   Service was Excellent. Food was good but tasted different than last time.

   had a reservation for 745. granted me and my family didn’t show up till 750 so we expected a little bit of a wait. we were told twice between 7:55 & 8:03 that they were “cleaning a table for us”. Should have known as soon as we were seated all the way in the back next to the bathrooms. We had about 4 different waitresses. The menus that we were looking at while we were waiting to be seated were NOT the menus given to us when we sat down. Only a limited menu instead with only 4 entrées (including valentine’s day special) they promised they would make us something from off the menu and we were very grateful. We placed our order probably by 8:10. We ordered a drink, a single drink, that was given to us within about 10 minutes. It’s now 8:42. I asked somebody at the bar. “Hey if our food isn’t ready in the next 10 minutes or so, we’re gonna leave but if it is, we would like it to go.” The server at the bar was very nice and said he would find out what was going on with our food. All of a sudden I look over at my table and there is one of the hostesses, who looks like a cheetah girl talking to my mom, who did not make the reservation (I did), about how “one of the chefs called out sick and blah blah blah” my mom said “we don’t want a story. We just want our food” and I asked her “I asked somebody at the bar a question and I’m still waiting for that answer. I don’t know what you’re coming over here to tell me but we really don’t wanna hear it”. She said “FINE I’ll get your check” then she proceeded to storm off. We were done. We were leaving. I was going to pay for the drink, but she proceeds to get into my mom’s face and she says she has to go back to her table and pay. I simply wanted to know if my food was ready and I got some sort of theatrical performance from this whatever you call it restaurant “family run”. This is a horrible place to dine, and I will never be going back there. The guy at the bar also definitely using the bathroom with a bunch of girls, IFYKYK…

   It was a very nice experience. Our server Monica explained the menu to us. The food was made to order and was EXCELLENT. Combine the EXCELLENT food and the EXCELLENT service, and you have an EXCELLENT experience.

   Had a confirmed reservation for New Year's Eve at 6 pm on Open Table AND through their website. When we got there they told us they closed at 5pm. I saw other review with same problem on different date. This reflects badly on Open Table and website. There was a weak sorry and .. go away please.

   Restaurant did not honor our reservation. When we arrived, we were told that the restaurant was closed. Screwed up our New Years Eve plans.

   Menu on line was not the menu that was offered. Our last visit had a great menu and it has changed.
