the lemon potatoes. Finally a reasonable sized dish. We were pretty hungry at that point. They shouldn't call it lamb lollipop because I make it sound smaller than it actually is. The lamb was excellent but my big issue here is the price. At $59 for 3 lamb "lollipops" it is seriously over priced when compared to other restaurants. Lemon potatoes were ok. I would go for a drink on their patio for sure but I won't be going back for a meal unless the menu changes and the prices seem more reasonable.

This is the third time I have dinner at this restaurant. I wont be going back, not because the food is bad, the food is actually good. It has to do with the manager they are powerless or at least appear to be. After having a nice dinner I decided to sit at the bar outside an have one drink with my wife. To shorten the story I asked for a single pour of Macallan's 18 year old scotch. I was expecting to pay between $60 and $75 dollars like most restaurants. When I received the bill it was $115.00. When I questioned the charge the bartender immediately brought over the manager who said that the price was the price and he could not do any thing about it then I said I want to remove the mandatory 18% tip and he said that was impossible. It was automatic and he had no way to do that. To that I said if someone comes here and has terrible service they still have to leave an 18% tip. He said that's correct! Then I asked him if I could speak to someone else, he said he was the highest authority in the restaurant. Anyways I paid my bill and left letting him know that I would never be back. Hopefully someone about his pay grade reads this because a customer who spent $450.00 on each of the three visits shouldn't be treated like this.

Beautiful location, and amazing food. Waiter was funny, great, attentive but had a large section. Restaurant needs a little AC help, it was very hot and lots of people fanning themselves. Everything we had was amazing. 3 dishes for a couple is ideal. Branzino was our favorite dish of the night.

Food good except corn dish - not good at all. Waiter was awesome but a little slow on bringing out check. AC doesn’t work well inside - it was not pleasant at all. Dk how this place will last through the summer if they can’t cool the indoors ..,

This Restuarant has absolutely no AC incredible for someone who books a table indoors during the Florida summer and heat and rain it’s because we don’t like humidity or heat. They really took the Greek Mediterranean vibe to another level I felt like I was in the sweltering heat of the dead summer. Ruined my hair the day I did it- so humid and hot inside. Food was fantastic and so was my waitress however, for the price I think you could turn on the ac and close the doors to the outside elements. Also I hate bugs flying around me- the doors were open and lights were on and thus there were moths inside the restuarant. Won’t go back to dine in, probably won’t go back at all

The food was tasty and well prepared. Portions are not big enough. Very tasty but overpriced. Nice setting. Need to lower price or give more food for the price they’re charging.
