   Unfortunately we had an unpleasant experience. We arrived at 7:30 and did not receive of our food until 9 pm. Water was never refilled and they didn’t offer even crackers while we waited almost two hours for the full meal to be served. The hanger steak had no seasoning and the jerk chicken was also bland. I understand that they were short staffed and the manager did adjust our bill and apologized afterward. I appreciate her efforts to make things right afterwards but I will never go back.

   M&T is a neighborhood staple for me as a Smyrna/Vinings resident. I actually was there twice this weekend on Saturday and Sunday. Sunday was particularly great. Our server was this really lovely woman and she provided just top tier service. I wish I could remember her name but she was darker skinned and had on some fabulous earrings. The highlight of the meal was that one of my friends isn't drinking right now and asked for a mocktail and she just had the bartender whip something up that was so delicious that we all three ordered one--I added vodka. As always, great food and great service.

   We liked our server very much. She was very helpful selecting our meal being the first time here but was unable to deliver our food in a timely manner. We waited 40 mins for our meal and it was not crowded.

   Fantastic food, as always, with some innovative new items thrown in (we had two Brussels, simply divine). Creative cocktails, too. Outstanding service from all associates, from the manager Lauren and the server to the table clearers. M&T’s is always a treat, especially for a late birthday celebration.

    This is a great casual dining place to eat. They have indoor and semi-outdoor (climate controlled) dining options. The menu has a wide variety of food and beverage options. Staff is very friendly and efficient, attentive but never rushing you get out the door. Chocolate chip cookies are to die for.

    Incredibly disappointed by our Valentine’s Day visit to Muss & Turner’s. The menu was inflated, which is to be expected, but not to this extent. The burger is normally $16 and was sold for $31 (slightly modified). The server was mediocre at best and we still tipped 20%.

    What a gem! This was our first visit and it’s definitely going to be on heavy rotation. Can’t wait to go back. Luckily we had a reservation, as it was packed. There was an anniversary celebration going on, so it was pretty loud-not the norm we were assured. Didn’t matter. We’d go back even if it was! We ordered the wings to start. Very nontraditional, but delish! The African spice blend was perfect with the taziki dip. My son had the Reuben and said it was fantastic. That’s his go to, so I trust him on that one. I had a brisket sandwich with horseradish slaw. Exactly the right amount of spice and sauce. Their homemade jalapeño pickles were to die for. We also had the fries and garlic aioli. Piping hot and crispy. Soooo good! My son ordered the Mac and cheese and it was literally the best I’ve ever had. Amazing! That said, it was way too much food. We took home enough for lunch the next day. Portions are very generous. We ended with a peanut butter s’more. Wow. Just wow. Exploring this menu is going to be fun. I might have to start working out every day…

    Food and service was good however the hostess really soured things by giving us grief that we didn't make a reservation for 6 when we had 2 newborns and 4 adults even though when they called to confirm our reservation I told the gentleman this was the case and he said "no problem". Well it was definitely a problem for this hostess and she made us well aware of fact.

    M & T never disappoints. Their service is always attentive and friendly, and the cocktails on point. My go-to is "the gobbler," it is like Thanksgiving dinner on a sandwich. My youngest son always gets BBQ pork sandwich or "swifty's dream" and last night wished he had room for another one (his word), my other son got the burger and kept commenting on how amazing it was in between bites. We also tried the Brussel sprout app this time, and my son, who HATES them, even tried them and said they "weren't bad." For the record, they are amazing. The pickles, the fries with dipping sauce...all so good.

    Food was average. Salad contained kale and other greens with long stems, the chicken in the salad was dry. Reuben sandwiches were average, bread was too thick/over toasted and the sandwich was not hot. Burgers were good but not something to go back for. French fries were very good. Service was excellent!

    Severely undercooked Brussels sprouts. Hard as a rock. Inedible. Tasty chicken. Just wish they removed the fat and gristle. Great tomato soup.

    I always love Muss & Turners. The best Caesar in town and a fantastic chicken sammie. Definitely stop by if you are in the area. The bun was not fantastic today, but that is the exception not the rule.

    Hadn’t had “The Burger” in about 6 months. Went to lunch on MYE to get it with a friend and the burger on the menu was a “Smash Burger instead of “The Burger”, the one M&T is known for. The Smash Burger tasted awful, the meat had a fake grilled flavor. The bacon and aioli included did not help it taste better. Please leave the M&T staple dishes such as “The Burger” on the menu even if it is a holiday.

    Great food and service. My wife and I had the burger and wow! what a great flavor. My wife’s burger was ordered medium and came out a little too pink. My medium burger was perfect. We cut our burgers in half so she would have one side medium and one medium rare. However both tasted GREAT. The fries were also wonderful. My friend’s pasta dish looked and tasted great. The African-American female who served us was so nice and attentive. She was a rock star. The noise level was high but the place was pretty full. The restrooms could have used more attention. Overall- great job. We will be back for sure.

    I had heard of Muss and Turner’s before but this was my first time dining with them. If I’m being honest I had zero expectations but they blew it out of the water. The wings were AMAZING and I think they’re my favorite now. I loved the variety of homemade sauces they offered. I can’t remember the name of the drink I had but it was DELICIOUS. The burger I ordered was cooked perfectly and also tasted very good. Our server was great. Poor guy had to keep coming back to our table because we didn’t know what we wanted to order since me and my friends were distracted talking. All in all great experience. I’ll have to go back to try their desserts and go to Eleanor’s (I think that’s what it’s called).
