Since its beginnings as a local gathering spot over 35 years ago, Mustards Grill has blossomed into a destination for all who appreciate memorable food, superb wines and a warm welcome. Mustards food is Chef/Owner Cindy Pawlcyn’s mix of American regional dishes with global influences. The list of “Way Too Many Wines” represents the best from appellations throughout California and the New World.

Mustards is an American Grill, featuring flavors from around the globe. The wood-burning grill produces such favorites as Cindy’s famous Mongolian Pork Chop, Sonoma Rabbit, and the ½ pound Niman Ranch hamburger. The oakwood smoker fills the restaurant with aromas of BBQ baby back ribs, Wood Oven Duck, and our Oooeee Smoked Pork. Specialties include Seared Ahi Tuna on sesame crackers and Crispy Calamari tossed with curried slaw. The eclectic wine list features Way Too Many Wines from The Napa Valley, Sonoma, The Oregon, and Europe!

this was my third visit to Mustard's and again it was a lovely time and a fabulous meal. Great food, servers are friendly and efficient and the food is fresh, Delicious and presented well. The servers work very well together and you truly feel welcome. thank you for another wonderful meal!

Returned to the restaurant after many years. It was busy (as always since it is an icon of the Napa Valley) and guests were enjoying themselves in conversation...only moderately noisy for such a small restaurant. The tamale appetizer was tasty but a little small warranting what should have been a second appetizer to share. We ordered the pork chop and rabbit with wine, which was very good ($130+ tip). Pleasant, well-attending staff served us, although the bartender was so busy with table orders he could not serve guests waiting for their tables. However, this was an overall good restaurant and experience. I would go again, although I would not rush to revisit as among my top choices in the Napa Valley, Yountville and the Napa areas. Some say lunch is a good experience too.

Great food...the rabbit and pork chop were excellent. Grilled artichoke was a little wet but the ahi tuna crackers were excellent. Overall a great meal.

A must for anyone in the Napa area and well worth the drive from San Francisco. We dine out a lot and this gem is on a favorites list!!!

The pork chop was definitely a standout, as were the potato chips and blue cheese dip, chicken wings, and ribs. A bit on the pricier side but good food and great service. I’d totally return. We’ll try the Caesar salad and onion rings next time, seemed very popular. We both liked the bread, too, and thought it was better than Bouchon’s!

We've gone to Mustard's since Cindy opened it many, many years ago (and Cindy was there, which usually doesn't happen). My daughter also once worked at Mustard's so we know its popularity, so much so that we don't even try to eat there on a weekend or holiday. However, Monday last was a "mental health" day for my daughter so we scored a lunchtime reservation and got right in and seated on time (usually unheard of!). And, of course, we have our menu favorites: straight away the potato chips with bleu cheese dressing, a must, followed by ahi tuna crackers, an ahi tuna burger and the lemon chicken for me, with the pineapple upside down cake (with ice cream, of course) to finish. It was all spectacular; I just wish it wasn't quite so popular so we could partake of the good food and cheer more often!

I very much enjoyed dining at Mustard's Grill. I wouldn't recommend the halibut -it was a bit bland. The noise level was very high. But I will go again and try another dish and hopefully the wild group won't be there!

Mustards is our favorite restaurant every visit, if you're down, Mustards will bring you up. The food is sophisticated, creative & local. All the staff is friendly and jumps in to make your dinner a pleasurable experience.

In for a business trip from Houston, a friend had recommended this restaurant explaining their wonderful experience from previous visit.
My wife and I had reservations at noon and they seated us immediately. Waiter was awesome the entire time. The lamb burger and chicken were awesome..but the onions with Apple ketchup was to die for! Then we had the chocolate cherry bread pudding and about fainted as it was out of this world in flavor! We will be back and highly recommend...make reservations as they were packed and you’ll have to wait other wise.

We met friends from out-of-town at Mustards Grill for lunch. It was a great experience, good food, fantastic service - what more could we want! I highly recommend the grilled artichoke - it was amazing!

We have dined at Mustards Grill for over 30 years and we have always had an exception meal and experience. We love the crab cake appetizer which is all crab. The onion rings are crazy good and we order the hangar steak most times, even though there are many delicious items for a main course, because it never fails to deliver. The accompanying onion jam and water crescent sauce makes it unique and something you must try. 5 stars (should be more stars) again for Mustards.

Went early at4:00 so wasn’t too crowded. Kim was great, had the Chinese New Year rubs and chow mein. Ribs were super but the chow mein was too salty! Should have stuck with regular menu items because the restaurant is one of our favorites!!!

Mustards Grill is our go to restaurant when we are in the Napa Valley. The menu has enough variety and the lemon meringue pie brings us back every time. The service was outstanding and I liked the way our server timed our dishes. We ordered so much than we ended up taking more home than we ate in the restaurant as we ordered way more than we could consume. The portions were very generous.
