Our dining experience at Murrays’ was outstanding. There was nothing we could fault them on apart from the slippery leather chairs in the pre-dinner sitting room but that just being picky! A special thank you to our waiter, Alex, who was passionate about the menu and with good reason.

Fantastic food, wonderful presentation and excellent service, really can’t fault Murray’s, one of the best restaurants I’ve eaten in for a long time.

We had the taster menu with wine and could not complain about any of it, we both enjoyed it very much. I would have liked a little more time between courses to enjoy the lingering flavours and when we asked for a short break it was not an issue. Service was good and staff friendly.

The food and service was fantastic and great value of money. The only comment I have is that booking on line does not give the option to book the taster menu. When we booked into our room, the receptionist did not know that you could book on line without options and would not believe me. Book over the phone if you want to have the taster menu, its brilliant.

Why spend your money on mediocre meals (which you know you could cook better yourself) when you can have The Most Wonderful dining experience at Murray's. The food was absolutely faultless, superb tasting menu, each dish full of delight and visually stunning - we ran out of ways to compliment the chef and his team. I can honestly say that I have never eaten so well (I have travelled far and wide in both the UK and abroad) and never been so well looked after by the charming and very well informed staff/hosts. Thank you all for such a wonderful evening.

Murray's restaurant more than met our expectations, staff were excellent and the food was good. Will definitely go again and recommend it to our friends.

The food was amazing this was the second time we had been there and it was just as good as the first time the staff made you feel welcome and very knowledgable about all the food that was served we will be coming again

We went for the tasting menu and the food was excellent. Beautifully presented and delicious. Felt that the restaurant is lacking in ambience, couldn't quite understand why it was fully booked but lots of tables were empty. Staff were attentive and friendly but there was little warmth or charm.
