My Most Favorite Food is the aptly-named restaurant and bakery that crafts home-style Euro-chic fare in its Upper Westside eatery. The strictly kosher menu starts with appetizers such as loaded ahi tuna nachos with wasabi cream and soy glaze and the watermelon feta salad with cranberry coulis. Entrée dishes, such as the roasted eggplant rigatoni, miso glazed Chilean sea bass and the wild mushroom ragu pappardelle, speak to My Most Favorite Foods fresh takes on comfort food classics. My Most Favorite Food also has a popular brunch and breakfast menu, where fresh made challah bread French toast and feta and roasted tomato Mediterranean omelet are super stunning examples of the chef’s versatility and creativity. Also a top-notch bakery, be sure to enjoy a My Most Favorite Food decadent dessert, such as peanut butter mousse cake or lemon meringue tart with a steaming hot café au lait.

We got to the restaurant at the reserved hour and it was closed. No sig, no explanation.

I really enjoyed this establishment. For Kosher - milk items, this is the place to go in Manhattan. The Salmon Burger, the Veggie burger, and my tomato soup and tuna sandwich were absolutely the best. The tomato soup and tuna were in fact the best I've ever had. The wait staff was outstanding and very friendly and just genuinely nice. The desserts were to 'die for'. Carrot cake, strawberry short cake and their cupcakes were sensational. Very highly recommended.

Menu was very limited, we all had had a hard time finding something to eat. Prices were high for the amount and quality of the food served Soft drinks were less than 8 oz and $2.50 each First time we have ever been disappointed with an Open Table Restaurant I would seriously consider dropping them if I were you.

The menu offered plenty of appealing choices, dairy and fish. Those in our group who got cod and fish & chips were happy. Two of us ordered tuna specifically rare, and it was barely pink in the interior. I don't believe the overcooking was a kashruth issue since sashimi can be kosher. And it would have been nice to have a vegetable choice other than fries. The service was fine, given that we wanted time to talk, and we were easily able to have a conversation, at least on a week night. Nice to have them on the Upper West Side.

The place was fairly good - I needed to have a kosher place for my companion. The atmosphere is "bakery" like with small uncomfortable tables. But, the food was decent (overpriced because it was kosher) and the dessert was really delicious. It's sort of out of the way for theater or the Philharmonic so I can't imagine going back.

This is a kosher dairy restaurant on the Upper West Side, to which we took Orthodox friends visiting from Jerusalem, one of whom, as it turns out, had already dined there, though we never had. Each entree was excellent: Cobb salad with salmon, vegetable kabob, eggplant with pasta, and black cod. We shared a marble cheesecaake four ways; the Jerusalemites say it's better than anything available there. Little children and parents were among the diners; the dining room was full all evening, and the noise level rose by the end of our dinner but was never so loud that we couldn't hear one another.

Simple breakfast, would have liked bigger selection of pastries from a place calling itself a bakery. Very home-made flavor to the breads. Nice coffee. Decent service. The back room with its large skylight is preferable to the window seating in the front.

Came here for lunch after a concert at Lincoln Center. The portobello burger was delicious with great french fries. Be aware that there is no meat on the menu at least for lunch although there are lots of sandwiches and salads to select
