The food was great! Service was wonderful. A little tricky to find, but well worth the search.

We had a great time dining at Musume. One of the owners greeted us at the bar while we waited for our table. He wasy very nice and informative, we took almost all his recommendations. The Miso Black Cod was amazing so was the Lobster Dynamite, I recommend both. Our Server Matt as also outstanding. Overall a great experience.

We had a very lovely experience here for our lady's night. We were looking for a class act restaurant, upbeat environment and especially Asian fusion cuisine. Musume has hit all the marks and especially loved the greeting from Kenny Rogers, owner of Musume. I will definitely will be coming back and staying for the after party our in their dance floor.

I went to this restaurant with a party of 4. We had a large order about 400$ worth to be precise. The rice didn’t taste as good and we placed 4 of it so we couldn’t finish all of it hence we returned one. The waiter had communicated it better there wouldn’t be an issue but the manager walked to our table aggressively. I believe he was in a bad mood but he addressed a table filled with black people; this is not Walmart where you can return stuff. This is a high end restaurant”. Honestly I don’t think anyone should Addressed in this manner. Take what you will with this information.

They called the outdoor tables patio tables but they’re literally on the sidewalk and there were a bunch of teenagers running around screaming. Both the scallops and black cod were dry from being over cooked. Normally this place is impeccable but was a big disappointment this time.

Absolutely love this place! The food is great, the staff is engaging, and every time we take a new guest here for dinner, they fall in love with Musume.

Team is already serving mask free. I realize that Texas has opened up more but still think we should all be considering one another. It was just very shocking to see and as a pregnant person I will most definitely not be returning until the pandemic is fully behind us and will be sharing this discovery about the restaurant with other people I know as well.

The food was absolutely amazing!

Khalil and his team have done an incredible job with this restaurant. The ambiance is incredible, the food is delicious, and the service is second to none. Our server Rachel was absolutely phenomenal - she was friendly and knowledgeable, and made us feel really welcomed. Highly recommend the Lobster Fried Rice, the Dynamite Shrimp, the Spicy Edamame and the Black Cod. Every single thing we ate or drank was delicious. We’ll definitely be back!! There’s a speakeasy in the back that was awesome too.

Food and service are incredible. Music was loud for my taste but not unexpected for a Saturday night. Overall this place is fantastic.

Food was just ok for the price. Expected better quality food for the price. Good service l.

Music was too loud. Waited an hour and a half for two rolls before we went up to the hostess. She said it would take 10 minutes for her to even find a manager. The manager came by and got our rolls sorted out. We ended up spending 3 hours there. Food was too expensive too.

I found the food to be way overpriced and not worth its value. The space was really loud to have a conversation without having to almost yell across the table.

As usual food is never disappointing. But Service, could use a bit more attention.

Very excited to try the omakase and we were not disappointed. My spouse and I ordered both omakase choices for the full variety. Everything the chef offered was delicious the only disappointment being the dessert which was peanut butter inspired. Our disappointment had more to do with our dislike of peanut butter desserts than the quality of the dessert itself. The service was thoughtful and outstanding. The cocktail and sake choices offered by the server were also on point based on our preferences. The only real downside was temperature. We sat in the back corner along the wall and the air conditioning was blowing directly on us. The server did turn it down but we've all seen in restaurants one person raise the temperature and someone else come along and move it back down almost immediately. Not only did it make us uncomfortable it had an effect on the temperature of the food. We could have insisted that we move tables and I'm certain they would oblige but I might recommend not sitting along the west wall. We'll be back for sure.

Celebrated a big birthday in our family this past weekend and appreciated a memorable experience. Food was fabulous and the sake superb!

Be aware the sound level is very high — music and conversations — and sometimes difficult to hear your waiter through masks. Just a knock on effect of current pandemic. Can’t wait to return!

This is the best sushi in Dallas- yes, I’ve been to Uchi several times and Nobu...this crushes them both. Get the Cherry Sushi if it’s in season!

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!! had not been out much with COVID, but have high expectations. This was a celebration dinner. The waitress suggested that the owner help us with wine- he did and also asked us if he could just choose our food for us. The only thing we did not like was the vegan salad (they took it off the bill). The entire meal was delightful, from beginning to end. We will be back with friends. This is a place to be shared with many! Thank you.

Very good food & wonderful selection of sake. The staff was very knowledgeable. I wouldn’t recommend the truffle & lobster mashed potatoes but everything else we had was wonderful.

We went here on date night and loved everything about it. it is pricey but worth the experience!

This was our first visit back to Musume in a year. It was as excellent this trip as it was in the past. The food and service are amazing, the owner is personable and kind, the staff is incredibly knowledgeable, and they all make every dining experience here sublime.

Food was good, the steamed buns were delish! We loved the sushi also very fresh

The service was excellent!! The food was really delicious, specially the Superfly Vegan Roll!! That was out of this world!!. The only issue was that we didn’t get one of the plate we asked for, but at the end we were ok because we were super full!! We will be back for sure!!

We had dinner on a Wednesday evening...it was very quiet that night but the food was outstanding. Very cool vibe - reminds me of an upscale izakaya. Would definitely go back the next time we're in DFW.

The sushi was not acceptable. I can get better sushi at the Krogers. The rics for the sushi was as if it was old and hard. Definitely made by someone who doesn't know how make it properly. I was offended that the restaurant with such high price range could serve food that bad. My friend and I also had hot stone, The beef, mushrooms and scallops were nothing out of the ordinary. The miso cod was ok but for the price I expect better quality dish. I would never go back there again. I invited friend out for dinner in town and I am embarrassed. What a waste of money.

NOT inexpensive, however, worth every penny! AND, honestly, the more eclectic and higher priced items were exponentially better than the lower priced items that we ordered. The specialty sashimi was heavenly, and the 24 karat roll was smooth as silk! Will have to return to try some of the other items that we wanted to order.

We loved every single thing we ate or drank. The Miso Cod, Friday Night roll and Lobster Fried rice were all delicious!!! We will be back!
