Messed up order, waitress was not to be found, had to get up and ask for everything. Have been there before and was great but if yesterday was any indication of current service will not be back

Mondays are quiet. I should have had the seared ahi with wasabi instead of the salmon. I stole hubby's horseradish for the salmon and that snapped it up. The prime rib was served rare and required more fire; I think that made it a bit chewy. The green beans were overcooked. Maybe just a bad day, eh?

Service was efficient and friendly. We came in earlier than our reservation time and we were seated immediately, which was nice. Noticed that everything was fairly bland. Even the bread was flavorless. I ordered fish and it was dry and tasteless, as though it had been frozen for awhile. Not fresh. Husband’s entree was so unmemorable, can’t even recall what he ate! Our shrimp appetizer was undercooked. Veggies seemed to have been frozen and thawed, too. Rice pilaf was decent, carrot cake was okay, but not moist like it usually is. No reason for us to visit here again with so many other great choices in Prescott.

Crystal, our server was excellent, very attentive and efficient, and very cute. Food was great, big portions and cooked as ordered. 1 dinner with us who will remain nameless is a very picky eater and will let the manager know what she likes and doesn't like as she did. Had a great meal, thanks!

We will not be back. The place smelled musty and the food was terrible. Not sure what happened as this was a favorite of ours. Very disappointed.

Food was amazing, the waitress was good, but when we got our order the meat wasn’t how I asked for, and I also asked when I ordered if the mashed potato’s had skins in them to have a baked potato instead. I got mashed, they had skins ( I choke on them). The gal who brought our food wasn’t the waitress, but she apologized profusely and brought me a baked potato. We saw more of her than our waitress, and it wasn’t busy. I hope she gets part of the huge tip we left. We’ll go at least one more time to see if the service gets any better.

Calamari was very breaded like fried zucchini- was expecting a lighter breading. Burger and chicken were very good. Two orders of prime rib (med rare) came out medium but that was rectified with rare cuts and was delicious. We were there 30 min before closing (we made reservations) but the help was a little thin, e.g., table was never cleared of appetizer, salad plates. Not really a big deal. Staff was very friendly. 5 stars for them.

The menu was extensive and varied. The ambience and decor was very pleasant. The Caesar salad was exceptional and both of our parties. Enjoyed the stroganoff while I thoroughly enjoyed the baby back ribs.
