I ordered the heirloom salad thinking it was going to be great. I got cherry tomatoes cut in half with four small pieces of cheese. It was very underwhelming for the description and price. The chips were good, they did charge me when I requested some ranch to go along with them which I didn’t know was a thing until the bill came.

Great dinner tonight with out of town friends! We took the mhere 4 years ago and insist on coming every time they come to town. Great menu, wonderful servers, and awesome owners. Beer is great and the food is fantastic!!!

Was pretty busy due to a show at Rialto but service was fairly quick. Everything we ordered from appetizers, entree and drinks was excellent. Server was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. Other than the fact that it’s kind of loud when it’s crowded, we love this place. Consistently great food and service.

Our waitress made sure to tell our party of 6 that the water and lime (one slice by the way) were free and she was not going to charge us. Thanks?!? Next the food, the veggie flatbread seemed like there were burger toppings on it- raw onion, diced tomatoes, PICKLES, and a bbq sauce drizzle. It was weird! I also ordered cheese curds, only because it was one of the cheaper menu items. They were greasy, overcooked, and all stuck together as one curd because the cheese oozed out in the fryer. I understand the industrial look, but our party of 6 had to yell to one another across the table and anytime a patron moved their metal chair on the concrete floor, the whole restaurant stopped because of the noise! I do NOT recommend and will not go back.

Great Father's Day lunch at MyGrain Brewing Company! There are so many new items, creative and very good. The beer and drink menu is wonderful. Excellent service, and the crowd is just as nice. Come to downtown Joliet to Union Station (train station) Wednesday - Saturday!!!

Nice restaurant for a pre show dinner. Very good craft house made beer selections that paired well with the food options. Wait staff was helpful in suggesting which beer to pair with entree. Indoor and outdoor seating was available as well. Would highly recommend.

What a wonderful lunch at MyGrain Brewing Co. today! We were a large group, and tried most of the new menu items - Polish Gołąbki (cabbage rolls), Polish Flatbread (Polish sausage, house made sauerkraut, mozzarella cheese, and finished with garlic oil) and Salmon Cakes (Three cakes made with onions, peppers and fresh salmon, pan fried in butter, topped with a lemon dill aioli). The special for Mother's Day was Roasted Lamb Chops and vegetables. We also had Fish & Chips, the Polish Platter and Pierogi Plates. Everything was well prepared and tasted wonderful! It eas nice to see they were serving Bishops Hill Winery wine! I wish more restaurants and bars would serve more local beer and wine. Businesses helping businesses thrive! Great service, food, beer and wonderful owners. Cannot wait try the other new items!

Nice location in the old train station but overall, underwhelming. The Irish red ale was decent but everything else...meh. Had a 6:15 reservation as we were going to a 7:30 concert (theater was a 5 minute walk). We were informed before being seated to order everything right away so as to get out in time for our show. Even with that, they were challenged to get our order taken and delivered with any expedience (ordered a burger, chicken sandwich and 2 beers)

Tonight's special soup was Hot & Sour soup with a 5 vinager infused Jalapeño! This was so good. I wish I ordered a bowl to take home. Last week special soup was Salmon & Jalapeño Chowder, also excellent. Never had a bad meal here. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the food and beer they make! Great selection of beer they brew and some great cocktails. Come for the beer, stay for the food.

The waitress was very slow even after we told her we had a strict timeline. Our food took over an hour to arrive but they were really not that busy. The food was decent, nothing spectacular, but the feel of the restaurant was very nice being in the train station. If you go here before going to the Rialto, I know their site says give it 1.5 hours, give it 2.

We really loved the place the only problem is I’m a wine drinker and their choices were very limited and expensive. I know I shouldn’t except wine in a brewery but unfortunately I’m not a beer drinker.

The service is great friendly and quick. The selection of beer and drinks is plentiful but getting a drink that is not on the menu is hit or miss. It does get loud but it was a nice place to grab a bite and have a few beers but it can get pricey fast.

This was a birthday celebration for my husband and we are frequent visitors. Food was great but we were sad to see some of our favorites missing from the new menu. The pierogi platter no longer included the two sauces. Pierogis are still outstanding but we loved the sauces, esp the white Parmesan sauce. I usually get the Salmon burger or the turkey burger but they are no longer available. There are new offerings that sound interesting. Perhaps some of our favorites will be back someday. Beignets are still available thank goodness. They are amazing. We always save room for those! The MyGrain burger is my daughter’s favorite but was disappointed to see the price jump to $23.
