Mushin is a boutique sports lounge. It provides a premium viewing experience and mush more. The space is dubbed to be a balance for business and intimate interactions. A comfortable place to gather and celebrate with fellow fans, friends, and colleagues.

We are located on the corner of 19th & Franklin at the Leamington building, formerly known as Hotel Leamington or Ambassador Hotel. The Leamington opened its doors to traveling business executives in 1926. Designed by long term Oakland resident and respected architect, W. H. Week, who built many Carnegie libraries, the building was considered an architectural masterpiece in its time.
The Leamington was also host to Amelia Earhart, the first person to solo the 2,408 mile distance across the Pacific between Honolulu and Oakland in 1935. It was reported she kept an office in the Leamington while planning her fateful final journey in 1937.

Unfortunately, the restaurant closed unexpectedly but did not notify me given that we had a reservation for that day. A courtesy notification would have been much appreciated.

Mushin is the place to be! Booked a reservation for myself and three others. Final Four game was going on and the place was buzzin. We had to wait a few minutes for our table which was understandable considering the game. Once we were seated, we ordered essentially everything off the menu. Drinks and food were 10/10. A DJ took over around 10pm and once the Afrobeats started, it was a full blown party. We were very well taken care of by the owner, Baba. So happy to support a Black-owned business and hope that the establishment continues to thrive!

We arrived and waited about 20 minutes before leaving. We never saw our server after being seated. We did, however, see our server texting on her phone so maybe that's why she was too busy to get our drink and food order.

They went out of their way to accommodate our large party and they were very nice overall! I appreciate the good service. One of the owners brought me a shot for me bday, it’s clean, music was good, food was tasty! Can’t wait to go back!
